The other 5 star review is obviously fake as it is the only review from the fake user. This is real from a real experience with the manager. I wasn't going to bother complaining about not getting the sandwich I wanted even though I ordered a Steak and Cheese and it didn't have any cheese. Easy mistake, forgot to add cheese and toast it. The response I got from the manager, Kamlesh was incredible. Did Subway forget to train it in customer service? First rule of running a restaurant, don't call your customers liars when they respond to a survey. It replied to my survey with, you are a liar, my team made your sandwich exactly as you ordered it. I have no words to describe my shock to find that vile in my email after I took the time to answer their survey. I had a hard time finding this store to leave a review. I can't believe you are too cheap to list your restaurant on Google maps. I hope you go out of business soon so a new restaurant can take your place. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE while Kamlesh is in charge. Update: the last few reviews confirm nothing has changed and Kamlesh is still "managing" this disgraceful excuse for a subway. Please cut your losses and close shop so the neighborhood can get a better store. The subway on 2904 Yorkmont Rd takes orders online and has made my sandwiches to order every week accurately without fail.

Poor poor customer service. I spoke when I walked in twice before it was acknowledged and the rep was sweeping the floor when I walked in. I was directly beside her. I am now wondering if she changed her gloves before making my sub. The vegetables have been cross contaminated with other vegetables most of the time I walk into subway they do a good job cleaning extra vegetables from areas that they don’t belong. There’s cheese and red sauce in the spinach onions in the lettuce. I could go on but I’m not oh there was frost around the jalapeños and black olives I was hoping it was a mold but it was a lot of frost. She gave me the feeling that she didn’t wanna be bother and asking her any questions was just absolutely too much. Being that you have on a mask speaking of your eye contacts will help a customer feel welcome looking at her eyes I can already tell she just did not want to be bothered she wanted to just sweep the floor the other rep eventually came from the back she was in the bathroom. She also said nothing but that’s cool this is my first and my last time coming to this location they also had a sign in front Stating that they’re closing at 4 PM which is odd because hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM. If you want a good customer service fresh veggies I suggest you drive a few more miles to the next one.

I was told the "numbered" sandwiches were offered ONLY as listed. I ordered a sandwich that listed turkey, bacon, fresh mozzarella, and avocado--one of the most expensive sandwiches on the menu. I requested that the staff member swap out the bacon for salami, as salami is listed as a CHEAPER meat... And I really hate bacon. Well, that was absolutely not possible. I had to get my sandwich EXACTLY as written. (shrug) Okay. Whatever. I have never had an issue at any other Subway swapping meats. But at this location, no substitutions. But what REALLY got me was the staff absolutely meant NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Like, not even the veggies. When I asked to get cucumber and banana peppers on my sandwich, I was told, "We are not supposed to make any changes to the sandwiches. We need to make them exactly as listed." I am sure both shock and annoyance showed on my face because the staff member quickly "made an exception, just this once"... I work right around the corner from this location and I will absolutely take the advice from other reviewers... And visit a different location. At least until the management/ownership changes. Worst. Subway. Ever.

My overall experience at this location was pedestrian at best. The young lady that took care of me was phenomenal she was engaging she smiled she articulated herself she made suggestions she was moving to a different level within her position with this organization. I was so impressed that I did something I would never do at a normal quick service food organization I gave the young lady a tip and I loved her pleasant smile she was amazing and awesome The remainder of your staff extremely suspect and their level of engagement was not that beneficial.

Total completely unprofessional. Manager there who is an Indian manager decided to say some racial slurs to me and called me a covid carrier. I'm asian. Refused to cancel my order and kicked me out of my store and called me a lying virus carrier despite what was on my AP. I would upload video but I don't know how to do so. UPDATE: The "manager" decided to write me a email calling me a liar yet again. I got footage and would be more than happy to share. Kamesh Shah.

Epitomizes the current state of our country and the direction it's going. Young "adults" working, too busy yapping with each other and on their phone with an earpiece to hear the order.... and still screwed it up. Everything just thrown together. Minimal effort made. More concerned about another customer's shoes. I was an obvious inconvenience. Don't waste your time because your business doesn't matter anyway.

Good some times, not so good other times. The consistency is terrible. With the service and the food at times.

So I’ve been going to this Subway for the past week and I have been getting not only rude customer service but I haven’t been able to even get my sub the way that I want. I ask one of the associates can I get some different spinach because the spinach was wrinkled as if it had been out for a few days and she said no I just brought this out. Do not go to this location

First of all I’m disappointed in the service, the workers burned me and my friends sandwich twice, then on top of that I show up with a coupon, what kind of subway doesn’t accept or honor coupons, highly disappointed in the service and will never come back to this subway again

Went to the subway up the street and was in and out unless than 10. Suggested they go train the male at the other store

Walked up to the door at 7:41 and the woman working yelled at me through the door saying they were closed as they were mopping. I looked at the sign that said they close at 8:00 pm and pointed at it, saying to woman you close at 8:00. The woman just shrugged. This location should just be shut down.

One of the waitress was too rude. The subway was empty, had to take a veggie sub.. she was rushing like she had to serve a zillion customers. The other waitress was nice and sweet. Although, subs turned out to be good.

Came here at 7:30pm and the doors were locked even though they are supposed to be open until 8pm. Saw the workers inside and they just acted like I wasn’t at the door
