Walked into this subway location at 9:40pm and the worker a tall light skinned Hispanic guy with glasses informed me that his manager has him close at 9:30 pm and that I couldn’t place an order. This is a location I regularly visit so I know what time it closes. I informed him that I was going to call the corporate number and he said OK have a nice day. Then he proceeded to come out from around the counter and lock the door as I was leaving another customer pulled up to the store and he had the customer standing outside, denying service, very rude, very unprofessional, not a friendly experience whoever trains these workers needs to do better because this was absolutely ridiculous.

I bought two subs from this location and one of them I forgot to put toasted when ordering online so I kept calling the location to have them correct my order but they never picked up. When I arrived to the subway I told them what happened. The person at the front during the moment said, “our phone isn’t working” and that she could only toast it as is with the veggies, sauce, and meat already on it. I asked her if they could please redo it and she said no. So she proceeded to remove all the veggies and toasted it like that even though I asked her not to do that. She said we aren’t going to waste product. Very bad customer service!

This is one of the best subways I have ever been to because, of one outstanding employee making my sandwich with such perfection and artisan-ship. It was one of the most precise sandwich's I have laid my eyes on. This sandwich would be a God amongst men and would make Hephaestus him self notice such a man that can produce such virtue and excellence. The name of the man such a creation is Emmanuel S.I praise this man for such a delicacy. He truly deserves a increment in his stipend.

The staff had their kids here for some reason and we're feeding them sandwiches. The staff also had a really bad attitude. They never bothered to restock the cup lids or napkins. And they put the absolute bare minimum on your sandwich. To the manager that might be interested. This occured may 29 at 2:00pm. The child later was able to grab any drink, chips and go into the back of the store. It made me really uncomfortable seeing the child play around the store while I'm eating.

Ordered at 1:24 online said it would be ready at 1:40. When we get there at 2:00 and it's still not ready! We ended up waiting till 2:23 for 3 sandwiches!!.... That's almost a whole hour for 3 sandwiches!! I'm no mathematician but that doesn't add up!!! Also if you're thinking maybe they were busy... No it was dead only two other customers there when we got there

We did an online order for curbside pickup which both the app and online clearly advertise. After checking in they call us after 5 minutes of waiting and tell us they no longer do curbside pickup. Whenever I inconveniently get off the worker Rosalva says I can speak to her supervisor but she refuses to give me the supervisors information. What horrible customer service and might I memtioned they had Zero customers inside!

Web and signs posted at shop show their hours as open till 10:30. We arrived at 9:50 and the doors were already locked up. At 10:03 the two employees were leaving and getting in their cars. Won't be going back there. Subway here's some advice... Post the correct hours of operation if you want customers to come to your establishment. You got got 1 star by default, I couldn't give you less.

The worker there was wandering around the front until I came. She never greeted me, told me they only had two options for bread. Then never have me a receipt. I was willing to overlook it. Until, I ate my undercooked sandwich. I am pregnant and was very apalled. I would give this less than a star of I could. Young people need to really do better.

Worst looking Subway Sandwich I have ever received had to keep asking for more toppings and this is what I Received. Only thing she put more on was salt. Somewhere under those leaves of spinach is some lettuce.

I was there at 7:50 tonight. there was a guy and a girl working. The guy totally ignored me. wouldn't even make my sandwich or help me at the cash register, the girl made someone else's whole sandwich and then charged me while he stood around. idk what the Hell is his problem. deserves to be fired. if I could give no stars. Manager here needs to do better. Any time I order delivery the sandwiches have like 3 slices of meat. This last time I received the wrong sandwich period. The manager needs to train everyone better and stop being so cheap.

The only person who should be allowed to work there is Anthony. Everyone else doesn’t know what they’re doing. I went to get a soup & when they opened the soup container I changed my mind immediately. It looked old & dry. The girl who made my sandwich wasn’t trained properly & was using dirty utensils for my meal. Never again

Arrived at 958. Google maps says 11pm closing time and on the door it says 10:30. The employee locked the door right when I walked up and said closed. 12/29. Went to another location and it was open. Customer service is not part of this location. Visit other locations. This franchise owner doesn’t know how to run a Subway.

3 stars for the food. The staff is uneducated of the menu and lacks any knowledge of store policies and rewards club. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service this subway has. But other than terrible customer service the food is fine.

Remembering now why I stopped going to Subway. At noon they said they were out of bread except for a few 4” chunks and wouldn’t be making any more. Instead of offering me another option (like two of the 4” PCs!) she said there was nothing she could do. Left hungry and with a new resolve to avoid Subways at any cost.

Save yourself some time,money and headaches and just stop by Tom Thumb and buy the ingredients and make your own SUBWAY at Home. Because this Place is a Joke. The Owner/Manger could take some lessons on how to run a Successful Business/Franchise. Disappointed in Oak Cliff!!!

The food was ok, even though to my opinion they add very little tuna to the tuna subs. One thing that I was completely disgusted with, is that in order to use the restroom you have to ask for a key. The key is taped to a plastic cup the everyone takes inside the restroom. Very unsanitary.

I was hungry and tired so I stopped at get a sandwich for dinner. I was welcomed the moment I walked in the door and was impressed that the employee didnt just want to take my order but also interested in how my day day was going. My sandwich was very fresh and delicious

Shoutout to the guy working there Friday night. Unlike other places, this guy continues to provide great customer services that extends to letting patrons use the restroom. Who knew prohibiting the use of a restroom in a public place would be a big deal. Thanks man!

Besides the fact that no one greeted. Was having difficulty with the online order. Advised worker but was no assistance at all nor did she bother getting help. Instead was told my phone internet didn’t work when it fact it was and showed her. No purchase was made.

The turn over rate is bad here. Usually younger staff at night. They have the bare minimum of ingredients in stock. It was only 6 pm and they had white or wheat bread. And by the amount of negative comments you can tell management does not care to improve.

They are short on people or just not caring enough to put more people on the floor so takes to long for a sandwich to be made seem people walk out of lines plenty of times need better management will not be coming back to this location.

All was well the lady whom was helping us was very kind and sweet. Then things took a turn when this man just came out the bathroom and put on his apron and grabbed my sandwich WITHOUT GLOVES. Overall completely dissatisfied.

First and foremost Valerie, Jazlyn and Jasmine are the best, they are very welcoming and always polite, and the food is great!
