Atmosphere always great but the night/midnight shift need to be more attentive to place, last night I ended up leaving because there was no one around to get my order and this is not the first time this happens, I even ask the manager at PILOT if Subway was open, you guys probably need a bell! to alert employees they have customers.

Nievez was painfully slow and inattentive and dropped my sandwich. Normally not a big deal but watching how slow and unenthusiastic she was I decided to go somewhere else. It took nearly ten minutes for her to make the sandwich in front of me and had to keep checking how to make mine. Clearly didn’t care.

The website says it's open there's supposed to open at 10:00 but this is the second time I came at like 10:00 maybe a little bit after and there's nobody in there and it's not open. You can smell the food but there's nobody there in the gate is not open. More

This place came through!!! All other places were out of hot food for miles and the subway was understaffed but everyone pitched in to help and were able to work through the line.
