awful, 5 hairs in my food and it was all flat cold. didn’t even receive the correct crisps and when we called up we were told to go through deliveroo to get a refund as it was disgusting and they didn’t do much either but say there wasn’t enough information to be given a refund even though i sent pictures. won’t order again! More

It was okay but ddnt understand when I paid £1.10 extra to upgrade to a meal but was kids given a drink not crisps/cookie whereas I had been to one in Birstal and upgraded to a meal £1.10 and was given a drink and a choice of cookie or crisps. It was such a disappointment to my kids

Really slow service and staff don't always seem to be switched on. The nachos I ordered were cold despite being placed in the microwave in the back room for 5 minutes. Another issue I had was that they seem to chat to other staff members
