Really the worst subway experience I have ever had. Came in the store no one to attend and the staff is playing games on phone. On calling they are arguing amongst themselves for who is to attend. The store does not have half the things on the menu. On on requesting for a combo was denied. Telling me to buy separately. Further on asking for cheese they don't have cheese but they are charging me for that. On asking to call the supervisors he is so care free that he doesn't care and tells to contact his manager. The manager seems to be care free denying all this and telling its there. The floor was filthy with marks of spilt liquid not washed. And the olives had white salty marks on them on asking them they changed it asap. Don't know how many customers they have served the same thing. Please eat at your own risk

The place is nice and the staff is good but the worst part of this Subway is that the location is on a petrol pump and the petrol fillers and public is watching inside as they dont have a tinted glass for the eating area..As this place is on a petrol pump the management should have painted the glass to avoid the vision of outsiders..It really feels awkward when you are having a Subway meal and the petrol pump visitors are watcing..i request the management to consider this review..

Subway just like any other QSR, has successfully been able to sustain, make profit. But over a period of time Subway has also downgraded it's quality of food and has put up charges on almost everything. I still remember when there use to be a sub of the day which would come in about 100-150 bucks. But now an individual will not be able to walk out of Subway without paying less than 200 bucks. Why are the qualities of such big chains downgraded when it comes to indian market?

Sub way is all about fresh vegetables,but in india I found out that most of the subways are not maintaining that standard. Adding few more points, Breads are not always fresh. So eating fresh tagline goes away. I m use to of having subway many years during my us stay but I m not liking same in india. I feel it's overpriced and lacking in quality. In india some time non brand veg sandwich vendor keeps more fresh vegetables than subway.

Food was average compared to the other subway i have visited The bread was very dry, didn't look like taste like it was fresh

This is my third visit to this place post 8am and yet it was not open and today luckily I found it open at 8:40 and yet it will take another 30mins it seems... Like seriously?!?! I waste my petrol and my time... You are aren't punctual change the time... And this is not the only subway... Almost all the subways are liars putting 8am and not opening it in time... Better change the time google maps...

I always order from subway at weekend's, this time i got plastic string in the bread of subway, i was shocked though it was a small micro plastic type string, it could be harmful for kids and adults, hope they change their bread making in cleaner way.

I was a little surprised that the staff were not interested to show me the parking. They somehow gave me a direction that led me to a circle, finally I found on my own. Only cash, no bills, no beverage, very surprised. The four orders were good thankfully that helped me cool down. By it's own standards it fails miserably. ..

We placed an order through Zomato. We got our delivery after 2 hours of ordering. Ordered for toasted cheese bread , delivered without toast. Potato wedges and other order was of worst quality. Will never place an order again.

It's a very neat and we'll maintained place , the staff was helpful, the sub tasted wonderfull, this place can accommodate good 25 people and it is right beside main road and a petrol bunk, food was served quick with out any delay , the sanitizer bottle was empty that , not refilled , over all its a good experience

Such a worst customer service, I have ever seen in Hyderabad. The reason I am posting this is, they were two ladies when I entered the store, they are busy talking on phone and not even caring for the customer. They were two customers before me who were much frustrated than me. This will make your business down!

I would like to highlight Kumar, an employee at this Subway, who took great pride and care in preparing my salads. He went above and beyond what I have observed at any other Subway I have visited throughout India (and I have visited not less than 30). Amazing customer service. Give this man a promotion!!!

Excellent place for a quick bite while filling up for gas, it's got enough parking. Service is good and subway India has introduced new sub of the day menu which is great but increased their prices (slightly) as well. Always a reliable outline for great taste and service. Accepts cash and cards.

Worst place of a Subway. No AC & No ingredients available, but, they don't tell you that and try to serve the sub like nothing is wrong. Even when you order from Zomato or Swiggy, they will put no sauces and give you a very dry and bland sub.

They don't even take orders from customes even infront of the desk, they only deliver to swiggy, Zomato, you have to wait untill all online order complete. What ever you ask about veggies, sauces, they only deliver what they know.

It doesn't maintain stock, everytime when we went to order something ,there will be 1 or 2 items missing and very badly those 2 missing items will be mostly sauce's. So, it's better to call and confirm before you start for it.

The craziness is slow down the subway. As people are craving to eat shawarma(Arabic Snack). If someone is very fond of eating veggies and wanted to experienced the different snack. They would surely tired once in a week. ;)

Only one person to prepare the order, for both take away and dine in. no smiley face at all. No spoons provided for salad. No music, tables r not cleaned properly. No hand sanitizer provided

the food could be improved, I personally think it is definitely not worth the money and time. The food tasted bland and most importantly the food wasn't as fresh as it should be.

Very nice place, favourite too. The burgers are really good, though the price is a bit high. But you can try 'Today's Sub' which is a bit low in price.

Looked like a good Subway outlet. We had dinner here and the quality of the food and taste were good.

It's always my favourite food and this store also serves good food.. with requested customisations..
