Decent Subway outlet near Patrakarpuram Crossing in Gomti Nagar. Apart from the lack of available options in the breads I faced the day I visited the outlet, I believe the sitting space inside the outlet could have been more spacious so as to accommodate reasonable number of customers visiting the outlet. Further, if you are traveling by your own vehicle, you might have to look for parking space some distance away from the outlet because there is none around it. With respect to the measures and precautions taken by the outlet in light of outspread of COVID19, it must be said that the outlet management and the staff working at the outlet are taking all possible precautions, be it providing the sanitizers to the customers entering the outlet, or making the mask compulsory for customers entering the outlet and approaching the counter, or the use of head covers by the staff at the outlet.

I have visted the Subway when it reopen after lockdown today. They have adpoted a new system of taking order. They will give menu printed on paper. You can tick mark your choices and give it back. They prepare you food and deliver it your vehicle. While doin this they are wearing gloves andwand mask all time. Sanitizing the perimises regularly. I think owner of this Subway joint is taking charge of all the things related to sanitizing. If you are ordering food as online, you can be relaxed as they take temprature of every swiggy/Zomato guy and writing it. They are insuring saftey first. I have no fear visiting them again or odering online with them.

I visited and an employee of Neighbouring icecream outlet gians wearing their dress was preparing food and serving food , employees don’t care about small orders and they told me that they don’t have small wrap then they refused egg sub and they even refused my order as it was less than 100 rs , other customers were also complaining , I saw some cockroaches on their shelf also may be they were preparing their own subs , thank me later I saved ur life for not eating their .

My experience is a complaint. The chicken teriyaki sub was overflowing with excessive sauce which I pre-prompted to the sandwich artist. He did not do anything just said it's as per standard and served. Within a minute of eating the sub was all dripping and soggy. I did manage to eat somehow but it was the worst subway experience ever. Ironically, the best customer service experience was also at the patrakarpuram, lucknow outlet.

The food is good, the salads are fresh, crisp veggies, the specials are really special. Delivers quality and dependable food regardless of the day of the week. But the management and service is poor. The staff is pathetic and ignorant, staff cannot predict the small details that are going to make your meal a better one, and are not able to be consistent with the details. The staff is not trained at all.

Worst service. I paid for gold and got sand. Ordered 2 30 cm on Sunday morning(my favourite day of the week). The filling was stale, the bread burnt. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give the service an F! No reachable contact number of the restaurant and the guy making the subs must be a khichdi specialist. No one can make a sub that bad! NEVER ORDER FROM SUBWAY GOMTI NAGAR! SAVE YOURSELF PEOPLE!!!!

This used to be my best place for subway!! N it was always awesome... But yesterday's was the worst experience... They don't even put proper n adequate amount of sauce.. subway is all about sauce or vo hi missing hoga to there is no use... Last time wala staff is quite good.. may be they have changed the staff .. I don know.. it's just the feedback.

This Subway is situated near patrkaarpuram chauraha, next to royal cafe. It's very safe to visit during COVID problem because my personal experience they are providing very safe environment for customers. They dump hand gloves after every serve, proper mask was there with head cover too. Its good, tasty and its all what i crave for in subway. ♥️

Arjun is an asset to the company. He is forthcoming, cheerful & very courteous. Happy to have come to this place and experience goodness in every aspect.

It's one thing to open a subway franchisee and replicate the food across the chain and another to teach your staff decency and customer service. They would refuse to give you a bottle of water after their closing hours, even when the store is open. There is no plausible excuse for that. Do better...

very cheap place guy's don't go this outlet because there crew member is very illiterate and behave badly which has no etiquette.

Subway is a great place if u r down with tuna mania......So I hunt for subway in order to sooth my soul with tuna as my tuna craving is too much to be controlled or curbed....I love it everytym tuna sandwich is in my hand...Double meat overloaded with tuna...No extra cheese though...

Most unprofessional, hired small children below 18 years old. They could not properly understand the order. I wrote the review in their complaint book but even after 3-4 days no one called me for explanation / resolution of my complaint They are defaming the International Brand.

I ordered a sub, while eating saw a fly in it. I called the subway and they dont even felt how serious concern it was and wanted to provide another one. Do not buy from Subway Gomti nagar. They dont have any hygiene standard. NOT Recommended. I ordered via zomato.

Well subway being a franchise the setup has a common layout....what differentiates one outlet from the other is the hygiene maintained at outlets.... mosquitoes are an issue hence need to look into this matter.... …

Poor staff behavior, had my worst sub sandwich ever, called restaurant many times & they didn't answer the call after 3 calls they switch off the phone, when ask delivery boy to pass the phone they refuse to talk,

Well for the first time who are going there....let me tell u...it is not the place to look for hot food...food is absolutely cold with only veggies there....u pay a good amount but not get that satisfaction..

Bad soft drink no fizz no flavour. Bad service by employee Aryan and Anand. They should work on the behavior of the staff. Will never visit here again. They have lost their regular customer.

Standard Subway outlet. It is a very small place and hence has only a handful of seats. One would be better off in opting for a takeaway.

Staff quality is questionable, poorly trained staff. Results in tasteless food. Not worth going for even a first experience.
