The person helping me never asked if there was anything else I wanted and I was rushed along the line before I could say I needed two more sandwiches. I was able to get in a word and order the second. When it came time to order my third and last sandwich I was told, "You have to tell us how many you want. I have a line of people." After hearing that I was almost ready to walk out and leave my order! I told her forget about the last sandwich...which was actually for myself!!! I was very patient and understanding up until that point. There wasn't even a line of people until I was halfway done ordering anyway! There were also two associates making sandwiches, so I can't rationalize this person's emphasis on having a line of people. Its all minor, to be sure, but I've always walked into a subway knowing what I'm getting and knowing how the staff will facilitate that order. My experience today was different and it caused a small issue that could have been avoided. I'll be fine. Life goes on. But I never got the sandwich I wanted, lost my appetite, and still havent eaten. At least I was able to order sandwiches for my family.

This place consistently gives horrible customer service..I stayed away for over a year hoping things might get better but it has stayed the same...Sorry if I want 2 sandwiches..the lady behind the counter gave me a look of distaste and a big sigh..so I took my husbands sandwich and went over to Taco Bell for my lunch.. So over this place..

BUYER BEWARE. if you are like me and like parmesan cheese on your sub, THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR THAT. no other subway does that. and i know that it isn't a fluke because they have done this to me 3 times. last time i even told "i only want parmesan cheese if it doesn't cost extra" they then put it on anyway and charged me for it.

Employees were disrespectful, I’ve ordered the same sandwich this whole year. Every other subway than this one allows me to ad vegetables to my sandwich, but this one didn’t allow me to add any and gave me attitude when I was ordering.

Barely one scoop of steak for a whole footlong steak, egg and cheese sandwich?! It was pathetic although this place is closer to my house I'd rather drive to a different store for my breakfast in the future.

We went this morning and the location was easy to find. The dining area, chip racks and prep area were both clean and organized. The veggies looked fresh, the sandwiches were tasty and the lady that took our order had great customer service skills. I would definitely come back again. Thank you

I've been a fan of Subway sandwiches since they opened in the bay area ages ago. I can't pass up the cold cut combo foot long special at $5. I get 2 meals out of one of these. They're made to order with choice of bread and fixings, plain or toasted, with or without dressing, and salt & pepper.

All the ladies at work in here are very nice respectful it's the only reason why I keep going back and the food's good too

The Subway location owner is selective on what coupons to accept or decline. Declining coupons puts the Subway employees in the cross hairs of displeased customers. I will no longer support this franchise location even though I have frequent this establishment the last decade.

Very poor customer service. They started to make the sub after cleaning the tables without changing the gloves. Had to remind them to change.
