Don’t go here. The staff member (male) with the dark framed glasses is exceptionally rude and seems to have underlying issues he needs to resolve outside of work. Noticing he scooped the steak in less than normal quantity, I simply asked if he could fill the side of the bread with steak. He denied and only gave me the option to double the meat for extra cost or too bad. Subway? Is this the service you train your employees to provide your customers? After a simple request, this man’s whole attitude changed, as his smile faded and he began speaking his own language to his associate. Though I don’t understand, I’m no fool to not understand based on your body language that you’re saying something disrespectful. It’s evident by the way you threw (not placed) my lettuce on my sub, and sprayed the sauce all over my sandwich. That’s not all, after I paid, this associate swings the bag at me and does not even wish me a good day. Seems like this service from subway is the new standard now.. very disappointed and definitely will not be returning. I hope something is done about this, as this is not a respectful standard for any business.

Just a complaint that if your debit machine isnt working to kindly let the customer know right away or put up a sign prior to me ordering. My sandwich was made and was asked how Id pay and said debit and was told it was down. I didn't have my credit card or cash on me. So now youre wasting food when a sign would have been an easy solution. Sorry if this sounds petty.

Rude and untrained female employee. Said "I can't make you an egg sandwich" no explanation. Felt like we were pulling teeth. Asked if its a new policy, she said "no i just can't make it" asked why again "because I'm not trained to" even though the eggs were out in the meat section. No greeting when we entered.

Personally I would like to congratulate this Subway for its excellence in every category. The staff are well trained and some of the nicest people I’ve encountered, portion sizes are always too a par along with freshness and quality of the product. Nothing but great experiences with this location would recomend to everyone around. 10/10

Quick stop for sandwich. I gave it one star not because the place sucked just the opposite but I can make the same sandwich at home for the same price with all the condiments and add mushrooms sprouts green peppers tomatoes luncheon meat nothing special Quick Stop recommended yes nothing special

Great Customer service. Also, they carry fresh meats, breads and specially “Cookies”. Also, employees working there are friendly to the customers. I was very impressed with the discipline and hygiene of the employees. I would strongly suggest this subway Thank you for serving us fresh.

Bought subs here in 2017 and the bread was very stale, ends crumbled like crackers. Stayed away for 2 years and just went back, same thing, stale bread. I'll never come back to this location again. Go to Mr. Sub on Hamilton St., very good with fresh bread.

This is our favourite subway. And Kiran is the absolute best! Whenever I walk in and see her there it makes me so happy because I know my sub is going to be amazing and she is always the sweetest! So shoutout to Kiran for always making the perfect sub!!

Went there today for the first time..the young lady( forgot to ask her name ) at the counter was nice and very friendly..she made the sandwich perfect even though my order was kinda complicated...management should hire more people like her...5 stars☺️

Horrible customer service. They refused to clean the dirty knifes and the washrooms are not clean. The washroom toilets were clogged and the sinks were dirty. The manager was rude and had no sense of respect and continued to speak rudely until I left.

This has been my go to subway for years. Lately I have noticed a lack of quality in their customer service. When the order is large ( more than 1 sub) they get annoyed and irritated and this happened to me multiple times in the past few months.

I went in there at 8:50 and was told they are closed. I said that it wasn’t 9pm yet and she said, “yeah it was quite so I closed early.” Don’t put 9 as your closing time if you aren’t going to actually close at 9.

This place was okay. Employee was a little rude and I guess didn't hear me fully and misunderstood my order. There is always another subway down the road that has wonderful customer service.

The staff are friendly and so attentive making the sandwich that I am certain that no bit of food isn't exactly where it should be placed. Must be excellent training.
