I'm really hoping one of the managers or higher ups sees this review and does something to fix this issue. I had an incident with one of the employees flirting with me and asking me personal questions, such as if I had a boyfriend. It was all said in a flirtatious kind of way, which made me really uncomfortable and made it clear it was more than just simple small talk. I used to go to this subway all the time because I work in the mall, but now I don't want to go back because of this, especially because that particular employee is there almost every time I've gone. This is a big issue because this restaurant was one of the only places that I could get for my lunch every day. Please fix this issue.

So I came in wanting to buy some chocolate chip/ peanut butter cookies. All they had was like 5 macadamia chip and like 3 oatmeal cookies in the cookie holder. So I asked are they going to make some more of either chocolate chip or the other flavors. The worker lady said “If you buy a dozen, I will make them”. I told her I’m not buying 12 cookies and you still got 2 hours til the mall closes. It’s 4:30pm. Anyways the workers at this subway make their business look terrible. Hire better workers that can make some fresh cookies on deck.

Messed up the order and gave me the wrong bread. Meatball sub was asked to be on Italian cheese bread gave me white which he kept saying is Italian bread. Refused to fix it despite me telling him it was on the wrong bread. Was in a hurry otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it. Was a total disappointment as it was a soggy mess that im not certainanother type of bread could have fixed. I'll stick with Firehouse in the future.

weren't crowded, so it was a good backup when everything else had a line. Definitely showed, though- they were runnin on maybe 2-3 people, who kept up. Food itself tasted alright, maybe a little off. Good note - unless you like a lot of lettuce I'd recommend just asking for a tiny bit of it. Otherwise, all in all it was okay but certainly not great and could be greatly improved.

I got charged over $10 for a 6 inch sub. On the receipt it said they added extra bacon. It was a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I did not ask for extra bacon at all (there was only one piece total). When I tried to get them to take it off the receipt, they said they didn’t understand English which is bs because we were communicating just fine before. I miss the guy that used to run this place. I think I’ll try the food court next time. Way too overpriced and unfair.

Absolute terrible customer service. Used the app but the order got cancelled but yet the card got charged. Called the manager, who also said he was the franchise, and he blamed it on the server being down and then switched it to being Door dash problem. Absolutely rude man by the way and in no way willing to help a customer out. I have eaten at Subway's everywhere and I would not walk into this location for any reasons. Unfortunately 1 start is as low as I can go.

Terrible place and employees. Ordered multiple subs and they left meat almost completely off every sandwich. When we called to ask if they've changed serving size or something the worker ignored us. Feel like walking down there and tossing these trash subs back over the counter.

Absolute horrible place to eat in the service is slow the people are not nice and they charge you over what you have asked for and what you actually got for absolutely no reason. Make sure you are paying for what you got cuz they tend to add extra stuff on there. If I could I would have given this place 0 Stars not even one

Clean place but the service was subpar. They wouldn’t take my coupon for a wrap when it clearly says you can substitute. I had to repeat myself several times on the bread for 6” Italian herbs and cheese. They asked if I wanted a slider? Then gave me regular Italian. Not impressed with this one

I literally just came down at 1:40 because I work in da food court of Oprymills and ordered a veggie pizza. And I walked back down to my job and found out my pizza is completely frozen

Almost all of the tables were dirty. Subs were far smaller than at other locations. Staff was rude and spoke to each other the entire time they put our food together. 0/10, I can't believe this is the service at the Opry Mills location. Absolutely terrible.

Busy mall in nashville at lunchtime, especially during a conference going on at the opryland hotel next door. Only 2 people working, and even though they were going as fast as they could...it took forever. Needed more employees. Food was still good tho :)

Tried Subway's new Pit-Smoked Brisket Bar-B-Q sandwich and barely got any meat. The server said that's all it was supposed to come with... horrible. I can go to Firehouse Subs and get a much better sandwich with fort times the same price.

didn't even get greeted when I walked in, got Skimped on all the toppings, took like a whole 60 seconds for each topping, and didn't even put napkins in the bag, then I paid over ten dollars for a foot long. I AM NOT HAPPY.

Absolutely turtle speed, on a slow day with barely two costumers an online order took over 30 min cause they are slow, slow! and never pay attention, I will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone.

So SLOW!!!!! And always did the online orders as soon as they came in rather than helping the customers right in front of them.

rude employees, made fun of and laughed at by two dark haired women. I work retail and would never treat anyone like that, I ignored them and repectfully left. I will never go there again

I tried twice to order (online) there steak sweet onion teriyaki but they put chicken on it and not steak. The last time the bead was a little burnt. The employees are rude.

When i hear the name Subway!! I think about i am on a Subway in NY!! Food on get u full 1 hour!! Now i got to eat food out of my Refridge lol!!!

Service could have been better but the timing was good. The lady was foreign and had a hard time understanding me but everything else was fine.

Got a salad and a 6" sandwich. The salad bowl was only half full and the sandwich only had the very minimum of all ingredients I requested.

This is a solid with everything on it. (Including double meat) portion control is far too stingy based on subway standards.
