I had the pleasure of using Suds Laundry for the first time and I can confidently say that I received exceptional service. Catherine, the attendant, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was comfortable and stress-free. She patiently showed me how to use the coin-operated machines and even loaned me a mesh laundry bag big enough to fit my king-size comforter to keep it safe during the dry cycle. At only seven dollars for a 27-minute XL wash cycle and two dollars for a 25-minute Large dry cycle, the prices are incredibly affordable. I was delighted to be able to use my preferred detergent and Oxiclean for my very sensitive skin. As a young, petite female, I felt completely safe at Suds Laundry. Catherine was always available to provide assistance or advice, and the front and back doors were continuously left open. The laundromat is located in a nice area, and there are stores nearby to get snacks while you wait. Suds Laundry’s clientele who visited were friendly and welcoming. Before my visit, I spoke with the owner over the phone, and he kindly explained everything and answered all of my questions. Suds Laundry is a family-owned business, and I highly recommend supporting them. My experience was excellent, and I would definitely use Suds Laundry again. One of the things that impressed me the most was Catherine's attention to detail. She even offered me a clean plastic bag to put my dried comforter in, free of charge, when I realized I forgot mine at home. At other laundromats, I've had to pay for every little thing, so I was pleasantly surprised. Clearly, the owner has trained his staff well in providing superior customer service. I do have a couple of suggestions to make Suds Laundry even better. It would be helpful to have a step ladder or step-stool for short people to pour detergent into the washer. Also, a few more rolling baskets would be useful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Suds Laundry, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy and affordable laundromat.

For everyone complaining about these hardworking ladies needing to use THEIR machines, there are plenty of other ones to use don’t even lie like that! They work around your needs when using their own equipment! They are so helpful, very nice and offer a really comfortable experience at their laundromat! Jesus tap dancing Christ give them a break they are obviously working their butts off to run things smoothly for customers! Some of you are just being petty and rude! Today was my first day there and I went with my teen daughter! They were so helpful and nice to us! They made us feel so welcomed! They are hard working women and you can see for yourself they work hard and fast too! Some of y’all need to learn what respect is! My mom was a hardworking woman like them and I know I have nothing but the up most respect for women like that! Any machine I needed they worked around ME and I had a TON of laundry too! At least four big industrial bags full lol! So again they helped us so much! They went up and beyond for us and I could see that they were treating all the other customers like that too! So cut them some slack and learn some respect! This place is lovely too! They keep it really clean for how crazy busy they are! I’ll definitely be back if I find myself needing to use a laundromat again! Thank you for the wonderful experience and all your help! After the day I had (and they listened like a therapist to me complain mind you) I appreciated all you guys did for me! You ladies are doing an incredible job there! Keep up the amazing work!

I have been using this laundry service for about 6 months.. I would not recommend this company.. they pick up your dirty laundry to service your needs.. delivery same day.. which is good.. But but but…. I continually keep missing some items on return.. yesterday I put 2 pairs of new VS pj’s .. they returned the one set and the second was missing the pj pants.. Wayne the owner said we don’t have them.. are you sure? I replied yes..for sure.. He did not accommodate me.. there is stealing going on .. WRITE YOUR STUFF DOWN BEFORE IT LEAVES YOUR HOUSE.. BEWARE … YOU MAY NOT GET IT ALL BACK.. Now I’m out of new pj bottoms from VS that were brand new.. totally sucks.. The owner should be liable for missing items that were not returned … He did not accommodate.. I WOUlD NOT RECOMMEND .. Also your whites come back kinda beige .. no more white for for your whites.. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!!!! BE AWARE.. Suzette

Great new management and update to premises! Our deepest thanks to owner Wayne for rescuing our prized duvet. We took it in to Suds for it’s annual cleaning, making an afternoon of it with the pizza place right next door. Unbeknownst to us, the machine we used was supposed to be marked as requiring repair. The cycle stopped half way through. I called the number posted on the wall, not really expecting a response since it was the weekend. Not only did Wayne answer, but he apologized profusely for the mixup but promised to drive to the laundromat, rescue the duvet from the locked machine, wash and dry it and deliver to our home free of charge. In a few hours he dropped off our clean duvet together with a 50% coupon. Over and above what I would expect from a laundromat. Customer service that goes above and beyond.

Excellent friendly service and great job washing my laundry. I have never used a laundry service before and they picked up, washed and delivered everything at a fair price and did an amazing job. The products they use are what I normally use at home which made me happy. They’ll also use any preferred products you have and take notes to wash everything to your specifications. I was in a car accident making laundry a super difficult chore now and I couldn’t say enough how thankful I am this service exists at a price I can afford. In my apartment we already have to pay for laundry and it’s life changing to just pay a few dollars more and have it done for me. Thank you again for being amazing and providing excellent and friendly service.

After returning home from our cottage with too much household laundry, I visited several facilities in the Oakville and Burlington area looking for wash and fold services. Walking in and out of several facilities that were less than ideal and encountering no in-person assistance, I was relieved to walk into the Burlington Suds venue! It was clean, and organized, and best of all I got to speak to some very helpful staff who dealt with my seven bags of laundry easily! I did not ask for any rush services, and still my laundry was ready within short order! It was perfectly clean, neatly packed, and I couldn’t have been more relieved! I would recommend this facility highly, and will most definitely use these services again.

Treat yourself. Some people want flowers some people want a box of muffins and sometimes you really just want someone to do your laundry because there's no way you're going to get to the bottom of that hamper. So treat yourself it is the best thing I have done for myself. Great service friendly staff super reasonable rates. They do pick up and delivery or you can just do what I do and drive around with your laundry in the car for 2 days before you remember to go in there and just drop it in the locker and the good people at says laundry let you know when it's done after they do the estimate and send you the cost which you can pay easily online or in person or whatever makes you a happy little camper.

Could use a little renovating overall but honestly it is what it is, a laundromat lol. Nothing special about this place just a general laundromat. Top 40 music playing but otherwise nothing to do. BYO entertainment. Outlets are scarce so bring your own charging devices. No ATM on site so bring cash before coming as all they have is a change machine. change for the machines only as the old school pop machine doesn’t work lol. Also NO WIFI... come on you could at least get that. Couple uncomfy chairs but hey honestly the machines work, it’s clean in here and it does the job you need it for. Would come again for sure

Garbage establishment. Had to use three washers for only four loads of laundry only takes specific change loonies and quarters plus the change machine doesn’t work to get change thankful the gas station had change lol. Put my laundry in the dryer had to pick up my boyfriend and the dryer fell open.. and still continued to count down the time so I lost 5$ atleast. Had to shove chairs and a shovel to stop the dryer from falling open. Over all dirty very out dated clothing was very wet when I took them out of the multiple washers would recommend washing your clothing in a creek over coming here!

Amazing service from start to finish! Each and EVERY employee I have dealt with from Suds Laundry have been AMAZING. The clothes is always folded nicely and smell great. I found this company back in September and have used them every week since. You can pick up or drop off using there lockers or they offer delivery pick up and drop off right to your door! My only wish is they had a monthly special for laundry service for those who drop off using the locker system; the same as they have for the delivery service. Other than that Suds is amazing!!!

We have only used the wash and fold service, not the self serve. We have sent winter quilts to them for a couple of years, and several sets of curtains last year. Always come back great! I recently had shoulder surgery so this is the first time we’ve sent sheets as I could not wrangle them. They turned out beautifully, smell nice and are folded way better than I could. It was also the first time we’ve sent our summer coverlets but won’t be the last. They have been a nuisance to launder at home, are now nicely laundered and folded.

Every time I've come in, the suds team are always hard at work. The staff is very pleasant and are happy to help with all your questions and concerns. You lost a regular client today. First, the complete washer load ran for 34 minutes without water, took my money, and the clothes were not washed. Then after I convinced the staff member to give me a refund, I had to spend another 34 minutes to wash the same load in a different machine. But then, all 7 functional dryers were being used to dry service loads, by the staff, not a single dryer was available for customers in the laundromat. I took my wet laundry elsewhere to use a dryer.

I discovered this company at a time when my children were sick and we had a ton of laundry all at once and as a single mom who doesn’t drive, it would’ve taken weeks to get it all done. The site is super easy, they picked it all up, dropped it all off folded at the end of the day and I am so incredibly grateful for this service. I continue to use them whenever my laundry gets higher than one load because it really takes some of the stress off of this overworked mom!!!!!

Would give it 5 stars, but for now 3 only until they get the machines replaced and fixed…. They have like only 4 dryers and like 10 washing machine…. To you have to wait and wait for a dryer to open up. I know it’s due to Covid supply chain issues, but take that shortage of machines into consideration when planning a visit UPDATE : owner just replied that new dryers are in Toronto and soon to be installed! Changing reviews start back up !

Had an absolute wonderful experience with Suds. We had a pretty severe leak in our bedroom, leaving our bedding many towels in need of a wash from the dirty rain water coming in. Suds was very responsive and great at communicating. Picked up our bedding + towels, and dropped it off again when it was completed. They even came all the way up to our unit in the apartment building!! Would happily use their services again. Highly recommend.

For two years or so..it was my local laundry mat ..but a few months back when I wanted to do a load…I laughed seeing the washer door missing..and was rudely kicked out…I was on my way to the cop shop to share my experience..was pulled over by the cops..he said how are you…I said why’d you pull me over?..he said was told you were wearing pyjamas …hey?!…it was laundry day..better place is Guelph line and New street..by far

Are used to go here all the time to take my duvets in the get cleaned I used to pay $20 last year I went in there today Sunday the June 12 the guy up this price is by $15 it was $35 increase do not go there that’s terrible business ethic and an increased like that is disgusting and pure greed and selfishness better get some customer service buddy!!!!!!!!! I went in with dirty laundry and came out with clean laundry. As far as laundromats go, it did the job beautifully. Also I had no idea that laundromats are where strippers practise their routines off-hours. That was a pleasant surprise. Also they seem to have a ton of change which is handy because... laundromat. No Wifi, as one review noted, but I have an adult-sized data plan so it wasn't an issue.

I signed up for your pickup laundry service for the month while we had renovations done on our laundry room and was so impressed. I think my entire family will miss the perfect folding and that fresh scent! I need to know what laundry detergent you use;) Thank you so much for the best service. I give this 2 stars because it was empty and I could get my things washed easy, but about half of the washing machines are no longer working, the change machine stopped working after I got my coins and out of 9 dryers there is only 5 working , I have used 5 double loaders because I work for a big family and I needed to wait to put laundry into the dryers

New service offering includes stain treatment, sorting washing and folding with same-day pickup and return of clean clothes. They have gentle detergents which our little one appreciates. Management team is A++ Great as gift for new mom, or anyone who dreads laundry day.

I used their wash and fold with delivery service for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. We came back from holidays, had an out-of-town houseguest and back to school/work all in one week. Having someone else take care of the laundry was a huge help when I was feeling overwhelmed. Don't come here they have only 6 working dryers you will wash your things then have no way to dry your stuff. The staff also will use 3 of the dryers for laundry service leaving 3 working dryers for the other 15 washers. Don't come here save yourself from the fusteration go anywhere else you will thank me!

Super convenient! First time using their wash and fold service - they picked up around 9 am and dropped off just before 5 pm. Very happy with the service and they also followed my instruction to not use anything but a detergent as I have some allergies! Very pleased, will be using the service again soon!

Almost all of the washers and dryers are taken up by the wash n fold service staff. I get it. That’s where the $$$ is but if that’s the case close shop to the public and don’t offer coin operated access. Two and a half hours to wash 4 loads. Won’t be back. :(

I ordered pickup/delivery of a super king duvet, as it was way to large to do in my home washing machine. It was picked up wash/dried/and delivered back to me within in the same day! Great easy service! Very happy with results. Will definitely use SUDS again!

I’m really impressed with these guys. We needed a whole bunch of laundry urgently done this weekend and had quite a few requests (pick up, drop off, etc.). They were super accommodating with everything, and service was very friendly! Highly recommended!

Not the best but not the worst. Machines were all different and fairly out of date. Worked well though. Not very comfy in there since you spend a min. of an hour there. No washrooms or Wi-Fi. It's good for a quick load but wouldn't be a regular for me.

The washing machines and dryers were clean and all functioned as expected. The change machine and soap dispensing machines all functioned correctly. The general cleanliness and upkeep of the facility was very good. Time of visit 12:00 PM on a Saturday.

Excellent service, polite, quick. Laundry was still warm and easy to fold when it arrived back. I live in an apartment, and finding a convenient time to get a free machine is a challenge. Will continue to use and recommend this service.

It's like I walked into the slums of Hamilton. Dirty, messy with half the machines "permanently " broken. The few machines they did have all in use by employees. Seriously gross. Go elsewhere.
