This subway never changes use to use it a lot for convience when shopping but their was only so much I could take & stopped going in their for a few years. Went in their yesterday & to no surprise the very things that made me stop going in is still happening. Miserable staff dirty tables fruit flies knocking about & the most annoying for me is the state of the salad stuff, I've binned fresher looking salad then what's on offer in their it's disgusting. I've had loads of run ins with staff about it in the past & they always say the same "it's fresh" assuming I'm some sort of idiot. Hengrove imperial park is the one or Bris. Broadwalk & bedminster are shite.

The best place for healthy fast food? For fast food, this is pretty good, as non of the ingredients are deep fried and it's all.pretty fresh.. Wraps have now been added to the menu and mine was very nice indeed - chicken and bacon with plenty of salad and a hot Sriracha sauce. This makes a welcome addition as I'm not a fan of the bread: looks great in promotional photos, but in reality it's too light and fluffy, with no substance behind it. Even my 10 year old son commented on how poor it was. The restaurant is pretty good, with nice friendly staff. Very enjoyable.

this is the only subway I’ll eat from in Bristol! They get it right every time. the store manager Praven is so friendly and always makes my subs just how I like them, I’m a fussy eater so when I order through deliveroo and call up to edit my order he recognises me and just reels of my order before I even have say it! That’s 10/10 customer service and praven deserves a 5* review!!

Stood waiting for several minutes because no one was around. Asked for the Nacho Chicken Salsa and had to prompt him on how to make it, he then proceeded to give me two and a bit nachos in the entire sandwich and the wrong cheese, which when disputed I was told 'cheese is in there.' Awful customer service. Employee made me feel like I was wasting his time. Would have eaten in, but the tables were filthy and no one was going around cleaning them. AVOID.

Most horrible thing I’ve had. U got a Uber eats from broadwalk subway and I ordered footlong with chicken tikka peppers and cheese. But the cheese was horrible it overtook everything and I was sick instantly. I wish I could link a photo of the cheese I asked for toasted and the cheese was jus rubbery not even melted and it didn’t taste right. I’m disappointed never going there

Love all subways equally. They all share the exact same level of quality in freshness, hygiene, friendly and helpful staff and just super awesome healthy fast food which is rare. There isn't any where else you can actually call fast food healthy. The very definition of fast food is very unhealthy usually which is where subway breaks the mould.

Was made to feel very uncomfortable by staff and as I’m hearing impaired the staff made no effort to speak louder after I stated I was it deaf, the cucumber was dry and the sub it’s self was greasy, cookies were stale as if they’d been left out for days. It wasn’t enjoyable at all and I won’t be returning to that specific store.

There is not much of a wait. The good thing about subway is that it's really fast. You can get in and out within 3 minutes. Everything is fresh, staff wear gloves, and there's plenty of seating.

Had to ask for it to be cheese and toasted staff was rude the woman didn't even change her gloves after touching her hair absolutely disgusting will not be returning to this subway also clearly slaging me off in there own language aswell disrespectful isn't the word I'd use

Had to be super patient, service took a little time as the young lady behind the counter was working at all the stations. Anyway awesome BLT as per. And 3 cookies, shame the orange flavour was only a Christmas special.

Subway in a suburb of Bristol was surprisingly really nice. Friendly staff, very cheap prices and lovely tasty bacon and tomato warm roll. Just waiting around for a friend and had missed lunch. This turned out to be the answer.

Lovely, friendly and kind staff!!!! Great coffee and even better cookies!! 5* all day long. Cheers!

Worse subway I have had. Very mean on the salad, the lettuce was going brown. Coffee is the weakest I have ever had. Seems like this franchise is being greedy and mean with the ingredients. Let's down all other subways.

Too many procedures and processes so barely speaking English staff does not listen to customers. Every attempt to speak up ends up with puzzled face of a guy behind the counter. Don't eat fast foods!

Very poor service the store was not tidy or clean the tables were dirty their were not bothering about customers I will never recommend anyone to visit the store please go somewhere else.

At broad walk Bristol, very bad staff does not know what they are doing, give you the dearest amount of filling, and still change the same price, and not very friendly.

Friendly staff and one of the cleanest subways I have been to. Those serving were changing their gloves regularly which is good to see.

Great range of food to choose from, staff are very friendly and helpful and will do whatever your requirements are, well done lads.
