This specific subway has very bad customer service. I have been here multiple times and each time has has be worse then the time before. This evening I was ordering 4 subs and a kid pack. They were annoyed with the size of my order. They kept calling me back and forth between people to place different stages of my order. When asked if I could just order all the meat first the the toppings they said no hurry up. I ordered a kids pack, which is suppose to include a drink and apple slices. They did not include this and although I got the mini sub was still charged for a 6 inch. So more than the cost of a kid pack but without the sides. When I pointed this out she said she didnt charge the 6 inch price but just the price of a 3 inch. If I wanted the pack I needed to pay more. I ended up just leaving. Checked my receipt when I got home and sure enough was charged for the 6 inch. Poorly trained staff and rude.

i just had to teach them how to make potato bun sidekicks because she had no idea it was on the menu and how to make it. she also had her gloves on while on her phone, possibly trying to get a hold of her boss to ask how to make the sidekick, and then went back to touching food with the same gloves on. she even set my food down on her phone at the end. i will be reporting this incident to a manager. it took 40 mins to place my order because she had no idea how to many anything other than a sub. when it came to my wrap she left it in the press for way too long so it came out as a flat crumbling mess. i would’ve never handed out food like that when i worked in fast food, if i messed it up then i remade it. completely insane experience, i’ve never been so dumbfounded by service like this before

We went there at 4:37 am and the guy didn't show up for couple minutes and when we rang the bell, he said 1 min from side room, we were clearly able to see that all he was doing was using phone. We asked for 2 footlong subs with Italian herb and cheese bun, he only had one, that wasn't the problem, i couldn't hear him so i said "sorry what" he yelled back at me with high and rude tune "we only have one". I understand stand some time they can ran out of supplies but he was supposed to be polite about it. I read his name tag "Mohak". Someone need to explain him what is customer service. I don't want be rude, but he had no sense of customer service. And I also can understand sometime a person is not in his or her best mood but it wasn't the first time he spoke in that tone.

Every time I go in, I have to ask the lady to put more of whatever I’m asking for onto my sub, because they barely give you anything. I’ve also never been charged for asking for one more scoop of tuna, as I literally get Tuna and Cucumbers and that is it. My order is definitely outting who I am LOL, I’m sure some of the subway workers will know who I am if they read this as I eat at subway frequently and go to different locations. This is by far the worst subway I’ve been to. Oh and also, my bread is never fresh. The top and edges are always crusty and hard, and I have to rip them off to get to the part of the bread that is still soft. %100 saying something to the worker next time I go in.

Never have what I want when going there and the guy always rude and says he all out of stuff or doesn’t have it or the oven broke down so varry on happy yous need to do better and get new staff that won’ts to work

The girl who was working this morning, did not washed her hands. She served the customer before me and then just sanitized her hands instead of washing her hands. Thats was ridiculous. Also, her hairs were open and was not covered with any hair net which is unhygienic. Not wearing uniform, not wearing hat. I don’t know why the manager don’t say anything for not covering hairs and not wearing uniform, feels like this is unprofessional way to work in a restaurant.

So I've gone to the subway on 4 separate occasions every time they where out of pretty much every veggies and and is usually out of the bread I like. On the last occasion the machine didn't even work so we couldn't get food yet they where still open. This is the only subway in Kingston I have these problems with

I ordered the same sub I get every time I go to this location, it was awful! I always get the great canadian with extra mayo toasted and grilled, my son picked up my sub and this is what I got, a soggy falling apart sub! Not toasted or grilled! This used to be the best subway location, not anymore. I'm not sure I will go here again!

The guy working tonight should be spoken to Asap about how to deal with customers. I asked for a salad he said we don't do chopped salads I said I dont need it chopped just the meat cut. I asked for more lettuce multiple times and he refused to give me any and was rude and down right awful. I never complain about my service but this was surverely ridiculous. Please do better horrible customer service tonight.

They mentioned 24 hrs service but I went at 3 am their toaster is not working and guy was pretty rude busy with his phone and as if he does not want to make any sub. I have been regular customer for this particular location but never coming back. Either you guys close this sub permanently or give proper service as per 24 hrs And employee is getting paid for doing nothing.

Definitely not the best crop of sandwich artists. I will never go to this subway again. They do not speak English and when I asked for a salad they didn’t even put lettuce in the salad . I didn’t want to say anything because they clearly don’t know what they are doing . I also asked for a cold cut chicken breast subway and they made the subway with a whole chicken. Never ever will I go here again

Amazing team work, great service. There was a huge line when i went there,but the employees were so nice and fast. They served all the customers with s smile on their faces

Absolutely terrible! Time after time they mess up my order. Today I had to throw everything away. The staff cannot understand plain English and continously make mistakes. I am waiting for the day they poison someone with their incomprehension and incompetence. Avoid this location at all costs!

Food and customer service is awesome. Atmosphere is kind of cool because of the lack of people eating in at Subway. I'm not sure why that is because the staff at Sharbot Lake Subway is always helpful and friendly

I'm not sure if it's all subways Orr just this location but my last 2 visits here they haven't wanted to put much veggies on the sandwichs Like I asked for extra olives and pickles and they put approximately 10 of each I've never experienced this at a subway before

I bought a veggie sub from there and the girl working there hardly put anything on it. When i came home my wife asked me where are the toppings and i had no answer for her. I was sold an invisible sub.

Good Subway location, open 24/7! The missing star in my review is because I hope in the future they will keep more fresh ingredients! But I notice that they have started to more often!

Fresh ingredients. Awesome staff. Open late. Im a regular and love this place. Wish they did more promotions and had more deals or coupons but Ill pay the extra cause I love the food.

I always order the same sub. The one gorl always seems to be working. She knows exactly what i like! Shes always polite and does her job well, im very happy with their service.
