I placed an order that was not even started! The time says they close at 10, I got there (the right address) and told the lady I had a pick up order and she was rude! My order was not even started and she argued saying she didn’t have any orders! And I can’t even cancel cause it says pick up complete when I didn’t get anything! Apparently she closed at 6:50 which if this is the case fix your google info and refund me my money! Yea it’s just 20 some dollars, but if you would have even took a second to be shown that I was correct and admit you failed to provide for the customer I wouldn’t care, but the rudeness and horrible customer service is unacceptable I paid already and I can’t get it back because you failed! I’ll never come here or use postmates again.

Older Gentleman was Rude and they do not wear mask. I asked and it was said that they're not required to wear them. He also has a problem with making sandwiches the way you ask!!! Toppings are unlimited right?? Also he had a conversation with coworker in Spanish about me while fixing my order. Unaware that I speak/understand a little Spanish.

The service was subpar. I definitely was reminded of my teenage years but they could speak up and be a bit more personable. The staff looked down and mumbled a few times. The food was great though! I haven't been back to Subway since the bread scandal! Sweet onion chicken teriyaki is always a great option with cucumbers and a dollop of the red chipotle dressing. (I'm not sure of the dressing's name but that dressing with extra sweet onion was a pleasant match!)

Horrible, Horrible costumer service! Terrible Rude employees, they will not acknowledge you , leaving you there waiting for a long time then and turn around with an angry face saying that there’s no staff to prepare you’re sandwich ! I made the mistake of stopping here to get a quick to go lunch and I will never do this again .

My daughter, her 2yr old, and myself travel to Dallas 3 wks out of every month. For her corporate position, Stemmons Street is the Only place we stay. Don't get me wrong We've been here & there .Never Again..I care for the 2 yr old while my daughter works Stemmons Homewood Suites is the Only place for us...

Went to subway on mockingbird close to ihop Dallas TX. The lady told me that they were closed. I said on the internet it said it will be closed at 8. She said she was sick but would make me a sandwich, I said no that's k. Are management not aware of employees being sick of the corona???

Ive eaten at this location a few times. The staff is amazing and professional. Good always fresh and delicious.

Worst customer service ever ..manager is so rude...don't fallow instructions to make the sandwich like you want ...vegetables looks dried and old ...not a fresh sandwich like they promote …

Avoid this subway at all cost. Crew didn't know how to make the sandwiches and finally after we got our oder the subs where an absolute mess. Save your money and go to a different location.

Service here is usually Quick and painless. I go in get what I want and get out. The Subway staff is not a people to go out of their way for customer service at least they have good food.
