The lady ahead of me in the line was complaining to them I don't know what they were doing but it looks like you have one employee that's new another one that's just super slow at what he does and you had about four people in line literally took over 20 minutes to make three sandwiches not only that but I saw the new guy that ended up somehow on cashiering and he was using the same gloves he was making food with then proceeded to try to make someone's tuna sandwich with only one scoop the other employee told him for scoops and they both just laughed at each other I mean they were just very nonchalant with everything the speed of services horrible when I was finally helped I asked about your rap and the only thing that was offered was a corn tortilla wrap... At that point I walked out after wasting about 25 minutes in there standing there for the longest time. Smh worse Subway experience ever

Customer services needs improvement. Notto mention that I've mentioned before cheddar brocolli soup is over cooked. First time I replaced it with cookies. I hoped the workers would have paid attention to that. Second time was good. Come back again and it's burnt dark orange color again. This time was td I would get it replaced when I returned. Well I work close by so today I come back hoping I can get my soup that I had been craving since past week. And nope I asked is the soup good today and was just given a head shake. Like ok wow.i get product waste is a big thing but so is customer satisfaction. At this point I'm not satisfied. Manager himself said problem would be fixed next time I came. I guess no proper training in this store on hold times for the food.

Terrible lunch today. I placed my order online and on my short lunch I went and picked my order up. Don't get me wrong I should have opened the sandwich up in the store and made sure it was right but I only had 10 minutes to get back to work. Chicken and Bacon ranch footlong. I received it on the wrong bread, There was no bacon, ranch or cheddar cheese on the sandwich. It had not been toasted as I had requested. I asked for lettuce, red onion, tomato and spinach for veggies only had spinach and tomato on my sandwich. There were more staff than customers in this place yet they could not get a fairly simple order correct, I mean not even close. This was my 2nd attempt at using this place and it will certainly be my last. Poor form Subway, poor form.

We went at 830, like 30 minutes before they close. They took forever to get two sandwiches done before our order and the guys took their time before getting to us, doing something at the register and some stuff in the back before coming back out. Then, they didnt even make my boyfriend's sandwich right or use the bread he asked for. By the time we were able to get out, it had taken us almost 30 minutes because these guys werent focused or they didnt care. There was only one order before us and the other order only had 2 sandwiches in the order.

Management needs training and train his employees on what to do when the store is to blame for a coupon not working or on how to use one. Twice I’ve been and no one has a clue on what to do with reward points or coupons. Lady made my whole sandwich and I guess either she’s going to have to eat it or throw it away because I refused to pay full price for my meal when I had a reward to use. She couldn’t get the machine work and didn’t suggest to override transaction either. This location closer to my house but I give up. I’ll just drive to commerce location where they obviously have brains there.

I wanted to give a shout out to Yvette. Great customer service and was very patient with my order. I didn't feel rushed to place my order. She was wonderful. I ordered 4 subs and I loved my sub. It was perfect. So did my husband. Thank you for the wonderful service that was provided. I will be back but I want Yvette. They need to get that seating arranged because I couldn't dine in.

Horrible service. Found a hair in my sandwich, When spoke to a staff member about it they couldn’t offer to remake it nor a refund saying I had to speak to the manager who supposedly was on a trip, I was asked to go a week after. When spoke to the owner he was rude about it saying it was to late to offer me a refund, told him what his staff had told me and he still didn’t care.

The customer service is awesome and this worker named Mary always brightens up my day i saw her woking at the one at Las Palmas and she was by herself and there was a long line but no one got mad at her because her line work was awesome and people were leaving in less than 4 minutes she finished a sandwich in under 1 minute i was so amazed

Absolutely done with subway. 2purse than going to McDonald's. How does the bread and sandwiches keep getting smaller?! Almost 9 bucks for a sub and is most sad pathetic excuse for a sammich I've ever seen. Employesxact like servings coming out of they're personal paycheck. At least make your garbage meat meet the ends of the bread.

Very sad & disappointed going in today! Went in order a sandwich and a salad, veggies looked far from fresh. WORST SUBWAY EVER! They are so slow, the workers are rude (especially the Desi man who mans the cash register), and the quality is generally awful. The only good employee was this young man who was obviously in training. He handled himself excellently amid his more "experienced" colleagues.
