I ordered 2 mozz pots and 2 garlic and herb toasties. Both mozz pots are missing cheese and one toastie is missing herb seasoning and has been microwaved for probably 30 seconds therefore not toasted. The second toastie has cheese on it and no herb seasoning and again has been microwaved not toasted. For an an order so simple a child could do better!

Ordered 4, ..12 Inch subs cut to bite size on platter. Disappointed as just cut into 3s which were huge and noone took any as I had lots of food. Told them small size so all could try a small piece ....have ordered before and was happy. NOONE Even tried as too large Also asked toasted and were not toasted. now food wasted. The whole lot just sitting in frige going dry

Coffee was not ready with the food, sat down to eat, they left the coffee on the counter. No one in the shop. Should of told us that would be where they were going to leave it. Should of been delivered to us. No soap in toilets and quite dirty.

Spread what was barely a smudge of avocado on and then said “sorry no more avocado left” then proceeded to charge me extra for the Avocado. (Should’ve charged me 5 cents for that tiny amount) Always makes the subway well. Tastes good.

Well went in at 10:30pm as it's a "24hrs" subway and to my surprise they are shut with their current trading ours on a small a4 sign but plastered every where is subway 24hrs so which is it........ See my pics to see what I mean

You’d think the staff would know how to properly prepare a GF wrap. It needs to be heated first, or you’ll end up with what I had - crumbling mess of a wrap tasted horrible!!

Very disappointing, walked in on a staff meeting at 11:50am and was not served, two lads came in after and finally one got up begrudgingly to serve them. Walked out and went to another Subway. Won’t be going back there.

I just brought 44$ worth of food on uber eats here and I was disappointed the subway was to salty and there was no effort in any of it and it was cold and horrible it was a waste of my money.

Placed an internet order when to pick up and they had no bread.. didn't have the cookies I ordered, so ended up with a cold poorly made wrap, with cookies I didn't want.

Need more staff at least 3. I was nearly about to leave as it was taking so long. There is only one person working at the front = pour system

Girl that served us did a pretty sloppy job of putting it together and didn't really care. You also can't hear people behind the counter very well in this store.

Great service. It was very busy when we went to grab lunch today and a line up was happening, but they handled it really well. Would highly recommend.

Ordinarily this place is ok but tonight food was somewhat substandard from the usual quality and not quite what we ordered. Not in a hurry to go back

Actually the worst subway, everytime I go here hoping it's different it just gets worse. Skimp on the sauce a bit more.
