I went to get two sandwiches a little after 2 o'clock. The sandwiches where made to order. All was going well until it was time to pay. Apparently the computer system was down or acting very slow as far as I could gather from the young man behind the counter. I could not use a credit card. I did not have any cash on me so I said that I would drive to the nearest ATM and be back. I returned with the money. No discount of any kind was offered or implied for my inconvenience. Yes, it was real inconvenience. Come on Subway get with the program of customer service. Give your employees a little more training and autonomy. This has left a not so good taste in my mouth for Subway. Despite the service charge for using the ATM and the lack of any discount, I'll not be back nor recommend this Subway. Coupons in the mail aren't going to help this one. In closing, he didn't even give me a recipe. It's not the end of the world, but you dropped the ball big time because I was not the only one being inconvenienced at this location today.

About 20 minutes ago my grandmother and I came to this location and received some of the worst customer service. The two gentlemen working were anything but, they were very rude, especially to my grandmother, even shouting a very stern “welcome in“ to the customer behind us, just to show his frustration that she decided to dine there today. The food was ok, The only complaint being that my grandmothers sandwich bread was tough and they put a little too much sauce on her sandwich, the food was fine otherwise, but I definitely did not appreciate the attitude of the gentleman working towards us (and their attitude towards all the customers tbh) some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Easily the best Subway I've been too. I always order in the evening and the Evening staff is always nice and on top of everything! I normally order online and even when I show up early my food is ready for me. And they've never shorted me or my wife on ingredients just because we order online, truly amazing evening staff, keep them, cherish them, and tell them they are appreciated.

First time eating at this location yesterday for lunch. A woman and man behind the counter, didn't see their name tags, but the man was grossing me out extremely bad. He was making everyone's sandwiches and she was the one handling the register. They both had masks on, BUT.... the man kept touching and adjusting his mask with his left glove hand and then proceeded to touch the food and sandwiches with that same glove hand!!! Very unsanitary!! What's worse is that you could visibly tell his mask was wet towards his chin area....never eating there again.

Two Live rats where in sticky trap, by the drink dispenser, when I came to pick up my order. I pointed the live rats out to an employee. Instead of apologizing the employee said “I ain’t gonna touch that”.... another employee ended up taking care of it.. Apart from being gross those traps are extremely inhumane. I was not offered a discount or refund for the food (I had already paid through the subway app). I was also never offered an apology. Do yourself and your health a favor- go to thunder clouds subs across the street.

I gotta say that the 3 guys working today are an awesome team, customers never stopped coming in and the line was still moving pretty fast, there was a couple times though when the sandwich prepare, which was preparing the meat, jumped over to the vegetables and was grabbing the vegetables with the same gloves he was grabbing the meat with and that just worries me for cross contamination. Other than that, these dudes rock.

Kaitlyn and Trey showed exceptional work ethics and patience while dealing with me during a period of severe sleep deprivation. Their calm and collected approach, coupled with their wit and humor, kept me engaged and alert, despite my exhaustion. Their professionalism and unwavering patience guided me through the darkness of fatigue, leaving me in admiration of their grace under pressure.

Understaffed. Everytime I go in it takes forever to get one sandwich. And I never see the same people. There's always someone new. Which would be fine if they were trained to move faster. Why would you put a trainee with one other person on a Saturday at lunch time? Needed another person to help pick up the slack. Took 40 minutes in line to get my sandwich

We get our order wrong 100% of the time. But the quality is typically good... If you like toppings you didn't order or go without ones you did.

Require masks to even enter. Dont remember a dr or nurse working there to give you medical advice.... even the mask boxes indicate they will not prevent viruses and airborne pathogens from passing through the cloth. So NEVER again will I get a subway sandwich from mask peddling and paid pedofile actors sandwich shop.

Today after years of coming to this Subway was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I brought up a mistake and they tried to make it like i was wrong, then when i proved them wrong they got extremely rude. Manager fixed issue but there was no manager on duty. I will go back but not with those employees there.

Meh...it's probably no fault of their own but subway has been sliding for years. Remember a few years back when it was exposed they were putting TERRIBLE things in the bread. Something used to make plastic. Yikes, I think that hurt Subway a lot. A lot of sandwich shops like Firehouse have really become popular.

They were closing in more than 5 minutes and we had already been in there since 9:50 but they still wouldn’t make 7 sandwiches for us. I would’ve been fine with this if the guy didn’t slam the door shut and lock it as I went out. Terrible customer service. This was on a Friday night.

The customer service in this location is excellent. I did an online order that had items that I didn’t add, I went in and I was immediately acknowledged and a sandwich was remade for me with a smile. The gentleman was very pleasant, and a great asset to your company!

Was my go to spot but sorry. Cant rely on yall to everthing. Had to take home a salad with no dressing on it cause you didnt have it andno compensation was made up for that inconvenience witch makes me not wanna go back, andnot to mention i go there all the time

Always order my own custom sub...one day it will be on the menu!!! But overall good food like that they make it front of you and it doesnt take long. But bring back my blue bag sun chips dammit!!! LOL...but still my go to place for the beast of a sub i order.

Bruh they got this energy drink there all natural and I think it's the best I've ever had gives out moderate amount of energy plus taste like water downed juice which I like not too sweet or sour perfect blends goes great with a hammy and cheese sammwhich

6 in steak and cheese Portion of steak very small, veggies were also not the best. Looking like subway is being added to my list of places not to go too

I ordered 2 sandwiches here on postmates. I received only half my order. When I contacted this shop they did not care or bother to try to fix the situation. I feel absolutely ripped off. I would not get postmates or uber eats from this location

With this specific subway make sure and get here 30 minutes prior to closing because they will lock the doors up to 30 minutes prior. They will keep all lights on and hide in the back and not ach knowledge you. I’ll be suggesting on google

Best subway hands down, everything is always on point, clean environment, friendly staff, and they usually get stuff done quick, they can have a line out the door and they still manage to get everyone taken care off very efficiently More

For the first time I tried the buffalo chicken and was very impressed. Saucy, spicy and extra jalaps. Great for lunch break. Short handed during lunchtime, suggest ordering on line or call it in. Regardless, it's worth the wait

The customer service at this location is so good I will drive past a closer location to come to this one! Is always soooooo Clean and they have 100A+ health inspection! My husband and I go every morning during the week.

Friendly staff but wait times during lunch are terrible..why they complete the online orders BEFORE helping people in the store in person is beyond me..good place to eat if you have 30 minutes to wait for a sandwich

Went to this location tonight after a long flight in San Antonio Texas . It says the location don’t close until 10 . I was pulling up at 9:40 and the worker cut off the lights and sign . Horrible experience !!!!!

I have other subway's near but this one is my favorite. Is almost in a small little mall that seems like you're in a country site. The people there are amazing and the place is always clean.

Horrible place, employees acted like they hate their jobs, soup was so watery thought I ordered broccoli water. Thought it was an upscale Subway but it was far from that.

I thought it was good for the first time in the middle of the day before the end of the day.. The subs were okay with me, but the service left something to be desired...

4 stars because of the wonderful customer service. 1 employee and she took care of lunch rush with a smile. Sure I waited a little but the great service made me happy.
