Beware of this 24hr location. I was working nights in the area and stopped by this location around 21:00 - 02:00 on average between 4 separate visits, 4 nights in a row. Disclaimer: It's a Subway. Wasn't expecting anything too extraordinary because well...it's a Subway. That being said there's a bit of a consistency expected when you go to a franchise restaurant. Nothing too terrible, nothing too great but you know exactly what to expect and what you're getting when you order it. Again, it's a franchise after all. My first visit to this location there was only one person working and the lineup was up to the door, and the wait was about 20 minutes but I had time to kill and was alright with it. I noticed a delivery person from Skip The Dishes waiting for his order and the person working told him to leave and that he wasn't going to make anything for Skip The Dishes as he'd rather serve the people waiting in line. If that's the case, why even be a part of Skip The Dishes? I did understand his reasoning though, he was getting overwhelmed. When it came time to order, they only had about 3x footlong pieces of white bread available and about 4x 6" pieces of various bread available. I asked why there wasn't a larger selection of bread and he said he didn't have any more bread or time to make more bread. Ok, understandable. Then while making the sub, there wasn't any mustard because they had ran out. Ok, it happens. I decided to read some reviews after and saw a lot of negative things about the food and how they seem to constantly run out of things, so I thought to myself I'd give this a little test and come here a few more times to see if there's a common reoccurring issue. After all, you'd figure if there was a shortage of bread they would come up with a contingency plan to ensure it wouldn't happen again and that they wouldn't be losing out on any possible revenue. Boy was I wrong about that!!! The second visit, there was only flat bread and about 6x 6" pieces of bread available. I asked why and he said that he didn't have time to make bread. It wasn't busy at all. As far as I know, they put the bread in the oven and leave it until it's done. He said if he was to make the bread, he'd be preoccupied for 3 straight hours and there's nobody else to make subs. I don't work at a Subway so I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and take his word for it and that this is how they do things. The third visit there was the same bread issue, only this time there was only a handful of sauces to choose from as they ran out and they were also out of some vegetables. I just laughed at this and figured I'd get another 6" sub on a type of bread that wasn't my choice, again lol. I've never tried honey mustard on a sub before but since it was my only option aside from hot sauce, I gave it a go. Not too bad actually! Thumbs up to the honey mustard, you did a good job being all you could be and living up to being the sweeter, honeyer version of your standard counterpart. Subway on the other hand, thumbs down. The fourth visit, I walked up wondering what kind of issues I'd get myself into this time. Perhaps I'd only have the option of getting a 6" sub on Italian, with only salt & pepper, two slivers of red onion, a single olive and Sriracha as the available toppings. I was surprisingly disappointed that I didn't even get the opportunity to see what was lacking this go around as there was a sign on the door saying there wasn't ANY bread available and that they'd be closing early. I guess they forgot that Subway also offers options that don't require bread like salads and wraps etc. Perhaps I will go here again just to see what kind of issue will be brought up this time around. Maybe I'll only be able to get a handful of veggies served in a fountain drink cup with a side of mayonnaise for dipping as they'll probably run out of everything else. In conclusion, they purposely don't prepare enough veggies or bread to last throughout the night so they can close shop early. This is a great business plan for success, keep it up.

I genuinely have never had as bad of an experience anywhere near as much as today. Around 1230am I ordered a foot long combo (Diet Pepsi, 2 macadamia cookies). I also ordered a chopped cold cut salad with a smoky mustard dressing. I've had this before at other locations, this is my first time ordering anything from this location. I mainly only did because they were free delivery over $15 on Uber Eats. I recieved the order, everything is tied tightly in a plastic bag. I open it, only the salad and the sub is there. I know its not Uber Eats, its Subway. They didnt pack my other items. I kindly called them saying that I made an order not long ago, gave the information on my order and I was replied to incredibly rudely. The guy on the phone blamed MY Uber eats driver saying that they packed everything and he mustve lost the rest. I explained no, the bag was tied tight. He delivers it, you make and pack it. He was very adament that he packed it and my driver just lost it. I replied saying no, you didnt pack the items I paid for. What an unprofessional response and I happily hung up on him. I contacted my Uber Eats driver, he went above and beyond and actually drove back to this Subway to let them know they screwed up. They again blamed him to his face saying it was his fault and they packed everything. Eventually they ended up packing up the remaining items I paid for to which they did NOT give originally. My driver was on the phone with me during this encounter, he goes back to his car and counts the cookies. They only gave 5 cookies, there should be 8. He went back, I heard some arguing and he got the remaining 3 cookies. He comes back, I of course tip him nicely. I go to eat my salad and I near almost threw up. My salad was not chopped like I asked, they literally threw the lettuce in the bowl and my requested toppings carelessly ontop. Then giant thick globs of the smoky mustard, I did notice there was mayonnaise as well which I didnt ask for. Even mixing the salad, it was sopping wet with this and it was like eating mayonnaise with a spoon. I couldnt stop gagging, absolutely disturbing and HORRID experience. I really wish I could get my hard earned money back, it was not worth it.

Been there about 10 times now and every time I think to myself “this is the last time”! Today I got 3 subs and ordered 3 large soups. I asked the more mature women who initially took my order what soup was available… she pointed to the sign … so apparently broccoli or chicken … so I asked for 2 broccoli and 1 chicken. There wasn’t enough soup of either kind in total to give me 3 large cups of soup at 11:55 am just at lunchtime. I’m so annoyed by this because this is a regular occurrence in my experience. Also, my herb & cheese sub bread was harder than it should be ( stale or overcooked… I’m not sure. Not enjoyable We add very little in terms of variety to our subs.. so I ask simply for onions and lots of cucumbers… and yet no more was added. Maybe this location is instructed to keep it minimal??…but maybe consider to use discretion when we ask for so few toppings! I NEVER write reviews, but this really needs to be addressed.

He wasnt apologetic or sympathetic to the inconvenience of needing to pay with only cash, he basically shrugged me off both times with a huge negative attitude . Obviously he just doesnt care about returning customers. Theres lots of other places to eat i dont need to go to a place where the workers dont care about their job or the customers.

1 star because i couldn't make a negative score, worst service in a subway restaurant ever..very cheap portions.. the indian lady who put the shredded cheese use her fingers instead of the measuring cup.. they doesn't care if you are vegetarian or not and use dirty gloves and knifes with meat chunks to cut your veggie sandwich.. people aren't friendly and doesn't know the meaning of the smile... bathrooms are disgusting! if i can i will call the Subway head office on them..

We couldn’t decide what to eat and just settled for subway; I honestly walked into the store with a “ugh subway” mentality just from consistent bad experiences. BUT I was completely wrong and shocked at the great service provided to us by Ali and Methaq! They were extremely nice employees! I would have never expected to have such a nice experience buying subway. Oh! and the store was SUPER clean. I will definitely remember this subway experience. Thanks Ali and Mathaq!

Don’t bother with this subway. As soon as you enter and bother the employee from watching YouTube on her phone, we then enter witch mode. She was so rude, didn’t say hi, what you want? I always get the same sub footlong Chicken Caesar with all veggies. She barely added anything, had I noticed I would have absolutely spoken up. This was flatter than a sandwich and I normally eat only half and save the rest. Not this time. It was so bad I’m not going back. This was December 29 at 4:15 PM. I hate this location.

Ordered from this subway twice now. 6 months apart. First time the veggie sub was good and done how I like it. However, they sent all the wrong combo items and none of the cookies we ordered. Tonight I ordered and the sub was wrong, the chips were wrong, but the drink was right. Consistency is lacking here. Also, no one picked up the phone. Tried 3 times over 1 hour to see if they had the bread I wanted before placing an order.

I was not at all impressed with this location... I enjoy subway normally but the restaurant was dirty. The washroom sink was not cleaned very well. The washroom smelled of old urine. I ordered my sub and the guy did not even speak English. Telling him what I wanted was very difficult. When he was called to the front he didn’t even wash his hands! He was literally chewing over my sub and talking to me with his mouth full . I will not be returning to this location unfortunately. I was not able to eat my sub

This is the worst Subway service I ever had. I went to the store at approximately 12:30 AM today and the service was so bad. They also asked me to pay extra for some sauces, some veggies, and even Mozeralla cheese for 4$!!!!! The staff attitude was so terrible and disrespectful, and they didn’t explain or show me the policy that says that. Do not recommend at all… Unfortunately, this is my first low review to a business ever and hope my last.

Tushar was a trooper behind the counter. Begin completely alone in the store during a rush and staying past his shift because his replacement decided they weren't coming in to work. While waiting in line, myself and other customers watched him patiently server a super picky customer from hell... I wanted to slap the customer in the back of the head to smarten them up. Anyways, Tushar was pleasant and great to deal with... he deserves praise!

I don't think the AC was on and felt rushed to finish and get out because of how uncomfortably hot it was and one of the staff was absolutely miserable. The young man with the long hair though is extremely pleasant, welcoming, professional and friendly. Made who look even more obvious ;)

Went there midnight and saw staff using the same gloves to make 4 foot long and upon asking to change the gloves while making mine gave me a bad look and showed pretty bad attitude. Guy with the glass was serving. No hygiene what so ever. And pretty bad customer service. 24/7, but disappointment.

Guy behind the counter was just looking down and mumbling. I order the breakfast steak and egg sanwhich. After paying, I realized I was overcharged. When I asked why I was charged $6.80 for a $4.49 sandwich the guy says “you ordered extra steak”. When I corrected him, he just said, “well you got the extra steak”... intentional overcharge in my opinion. A location with this type of management should be avoided.

Yesterday, I ordered a footlong Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and Cicken & bacon ranch salad through Door Dash for my elderly parents. The salad for my mom was okay but the sub for my father came with no chicken or olives. It was a simple order, chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, black olives and light mayonnaise. How can make a chicken sandwich with no chicken? I will never order from there anymore.

If I could put a negative review I would. Lady gave me 2 slices of onion, I asked for more she said it was an extra charge. Ended up giving me a few more slices for $3.00 then proceeded to ONLY give me 3 slices of cucumbers when I asked for it. Very very stingy. Got charged for 2 whole onions and got 2 extra thin slices thievery.

Went to this location a few times for the lunch special over the past few weeks. The manager was personable and friendly. However, when I went in to the restaurant this afternoon, the women working at the cash tried to charge me regular price; when I went to speak to the manager, he denied that the special every existed.

Maybe you should offer the products on your menus. Why advertise signature wraps of you don’t have them, why advertise guacamole if you don’t have it.
