Past Sunday my boyfriend, his little sister and I stopped by for a quick bite. The gentlemen who “helped” us was flat out rude and did not follow proper food handling hygiene. He made a sandwich for his little sister (HAM, cheese, mayo, toast) using the same gloves he grabbed the bread from the holster.. another bread layering the bread with two other meats.. cheese, all the veggies and sauces... without changing his gloves. Cross contaminating all the foods. He got to me.. I asked him if it’d be okay to change his gloves.. he gave me an attitude but changed them. I asked for a wrap with a veggie patty as I’ve done in many other subways. He proceeded to tell me “No, we don’t make those”. I asked “why?” And he said I don’t know how. I tried to walk him through it.. he proceeded to tell me pick something else because he doesn’t make Mexican food... the gentlemen did not wear uniform not a name tag so I can not identify him. He was not only rude to me but also not following what could cause a spread of contamination (my biggest concern) He in addition to being rude was catering to his girlfriend who was hiding in the back until he made her food. (which is fine, but unfair because he left to check on her when my bf little sister mid through her order with him).

There was a guy working today who was rude with me and another costumer. I tried to explain calmly why I thought he was being rude and that he works in customer service but he just “excused” himself and didn’t even listen to us. After arguing with me and the other lady I kept waiting for my ride and he went to talk to about the situation with his co-worker in Spanish, I do speak Spanish as my first language and called me “gringa esa” which made the whole situation even more disrespectful. The other worker saw what was happening and ignored almost completely, I don’t know if she was a manager or something but she didn’t do anything at all which is also kinda concerning. To add to all of this they were only taking cash and lost like 6 costumers while I was there because of it. I tried to give the guy a explanation and tell him that I understand that he may be stressed but he can’t take it out in the costumer he was still just being defensive. I was going to buy like 11 subs but with that service I didn’t buy anything and just left.

The fact that this subway has 3 1/2 stars is absolutely absurd!!!!! I have made several attempts to patronize this location, due to convenience and poor judgement, each experience worse than the last. If it is not gross incompetence of the convicts they employ, horrific odor and the B rating health inspection should have been enough. Even still against my better judgement I decided to stop in a 3rd time thinking, im not that picky it’s a freakin sandwich if I avoid the brown tomatoes how bad could it be? Well after becoming violently ill AND having my checking account compromised I think its fair to deem it absolutely necessary to steer clear of this location all together! I refuse to even slow down in the parking lot. If you are smart you won’t either!

Subway Scam? Since it's the second time it's happened at this location in two weeks, I don't think it's an accident! I had a coupon for two footlong subs for $12.99. Went to pay, he scanned the coupon code and said $21.50 I said the coupon is $12.99, so he grudgingly re-did it and said $17.15 Once again I mentioned the coupon, and he said "oh it's three dollars more for mozzarella on the one sub!" I think this location has discovered a way of getting around the sale price! (funny thing is...mozzarella is the same price as other cheeses at Publix!)

I ordered thru the Postmates app where they had a promotion at this location. The promotion was buy one get one free footlong sandwich. There were only a certain type of that were available for the promotion. I ordered the meatball footlong . When I arrived, there was a customer placing her order and the Subway employee looked at me and asked me what I wanted. I told him that I could wait until he was finished with the customer since I wasn't in a rush. He told me don't worry about it. I told him I have a mobile order and I told him my name. He handed it to me and I left.

About three days ago I order a veggie patty sub 6” and dined in. Now I am just recouping from food poisoning from this sub. I was throwing up all day couldn’t do anything but allow my body normalize itself. I couldn’t eat anything for like two days. Never experience this before. Not to mention as I was dining in, the disrespect coming customers were verbally attacking me. I don’t know what is going on around this place but this start having me thinking. I felt like I was about to die. Now I’m building my strength so I can finally write this review.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. This location is absolutely the worst Subway store I have been to. Horrible customer service . I was there after for an event at AAA arena and was disgusted. I gave them about a 2 year break and recently went again thinking maybe new management and or staff would be a different experience and turns out was another dreadful experience !! Never again !! This place is for the birds!! StAY AWAY !!

Great subway shop. Clean super friendly staff. Fresh ingredients, staff was well protected with masks and gloves. Cash register was covered in Plexiglas.

If i could do zero stars I would. This is the WORST subway I have ever been too. The fact that every time ive been there there staff ignore me either because they are on their cellphones or doing something sketchy in the back......I also dont appreciate how they treat marina Blue residents. You would think they are a priority but nope.

Went on a Friday night just before a Heat game. In and out quick and sandwiches were good. Love the cookies.

I'd give a 0 if I could. Order pickup from there, get back to work, to find out NONE of our sandwiches were right, and if you got the meat you ordered, you sure DID NOT get what you wanted on it, but what they want to put on it. Then

Bad. Went in to order a sandwich and wash my hands. The girl staff mrmber told me i had to pay before using the bathroom and talking with me and talking on her cell phone. Never will on go there again.
