Do not go here! Just had the absolute worst experience with dr hanna. I'm not usually one to complain but this is unacceptable. I experienced 2 pregnancy losses last year. I went in needing hcg levels and progesterone levels done as I recently tested positive again. He told me progesterone levels have nothing to do with pregnancy - absolutely incorrect. And he told me my dietician is an absolute liar and that celiac has nothing to do with infertility and miscarriage - this can be very easily googled but he insisted. He was so very rude for no reason, dismissive and clearly uneducated. If this is the type of doctors they allow to practice here I will not be returning.

My partner has a bad back injury and these doctors are just useless. The original dictor she saw there is clueless, gave her painkillers and told her to come back in a few weeks, and if she cant walk, then they will give them a reverral to physio. No care factor...just hand out the pills. When asked for a referral to a physio this morning, the other doctor told her that she had to see the original doctor...its a referral to a physio for crying out loud!!! They handed out more highly addictive pain killers which is fine, but not a referral to a physio. These guys are quacks working for big pharma and have no care factor.

I transferred from Gap rd Medical, after 20 years being seen by medical staff. Over the last 3 yrs, I felt that the service was going down hill very rapidly. I then decided to transfer all my medical records over to Sunbury Square medical. At a premium cost for the push of a button on Gap end, it took them 3 weeks to transfer my medical history. ( Not Happy ) I am now very happy to see a caring dr by the name of Yaseb Alemayehu, of whom I find to have a caring manner towards me a my medical history. So yes! I highly recommend the services of Dr Yasab. And I thank you for your caring service

Hi there I have no affiliation with the practice other than being a patient. The top 4 negative reviews that google will keep throwing to the top seem odd considering the amount of visits we’ve had to Hanny over 3 years. Might not be so politically correct to say, but sure his Egyptian demeanor might put some off because hes not always doing star jumps with a smile when you walk in and has a quieter sense of humour, but all these accusations of him and the clinic seem off to me. Good practice and the Dr’s always have a spot available. Cheers

Please make sure they confirm in email or text your appointment time. It’s disgraceful they can tell you a day and time and when you get there there is no appointment booked for my child. They don’t even have to compensate you for time lost at work, travel costs etc just a “I’m sorry we can book you next week” not to mention a child shouldn’t have to wait a week to be seen it’s why I made an appointment in the first place … completely unacceptable !!!!!

Worst practice I have ever been to - receptionists and pathology are lovely, but doctors here should not have their licences at all. ESPECIALLY Hany Hanna. He is unempathetic, unprofessional and only wants to get you in and out, not actually help you.. Could get more help from a McDonald's cashier. Please people - go elsewhere and support doctors practices that genuinely deserve to have clients and provide them treatment.

I have been going to Sunbury Square medical Centre for awhile now I’ve been seeing Dr Hani Hannah and I can’t stress enough, that this doctor is so caring, friendly and thorough. Easy to communicate and very compassionate about his job. All the staff are friendly and easy to get along. I recommend going to Sunbury square medical center and a big huge 5 star ⭐️ Thankyou dr for being there and listening to all my problems

When you make an appointment best to either inform the patient when they arrive the doctor is running behind schedule rather the patient waiting for more than 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment only to reschedule the appointment because the are also busy elsewhere. This is the second time, and i will now find a clinic that can either be forthcoming and/or keep a schedule.

Dr Hany Hanna should be removed from his position. The arrogance and contempt he shows to his patients is absolutely astonishing and is unacceptable. To Deny a patient medical treatment or to deny a patient certain referral/testing when it could determine an outcome goes against the very Hippocratic oath he is bound to! I will reporting him to all respective regulative bodies.

DR HANA ABUSES HIS EMPLOYEES AND PATIENTS. extremely rude with patients tells them to leave if they have any questions regarding his treatment and today I heard him yelling at an other dr. If the dr is reading this. They should leave this toxic environment and never return. No one deserves to be yelled at any profession Disgusting behaviour.

I have recently gone to see Dr Hanny Hanna twice and can safely say he was the worst doctor I have ever seen. Basically pushed out the door with no care for my issues at all. Went and got a second opinion from another local doctor and showed genuine care and got my problems sorted straight away. Don’t not recommend and will not be back at this surgery.

Dr Yasab has been one of the best Doctor's I've seen throughout New Zealand and Australia. After struggling with my old Sunbury Doctor, I transferred to him urgently. The receptionists are caring and go above and beyond, and the Dr listens, researches, and shows compassion and understanding. My entire family have now transferred to Dr Yasab.

As all ways doctor Yasab is so helpful carrying polite responsible and professional Every time I leave his clinic I feel better after the excellent service and the politeness of the staff. NEVER EVER GOING TO THE PLACE !! Starting off with I burnt my hand and needed to come in straight away. RECEIPTONIST is Awful. Made me wait over and hour. Second the DOCTOR. absolutely had no respect. Chewing gum and didn’t bother even speaking. Was into the room for less than 1 minute. I would not recommend this medical Center to anyone

This doctors clinic is the best iv ever been to punctuality for appointments is really good and the help and professionalism provided by doctor Hana is A1 he’s very caring understanding and does his best to make sure your health is number one priority I would not go to another doctor he truly cares for his patients very highly recommend

Absolutely shocking doctors, I do not recommend. One doctor started asking the patient if they had a certain medical condition which had nothing to do with what they were there for. A different doctor after going in after a car accident didn’t want to check anything just looked at the phone and was in and out.

I have been seeing Dr. Yaseb now for a few years and I moved away last year and still travel to see him. He listens to my concerns and helps. He even remembers trivial things that really makes you stop and just appreciate the effort he gives his patience. I would Hands down say the best doctor in Sunbury!

I attended to see Dr Hanna at Sunbury Square Medical Centre, Dr Hanna was extremely professional and thorough. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. After my appointment, I walked through the clinic to Priceline Pharmacy to get my medication, this was extremely convenient for me.

Day before Christmas. I didn't have an appointment. Doctor saw me no problem. Recently changed to this practice after approximately 30 years with another clinic. Reception and doctors. Very professional and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of all staff here.

Best medical practice I’ve ever been to, friendly staff always happy to help with a friendly smile. Dr Hanny Hanna is extremely thorough, professional and extremely caring. I recommend this practice if you want medical care where your a person and not a number.

Do not go here! I massively regret going to this doctors. My 2 year old was petrified of going to the doctor and I struggled to get her into the room. At the end Dr Hanna says - See No one touched you. Thanks so much for making a hard situation so much worse.

Absolutely amazing. I have moved from Gap road medical centre (never going there again-absolutely terrible) and Dr Hanny Han has been amazing. Quick wait times, very compassionate and cares about patients. I wished I had moved to this clinic sooner!!

Dr Alemayehu is always cheerful, respectful and listens. He has always been very proactive with my Health/concerns and has been my advocate (calling specialists when I personally couldn't an appointment for months).

i give this place 5 star because it's the only clinic I go to in Sunbury the staff are friendly. and very helpful in all aspects but don't blink. The staff keep changing but otherwise excellent
