On April 3 2021 around 1:00pm, I went to this Subway to buy a lunch, a female staff served me, everything went well and I paid then left. Two days later my wife found the receipt that I left on the kitchen table, she looked it then she found I got charged for $3 dollars tip, she ask me if I tipped the staff there, I said I did not tip her, she said why it showed 3 dollars tip? Then I remembered when I paid that I did not get option to choose tip or not tip as other restaurants do, I what I got was a total amount and I just tapped my credit card on the machine, that was why I was not aware that I got ripped off by this female staff. 3 dollars is a small amount of money, but charged without my consent made me very angry!

i went to this subway a little while ago found hair in my sub and the employees were very sassy. I went today again with my kids. When my child went to go and eat there cookie there was a bite out of it. I called and the employees were very rude and and just basically just said i dont care what do you want me to do. They practically spit in my face. They are very immature and i will NEVER EVER come here again. I would say dont ever go here you will not get good service. if you want to feel like you just went to dogway then go there. They act like wild dogs. I an traumatized and will never ever recover.

I have always been a regular customer here and liked the ambiance. I ordered online but dinned in previously at 10 pm 3 times(once it was a Chinese woman, Indian girl twice), they were very great. On 11th Sept, I ordered online and went by 8.45pm. There's this indian guy who didn't do my order properly, and when i asked if I could dine in, he said no. I didn't argue as his attitude was rough.

Terrible customer service. I called to book catering for 7 platters, and was told that the only way I could order, is if all of the veggies were on the sandwiches. I explained that there were allergies amongst the people we were feeding, and this would not work and we had done so in the past. He stated that I must have ordered from a different store, because they only do catering with all the veggies on the sandwiches. I ended up calling another Subway down the street which accommodated all of my groups needs. 10/10 will not return to this store.

So, I have been to this store so many times and there is on worker who makes the worst sandwich ever. As I asked him to get the sandwich grilled which I get all the time and did that grill kn the worst way that all the veggies are falling down and when I asked him to do it properly he said that he can do it only that way and don't know how to do it properly in a rude way which is not a very nice way to treat the customer and I am not gonna say anything about the customer service because every other worker does it better way.

I bought sub from here few years ago and got sick with diarrhea and stomach cramps. Then I never ate sub again for two years. This year I ate sub at different locations and I was fine. I ate again from this sub on Saturday and next day was sick again. Will never go to this location ever again. My subway bread was so hard must be old. The bread on top was crumbling as I was eating. It felt like I was chewing leather. Horrible subway.

I ordered a sub through the skip the dish today & ordered BBQ Only as a sauce as my grandson is anaphylactic to egg based sauces. When the sub arrived it was made with ranch dressing , covering the contents of the sub. Had he not looked before he ate ( he does it naturally because his allergies are SEVERE and he knows orders are often wrong) I feel the staff should really pay attention to details on orders not everyone is the same, and for some mistakes like this could of sent us to the ER

I would give zero for customer service, I walked in and said hello, but the worker was preparing bread to bake and did not say anything, she was doing her thing for about 2 minutes, I was standing in line, and there was another girl at the back doing something as well. I ate inside and there were no tissues in the bathroom and the tables were not cleaned. It was about 11 am. No greetings at all

Sandwich were okay, depends on what time of day you go. I like mine melted and toasted with crunch outside. It needs care and bit of extra cheese, the bites I enjoy must be saucy and that was missing in my bites too. I was craving and wanted to enjoy the meal but had to fill stomach with bit of sigh as didn't have time to go back and ask them to make my sandwich cheesy , saucy and filling. Ending note shall be positive and I must say ingredients hare are fresh, Always!

the guy making my sandwich stopped to accept an order and touch the register screen and kept making my sandwich with the same gloves i’m disgusted, if you work in food service you should know that if you touch ANYTHING that’s not food you wash your hands and wear new gloves before getting back to the food prep, you don’t touch the register and go back to making a sandwich

One of the reasons this store doesn't have many people coming is because of the service the employees provide its like they are just there to get you out of there as soon as possible and the amount of toppings they use is like they are trying to put as less as possible on the sandwiches. They also just skip items without even asking you. The service is just not good at this location.

Horrible location. The service was slow. Four people behind the counter but only one making sandwiches for people in line. Veggies were disgusting... brown, wilted lettuce and green tomatoes. Most of the trays were half empty with questionable looking veg. The cookies were also rock hard. I'll never be back.

5th time I've ordered and my bread is super hard and hurts to bite into, I've tried calling but if course no answer. The meat 2 times was old. Felt bad for the lady. She was especially swamped with a ton of skip orders. Owner of the establishment should greatly consider adding another worker on Saturday nights. Its ridiculous. Lol.

Absolutely disgusted with what they did today. Went to go buy a sub and the guy was counting all the change. He didn't go to change his gloves or the piece of paper that he was going to use to make our sub. We had to ask him to change his gloves and change the piece of paper. Can't believe someone would be so stupid during covid. Would never go back to this place.

Terrible experience in this location . Subway should have staffs that can communicate with customers in English. The two staff kept talking to themselves in their local language as if they were not sure of what they were doing..Confused about the cost of sandwich. My wife and I like to go in for soup and sandwich. The service is friendly. The food is good. We have always enjoyed the soups. I tried the pizza sub on my last visit It was good but not something I would order again as I prefer the Chipotle steak and guacamole wrap (it is awesome).

To the owner. I believe a male staff who work around 1 p.m. should wear a mask because he has to communicate with customers during making food. But he didn't wear a mask at all. I want the owner to make the staff wear a mask and take orders all the time.

Life hack: instead of buying a pizza sub. Order a meatball sub with pepperoni. The extra pepperoni costs 60 cents it comes with everything that a pizza sub has. In reality your buying a pizza sub with like 10 or 12 meatballs for 60 cents.

only sometimes is the service good, have had messed up subs and had to go back to get new ones. have experienced rock hard bread after i had to go back after getting subs i didn’t order. they are usually successful but i am not impressed

Horrible customer service came in at 515 and was told that only 1 soup was ready and that no others were being made. The drink machine had atleast 3 choices out of service and was told it is what it is nothing we can do about it

The food was good but the woman making the the sandwiches was very unfriendly, snappy and border line rude when I asked a perfect reasonable question about my sandwich. I was a bit taken aback by that. But my sandwich was fine.

Everything was really good, I was just disappointed that once again they did not have more than one soup option during the supper hour, even though there was two soups and chili advertised at the beginning of the ordering line.

Second time I've been there and the food was fresh both times. Really great place to eat. Some of the subways rip you off when you ask for double meat but this location doesn't. So I highly recommend this location.

Cheapest subway in the city. Don’t know how many times I had to ask for more pickles, cucumber, onions etc. Then they ask for a tip after all of that! Unbelievable. Just disappointing.

Delicious subs, quick service, friendly staff and manager. Never had a problem here. I've been to many subways and this one is my favourite. :') I hope to land a job at this one too.
