The prices are over the top. Way to expensive and when I asked the sizes of sandwich the lady took the bread and started making my sandwich, without realizing the type of bread she made the sandwich on what ever bread she had in her hands. She could of asked me which bread I wanted. They were were just sloppy and I had mentioned I wanted a certain sandwich and she started making a different kind. When I said oh is that a _______ sandwich she said oh I didn't know which one you wanted and took off some meat and put it in another container. She could have just left that on there. Its ok because again they are just not organized and do not have listening skills like they should. They do what they want and that's it. Won't go to that one again.

On Saturday I called for a catering order of party trays and the young man who answered stated I would have to come into the store to place the order. I ask why if I should be able to place the order by phone or online. He then said "I'm new here so I don't know". I ask to speak to anyone else that could help me and he says "the other person working is newer than him and no manager was available". He said I'm sorry and stood quiet...I was more aggravated at the fact that he did not offer to have anyone call me back, nor attempt to reach his manager to try to even place my order as I was not able to come in physically to make the order. Needless to say nothing was done and I ordered party trays from Publix.

Each time i go here i have a worse and worse experience two employees took it upon themselves to whisper about me and my boyfriend right in front of our faces still loud enough for us to hear them the next time we visited we were not greeted or talked to she started putting together a sandwich we didnt order and when i told her we didnt ask for that kind of sandwich she just rolled her eyes at us and looked at us with annoyance i refuse to revisit the busch or fowler subway location i will not spend my hard earned money just to be disrespected if you dont like your job then quit. I will say the management team was very apologic and professional when i spoke to them about what i experienced

I left from my job at subway yesterday because they are selling bad food to you and to your kids. They meat line have been out for almost 4 months they have not rotated meats They keep there meats out since 8 am until the bane runs out. They don't refill the ice so that the meats stay cool. They don't wash tea bin every night just pull bags out, they back cooler,and soda machine or down. I worked at lot of subways and never have I worked in a place as nasty as that. When u give kids bad food and go home thinking about how u would never let anyone harm your kids but it's Ok to harm some else kids I can't live with that I rather quit then to work for u.

Most of the staff are great and so bubbly. Except one that I have noticed. I moved into the neighborhood a year ago and been coming here frequently but the old guy I think is named ronny or Donny I'm not sure, but he always has such a negative reaction to things. He doesn't hand me anything in my hands he refuses to hand me my food, change in hand. He puts it down on the counter and walks away. But he is different with others. He didn't even make my food. He just cashes me out. I'm here so often but I hate noon time cause he's here. It's always a negative vibe. Nightshift is so friendly and bubby people I'll always visit night times.

DO NOT EAT FROM ON BUSCH, because there meat line been out for 3 months and they have not been rotating the meat every hour on the hour. The soda machine been out 4 months the back line cooled hav been out for 3 months the microwave have not been heating good to the proper temperature. They have fans in the back of their store witch is not supposed to be in their at all. Ice machine spitting out black slug because it's not being cleaned. The sinks are over flowing because the drain is backed up. I have said to them that my regular are complaining about being sick and nothing gets done.

Went to subway with the paper that is already written down what me and my mom want for lunch. There were three workers, and the first worker was about middle aged man. He was extremely RUDE to me, while I was being nice. I am deaf as well, that's why I have a paper that is already written down. He had no patient with me at all, and yelled at me. Being deaf doesn't mean somebody have to yell, no matter how low/high volume it is, and I can't still hear. There were two other workers are very nice and had a lot of patience with me, and helped to make salad for me and my mom.

I don't know who was working today, but they don't know how to follow directions nor make a proper sandwich. It's a terrible thing when a mobile order is completely wrong. Things added to it that were never ordered. Items missing that were ordered. Sandwich had to be remade at home. Comin from an original Subway worker way back when, this employee should be ashamed. Not to mention a burnt "toasted" sandwich with, again, wrong item selections. DO BETTER SUBWAY!!!

I literally just had the worst treatment ever at this location. The girl did not have her name tag on but the receipt said Kasandra. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She snatched my sons food and also told him all they had was orange juice to go with his meal. She also repeated over and over and over “the managers name is Ronnie if you don’t like it”. I’m absolutely shocked someone like that is able to get a job. I spend a lot of money at this location weekly and I will not be returning.

This is the steak and cheese that I ordered online. It was burnt. The Latin lady there with dark hair said “it doesn’t look burned to me”. How can you tell someone how to like their sandwich. She was rude and made rude comments in Spanish as I was walking out. Little to her knowledge I am bilingual and I understood everything she said. She blamed it on her boss saying that her boss made it. Her off the wall comments were unnecessary. A very unpleasant experience to say the least.

I would give zero star if possible !. Went there on Saturday when they open, told the staff that was just sitting around that we wanted 20 subs. Was promptly told that they had no time !. There was no customer in sight, place was empty. Basically they said to go someplace else, they didn't want the business. No wonder all the Subways are closing down !. Avoid if possible, went to their competitor, who were glad for the business and made all 20 subs with a smile !.

This place close at 9:30pm and I arrived at 9:15pm and they wouldn't allow me to come in and order. The lady working would t even look at the door and just kept shaking her head no without acknowledging my presence. Never go to this location I repeat don’t support this location. There is one 5min up the road on Florida Ave that is way better with an awesome customer service. I actually headed there after they refused to let me in.

I love Subway, but this location is going downhill. 4 staff members, and yet they had me and 1 other guy waiting to place order for 2-3 minutes. Dining room was empty except for some drifter who was allowed to sit in dining room howling at staff and being loud. There were no medium lids in the store so I bought a drink that was going spill.Then I drive away to find out they gave me the other guy's sandwich!

Im the only one here,, Talking on her phone then finally tells me "what do you want". False advertisement not honoring the prices listed on the menu. Then tried to convince me otherwise. I told her I can read the sign she tried to convince me that $5.99 was calories. Kept going back and fourth finally told her learn to read and keep the sandwich you already made. Everyone needs to report them to corporate.

Be careful going here. The employees here try to steal money from you. I was charged for a drink when I specifically told them I only want the sandwich. I didn't make a big deal about it because it was just $1.29 and I noticed too late, but I would recommend going to another location. The employees are very rude here anyways. They need to get shut down or go under new management or something.

Someone needs to contact me immediately it is 3:56 p.m. July 4th 2020. The male employee that you have in there right now needs to be fired immediately for threatening myself and my wife with my four-year-old daughter present. I will explain further or if you'd like I can commented on here as well. I'm telling you it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER And to be threatened is absolutely absurd!

Completely unprofessional fist we waited for a while and they didn't not acknowledge my wife then after 10 mins of them not saying anything to her about what she is waiting on she started to make the food sneezes doesn't change her gloves and when we tell her to change her gloves she has a attitude puts one glove on with no mask never will I go to this store again or any other subway

Walked it at 933pm to the employee behind the counter shouting, not even politely, they were closed. Asked why it said 10 that they closed and they responded with “ i don’t know but we’re cliosed, I’ve got to be cleaned up by ten”. I just wanted a steak and swish cheese sub with green peppers and olives man. :( Normally they are on point but .. i got handled pretty roughly :/

I would give this zero stars if I could. It was a horrible experience that resulted in cold food that was supposed to be hot. Plus they argued is a foreign language in front of my husband over his meal. They refused to lock the door and then yelled at people that they were locking up early when they walked in. I would never recommend going to this place EVER!!!!

Employees behind the counter were fast, one was working on online and the other was helping me. Little short on meat for my chicken teriyaki sub, but was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

The guy named ronny is absolutely rude. He wasnt happy at all working. Kept giving such a harsh annoyed look when i had several sandwiches. He was rushing and didnt show he wanted to work. Great service from the guy Dion and girl making the sandwiches. The tall skinny kid at the register seemed to hate his job and seemed annoyed with customers. Ice machine not working so the only choice is bottled soda which they will charge you more for. I'd pass this location and go to another one.

Had 2 of the worst sandwiches ever. First I ordered a sweet chicken terriaki, ( normally my favorite!) Not just very skimpy but It was gross!! Exchanged it for my second favorite meatball and took one bite , yuck. Not sure what's going on but I will never go back to this location!!!!!

My bread was moldy. The sandwich maker knew it because I saw him look at the bread weirdly and then continued making without saying anything. As soon as I got to my car I checked and sure enough filled with green mold. Super gross. Also took forever to make the sandwiches.

The sandwiches i order were pretty terrible, the meat they added was not evenly place on the footlong with some of the footlong having no meat in between some spots and it was lacking compared to other subway locations i been too. The workers also had an altitude.

The Manager was talking to a friend (not a customer), while I waited at the register to have her HAND ME MY ONLINE ORDER. She continued her conversation, ignoring me, until a younger girl came by and I asked her to hand it to me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! More

Your standard subway when it comes to the food. But I'm giving 5 stars for the service. The ladies behind the counter are the sweetest, nicest people you'll ever meet. I make this Subway my lunch trip twice a week solely to see Maria and Lily each week.

Since the manager Randy left I have to say this place is not our "go to" any longer, we use to eat there at least 3 times a week, sadly no more. Sandwiches are just thrown together haphazardly. Sloppy. Bread is not fresh like it use to be. Very sad.

Was waiting for more than 15 mins with my friends. But the server was not talking to us and simply making subs for the online orders. After sometimes she replied it would take some more time. So we just left the place with ordering.

Horrible customer service. It's been bad before but the last time there was out last time EVER. As soon as we entered the store, the employee started yelling and cursing because she didn't want to make any more sandwiches.
