I've been ordering Subway through Uber Eats multiple times a week for the past couple of months and every single time the service has been excellent (and always arrives before the estimated time). Last night I came down with the flu and this morning I decided to again get my usual order, and the sub turned up with some complimentary freshly baked cookies. Made my day infinitely better, I will certainly enjoy these cookies whilst I'm recovering at home

Honestly visiting subway Tingalpa is the best part of my day. Zac and Thea are honestly the most friendly staff. I’m always met with a smile and friendly conversation. Not to mention they always get my order correct. Love coming in on days they are working!

Yesterday I pre ordered a subway platter for a colleagues farewell, pick up was at 10:30 and do you think the order was done? No I arrived at 10:20 and the order hadn’t been done, no one even knew about my order! This is the second time this has happened, I got my refund and a farewell party with no food!

First time and never again !!!! the girl who served us was not very friendly. Now most of the time you don't ever ask for extra lettuce but this was one time it was required. But asking for it was like asking for the moon !! Will go back to subway again just not the one at tingalpa !!

Ordered 2 wraps and a footlong sub,both women on (kate and Amy) We very polite,helpful with Ordering, store was in immaculate condition and the food was amazing Well done Kate and amy

The store was clean, staff were friendly/ quick to serve & the new menu items made things interesting. The bread was very fresh! Staff still served even 5 minutes before closing which I appreciated. Very pleasant experience

Only had on problem with this store and it's made me never eat meatball subs ever again they put metal in their meatball subs yes metal!!! It was actually inside one of the meatballs it self but other then that it's great

Service has completely dropped. Subs are not kept up to the standard they used to be. Staff did not listen to order and put the wrong sauce on.

Poor customer service, was closed an hr before closing to then be told that they ran out of bread. When we could still see there was clearly enough bread, last time I checked that’s not how you run a business.

Staff friendly and helpful. Lacking in care - handling money and food with the same gloves! Workplace health and safety it is not.

refused entry 20 minutes before closing i understand there is a pack up time to take into consideration. but it doesn't take 20 min to make a sandwich OPEN sign was still on. which was annoying

It says free wifi but staff members don't know WiFi password. Management provide wife password to staff members or remove the signs.

just got a subway from here and it’s ridiculous. asked for extra bacon and i got 2 pieces and they are all fat. the whole sub is drenched in sauce. really disappointed

wish i could give it 0 stars. the lady who served me tonight was completely incompetent

The food here is consistently great, but the staff are my favourite part, as they're all so friendly. I love coming in everyday for lunch to talk to them.

Way too much sauce even after toasting it for extra time the bread was soggy for both my partner and I, won't go here again

Nice clean subway. I wasn't super impressed with the tomatoes (all green), and the bread was a little crusty.

Very good and friendly staff, always go there to get my egg and cheese sub.
