I purchased a 6 box of cookies from Jefferson subway and the store didn't have it this order was purchased through delivery. The driver did his job letting me know. So I called the store for a refund. The person said no and said but didn't receive it I am in titled to a refund. I'll call back as she suggested, so I called back that morning to speak to management no one answered the phone I called a second time and the phone hung up on me in less than 2 minutes I called again and it hung up in less than 1. What happened it was a box of cookies worth 4.99. I guess they didn't want me ordering from them again.

I went to the Subway to use a coupon that I got in the mail. The lady behind the counter told me I could only get one meat with the coupon. I had used a similar coupon at a Subway in Plano also at the Subway on Zang and I was able to get one of the sandwich they are listed on their menu that had more than one meat. While I was there a Hispanic lady came behind me and made an order. The lady behind the counter fixed the Hispanic later order before mine. No only was she lying about how many meats I can get on the sandwich she was racist. The next day I went to the Subway on Zang and use the same coupon and was able to get a sandwich with more than one meat

I hadn’t been to Subway for years but decided to give it another try with their BOGO deal. 2 foot longs for like $11! And wow I was pleasantly surprised…they really stepped up their bread game. Got the spicy Italian just as listed on their menu but added peppercinis. It was just as good as the other fast food sandwich shops for a much better price!

No matter who much staff changes, it's not the better of the Subway. I went one day and it was a good hour before they close and doors were locked!! I was looking at the staff make a sandwich for a customer in there and they hand motioned they were closed to which I printed at my watch and their door time. When they clearly should have been open. Near the end of the day they say they are short of items, but one previous manager stated they have them and staff doesn't want to get it or also the shipment doesn't arrive. Staff also says they get robbed often, so does the Burger King catty corner from them.

I came here at 9:45 and they close at 10pm. The sand which line had been closed down and the workers were cleaning and looking directly at me while I was knocking, yet they act like they did not see me. How rude. Lack customer service skills on all levels. I’m sure they didn’t open the door or even acknowledge my presence because they aren’t supposed to close down early. The least they could do was apologize for the inconvenience. Avoid this nonsense business. I will call corporate when they open in the morning.

Very bad service, I visited on Saturday morning, 9 am to be exact, I ordered my subway and the lady who served told me sorry but I don't have bread of any kind, do you want a salad? How is it possible that they open a place where their main sale is suways and come out with the reverend suck that they don't have bread? I will never go back to that place, this is the 3rd time the same thing has happened and the manager? Good, thank you, sleeping and giving cheese to the store and the customer, bad, very bad.

The person that attended me name angie did my sandwich so in a Rush with no people in line and had a bad atitude añd I asked for more Vegetables she only gave me a little bit. there was a bread i wanted and she dientes want to give to me because wanted for next customers amd not for us.. worse experience dont go the lo more.. really ugly actitud from this hispanic workwr Angie.

Horrible! We were there, the ladies' restroom was occupied by the employee and was then inaccessible so that she wanted to send me to the men's restroom, unfortunately they didn't have the key, bottom line I couldn't go to the bathroom. The man at the counter asked us to put on the masks instead of addressing the problem of the toilet and wanted me to go to the Chinese restaurant restroom. Then we went elsewhere.

Waited in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes, after placing my order at the sign. No one even came to take my money or inform me on how long it would be. Had to drive off because I simply don't have the time to wait. Could see through the window the time made several sandwiches and had probably four employees working the counter. Should not take that long to not even be greeted.

First time i went the guy working there got mad because he had to get off his phone second time i went no one was there all you could here was laughing in the back and a guy saying screenshot it dude yeah hahahahaah save it and i was there for like 20 minutes and they didn't even notice i was there despite i was saying hello hello and nothing

My husband went here on April 11, 2021 at 620pm and a Hispanic gentleman refuse to serve him because I called and he was laughing on the phone. When ask for the gentleman his name he refuse. He then threatened to call the police because my husband would not tell him if he was laughing at him or not ...

So great! Very clean, everything behind the counter looked nice and fresh, the staff was SO nice and quick and worked together so well it was very pleasant. Sandwiches were well "built" they had a perfect hand with the toppings. Best Subway I've ever been to, I left a big tip to thank them. Lovely.

I purchased a veggie subway footlong, and i asked for a creamy sriracha in a cup but they were out of a cup, which is not my fault, she gave me in a big cup and she charged me $3.99 for just a creamy sriracha sauce, also they were really rude

Pretty average Subway. Fast service. Clean. Buy horrible customer service. Young lady didn't care to even speak up while taking my order. Other employee didn't care to help her, even tho there was more customers behind me. This location is in mini shopping center. Limited parking.

I was very disappointed on the Cali Stk sub they didn't let the mozzarella cheese melt and the steak was cold and for price I paid for it. I will not order this again.

The ladies here are awesome...friendly and very efficient...they don't rush you like other subways...i come here at least 3 times a week....

Store hours online and even on the sticker on the door says it closes at 10pm but they have the open sign off and doors closed by 9pm

I'm here now it says on Internet they close at 11:00pm they are counting down and man just gave me the closed signal at 10:04pm smh
