Definitely not the best Subway I've been to There was rain trickling down from the ceiling down the wall and onto the floor where you start to queue so I wasn't impressed with that, I even had to tell her there wasn't any warning sign in place so anybody not looking down at the floor could be made aware of the wet floor. ( significantly wet, not just a drip an area that a bath towel could cover)!! And her excuse at first was she didn't know it was so bad, then changed to " someone must of moved it"??! Here's hoping a visually impaired person, an elderly person or a small child doesn't slip over. Now onto the pitiful 6" hearty Italian rotisserie chicken sub I ordered... What can I say other than " a waste of £4.30" Barely any chicken, a tiny amount of sweetcorn and dried up cucumber slices I will stick to buying sandwiches, subs, rolls etc from Toast in the city centre in future, its worth paying the 50p/£1 to park in town for decent food, great service and reasonable prices. I definitely won't be listening to anyone else that tells me that I should try my local Subway.

2 sub meals were ordered and disappointment is an understatement. They looked like they were just thrown together, hardly any filling in either, proper meatballs were put in one of the subs when it's for a vegetarian and meatless meatballs were requested,plus they ware cold and over toasted. deliveroo couldn't do anything as it's down to store and tried 4 times to ring store and they are not even answering the phone!!! Waste of £20

Ordered through uber eats. They gave the delivery driver everything except the sandwiches. I paid £20 for this appalling service and when I tried to ring them directly they ignored the call 7 times. I know they weren't busy because the delivery man told me they were empty, so they were just being plain ignorant. I'll avoid this place completely in the future.

Joke of a store, stale cookies, everyone of our group that ate a sandwich became unwell. No doubt in our minds they’re keeping the ingredients for much longer than allowed / prescribed by Subway, trying to save on costs. SUBWAY head office take note !!!

Seems as though asking for sweetcorn on a sub pre-toasting was a cardinal sin when we asked, the chap behind the counter should be employed by the F1 with the speed he was handing those buns, kudos to him. The hearty Italian bread had no heart in, but all in all, great service, much love

The young bloke there, I think his name was Adil, showed the best customer service skills possible. Food was fresh and Adil made sure to change his gloves with every new sub he made us. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area or anyone who simply passes by!

I asked for the cheesy pepperoni sub. Supposedly with marinara sauce and mozzarella. I got a dry sandwich with ketchup. The bread was falling apart and there was a lump of beef on it so clearly the knives don't get cleaned. It's gross.

Subway mobile app failed again. Four stores were not able to take order but Hinckley Road did. Problem was that the order did not go to store. Lady in store was very apologetic and was working hard to clear orders.

Orderd two sandwiches and one was correct tried ringing the store and gave up after 25 times of ringing the other order was completely wrong I cant eat the sandwich as I'm allergic to one of the contents

Possibly the worst sub ever made, definitely the worst one I've ever tasted, bread was like raw dough even after toasting. The staff was slow in mind and body and quite frankly did not look hygienic.

The lil chubby lad Adil was super amazing. He gave an excellent customer service and made my food to perfection and was happy and bubbly. I’d defo go to this subway again

Always the girls are in a rush , not enough quantity of ingredients for the price you paying. Others subways are way better
