I received the worst service today. I placed a mobile order on the subway app to pick up inside this location (7800 Longpoint), and received notifications that my account was charge and the order was processing. Once the app stated that my order was ready, I arrived to the restaurant and was told my order was not ready/received. I showed the employees (a young girl with a short boy cut, a young male, and an older heavy-set women [whom could not speak English]) the order that was processed and "ready" on the app as well as the charge that came from out of my account. However, they told me that there was nothing that they could do even after showing proof that I placed the order to pick up at this location (showed proof of address) and the money was taken. They continued to make sandwiches for several other people instead of making an effort to assist me. I then asked for the manager's number and they refused to give it to me and said that they could not give it to me. I asked them to call on their phone to speak with the manager to have my issue resolved. It is basic customer service to take care of a customer with an issue that could have easily been resolved by making my sandwich or giving me a gift card with the amount they charged me. They made me wait 20-30 minutes before even addressing my issue. I read online that the manager is Maria Nava, and I will do everything in my power to get in touch with her or whomever the manager is because this is unacceptable. The two women actually were laughing at the matter before I left the restaurant as if it was a joke that they would not give me a meal that I paid for.

I ordered a footlong Tuna Sub. A 6" has 3 scoops of Tuna... A footlong aka 12" (6" + 6"=12) has only 5 scoops of Tuna....? I politely asked if I could have more tuna.. referring to the obvious gap on the bread..... She said "Sure" without further communication.... I stood by waiting for them to replenish the empty pepper jack cheese Holder and thought I would get ahead of things by suggesting that they replenish the cucumbers..... All finished... Cheese and cucumbers properly installed.... An upcharge of $1.50 to put the appropriate amount of Tuna on a 12" Sub.... Without ever discussing an imminent upcharge for common sense WTH is wrong with you Subway??? A chain who's obviously off the chain!!!

Employee was extremely rude and argued with me about being in the right place (I was picking up an order) I literally had to shove my phone in her face and make her see the address which was the right address after that she proceeded to tell me they hadn't accepted it so it wasn't ready, yet it had already accepted the payment. Only one of them speaks even broken English. To make matters worse instead of working on the order the SAME employee I had problems with was just standing around instead of actually working on the order. Highly annoying and I won't be back.

I ordered from this location using the app for delivery. The only thing correct was the sandwich. I ordered jalapeño chips and a classic coke, and I received Cheetos and a Diet Coke instead, without any notice that substitutions were being made. I tried to call the location and no one would pick up. I tried to find a place in the app to notify that my order was incorrect, but there was no way to do it, so now I’m leaving a public message as it’s the only way to let Subway know.

The open time shows at 8am and it’s not true the lady in the back was inside with the door locked I was standing there around 8:10 and gave me some Signs with the hands telling me at 8:30!!!!! This open time it’s confirmed a week ago by the owner “you should can and check your business”

I had placed a online order through the app and when I got to the location I wanted to change it while they were making it and Gabriel who was making the sandwich was rude and wouldn’t change it for me and didn’t give me any explanation why he couldn’t. Just poor customer service and don’t have a good energy there.

They need to do something about their employees, they don't pay attention at all, have got the worst experience ever ordering online; i ordered 30 minutes before pick up so i could give them time to prepare my food but its never ready when go pick up for lunch as I only get 30 minutes they always be messing up on my orders and can't even enjoy my lunch time every time I want to eat subway ... sad but true subway down bad.... just saying

Don’t come to this location, employees don’t care. Today’s date 8-29-2020 at 6:30pm and ordered a Tuna Sandwich and it tasted funny and the mustard they used wasn’t mustard, not sure what it was. My other sandwich a Subway melt didn’t taste fresh like other locations do. I’m surprised this location is even open cause the owner apparently doesn’t care either..

Only ordered a drink berry cucumber flavored. Usually other locations don't have any other than sodas but this location did and I got the last of it after a refill.

Conveniently close and open early in the mornings. However, their hours of operations are incorrect for quite some time despite it being "updated" recently. Says they are open at 8am but they were closed when I showed up at 8:29am. They don't open until 9am and need to update their times to match their store hours.

Today August 23 I was here at 8:00pm is was open but they told me ! We don’t have bread I was in shock ! For real why this store doesn’t have bread come on !!! You sales sandwich’s or what ? They were cleaning and obviously I noticed they don’t want to give me the service because of it !

Food poisoning! I ate quality fruit for breakfast, this for lunch, and there sure was no dinner. The place seemed clean and the staff was SLOW but nice. (Thus 2 stars) but the entire day after was a wash due to food poisoning. Lost a day to this place that I will never get back.

Great customer service! Clean store. One of the workers accidentally dropped food, he grabbed the food tossed it and put on new gloves before preparing my food. I would loved it if he washed his hands but i did see him wipe them with a clean paper towel before changing gloves.

The worst subway ever! They burnt my husbands and I bread like 2 times. There nothing fresh there and everything is old and they never give you a good portion!! Customer service was okay .. but they need to do better with the quality and the way they burn the bread!

I was hurt, and very disappointed. It's sickening how people act towards others. Their behavior was terrible. I tried to post then at that moment, however it wasn't possible. I pray that those employees have improved

I use to like this location but not after me ordering a sandwich online only to get there and they have no bread and nobody can tell me how to get my money back. Do better! Why & how is a sandwich shop running out of bread of all things.

Gabriel was very disrespectful when trying to adjust my order before it was placed, as I proceeded to ask him if he can change an ingredient that was not on the sandwich at the moment he choose to tell me I could not change my mind then

this location and the food is fine. However the employees were quite nosey and kept on questioning me about the person I was with. stuff like if he was my dad/brother/husband, i just wanted my food. it was really weird

The food is good and so is the staff, but the reason I have it 3 stars is because in the photo provided there was a fly walking over all the cookies so I decided not to get any cookies.

The Sandwich girl was completely clueless and didn't listen to a word we said. I ended up repeating myself multiple times even when I was clear and concise to begin with.

No crowd fresh sandwich. Drink machine only had 2 drinks to choose from and there was no tea brewed or fruit juices.

They had full menu items. Bread was real fresh. They are real nice . I didn't order it, they have a limited offer for $3 subs on limited selections right now.

Left two restaurants with bad reviews. So i give up and come to a Subway and now these guys are telling me they only have wheat bread. I fkn tell you

The staff members were professional and knowledgeable but friendly. I enjoyed my sandwich so much, I ate the whole thing right there.
