My family and I have bowled here twice now and during both visits we were extremely satisfied. I could stop here, but I won't. Here's why I enjoyed both our visits here. During our very first visit, we bowled on 3 different lanes...and not because we had a big group. it was because our lanes kept malfunctioning, forcing us to move 3 times. Due to the inconvenience, the staff quickly acknowledged the frustration of my family and I (because we had to move our personal bag/balls, and personal belongings), and gifted us with free game coupons for our next visit. I really enjoyed the customer service of this establishment. Our second visit was phenomenal as well. I'm definitely not a professional bowler, nor do I aspire to be on the PBA, but I can notice when lanes are oiled adequately. There are a few lanes in the LV valley that are less than adequate, and Suncoast is not one of them. I'm not sure what it is about these lanes, but some of my best "consistent" games were bowled here - even my family agrees with me. The food served here is awesome - burgers and wings definitely hits the spot. I highly recommend this bowling center to everyone.
It was ok, the tables were disgusting thankfully I didn't need to use any. They had most of the people there bowling pretty close together. Since no one was cleaning the place or keeping an eye out anyway, the least they could have done was space us out a little. The service was ok, the attendants were very nice once they were helping you but I watched a family stand idly by and no one once asked them if they needed assistance. I work in mental health so I've worked through this entire pandemic whether I wanted to or not. I know how it is working with the public especially since I work with one of the most difficult populations, still there is a blessing in being employed when so many are not. I mean filling out an application, taking the interview, accepting the job and clocking in daily is optional, the least we can do is be kind to the people we provide a service to. It's difficult wanting to get out and just be normal as is, not greeting people and providing a basic standard of service is not ok.
Suncoast Bowling Center is a 40-lane bowling center at the Suncoast hotel & casino. The bowling staff is very friendly and hospitable. The place is clean and not at all dirty, bowling prices are reasonable ($3.75 per person per game and $2.50 per pair of bowling shoes if you don't have one). There is a bowling shop where you can buy bowling balls, bowling shoes, bowling ball bags, and other accessories. There also a arcade for the kids who like to play arcade games. The food that the cafeteria serves is good, which a variety of choices, and the bowling experience, especially during the cosmic bowling, is all in all great. The only problem I have with this bowling Center (as with most bowling centers in Las Vegas) is that in order to get into the location, you have to pass through the casinos which usually has a bad smell to it. Otherwise, this is very good
I went here for cosmic bowling on yesterday. The bowling alley area is descent. It located on two sides, which is nice. When you get shoes, you have to turn in one of your own shoes. I’m assuming they had a problem in the past with people not turning in their bowling shoes. The music was a little low for when it’s super busy in there. Also it can be hard to find balls when it’s crowded as well. The snack bar needs to be revamped, the menu is a typical bowling alley menu, but the food is very subpar. I ordered a personal sausage pizza and some fries, and neither was good. The food is very reasonable priced. I did also notice that they only had two workers, working the snack bar area. One lady was taking orders and the other lady was preparing them. They definitely need some additional workers and they need to revamp to much better recipes.
Weirdly tough to get a lane throughout the day/night on a weekday if you’re not in a league, even when there’re numerous unused lanes available. Recently started construction seems to have made it nearly impossible now, unless, per the staff at the front desk, you’re willing to show up precisely between 10pm and 11pm (they’re open till midnight but won’t take your money a minute past 11pm). Sent an email inquiring about joining a league, and never heard back. While some of the desk staff and attendants are super cool, further up the ladder it doesn’t seem to be a very well-managed operation :/ Fortunately there’re alleys all over town including ones at Red Rock and Santa Fe Stations just a few mins away, which have been much more accommodating/easier to work with.
Everyone is so friendly, helpful and courteous, great place to bowl league or practice. .Becky and Staff are awesome.. Today I went to the Suncoast Bowling Center was at the desk and observed the assisant manager Brian speaking to employee ,Savanna rudely.. She had called to the back about a machine malfunction on her walkie talkie..Brian came to the desk telling her how she needs to remember his personal phone numbers and for her to look at the paper with this information would be helpful...Savanna was gracious but you could tell she was embarrassed to be talk to like that...This is not the first time I have observed Brian being rude to an employee..He has been rude to employee's cleaning the settee area's...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE...
The people who work here have no idea what they are doing. I called weeks before to do a party they tell me they cant to just call the morning of. I call the morning of and I was told to just get there 30 mins early for cosmic bowling got there an hour was told we couldn't put our names down for lanes yet... my group waited around by the counter then was told lanes were full by 9pm and we had to wait. Ended up waiting over 2 hours to bowl for my daughters birthday. Bigger groups of people were getting lanes before mine even though we were there before and were told we couldn't reserve lanes.
About 25% of the center is currently under construction. It's an older center, so an update would do it well. I bowl league here, and the league is run pretty well. My only complaint is that the league is not listed online at all. There's no way to check updated standings until you come in the following week. While this is not a requirement, it is a convenience that I think all bowling centers should provide in the digital world that we live in. Other bowling centers in town provide updated standings within hours of the league bowling.
My family and I really had a great time we really enjoyed bowling here at Suncoast bowling center!! The place is very clean the employees are very nice and offer great customer service!! We came from Sacramento to Vegas and we use to always bowl at Southpoint casino unfortunately we didn’t know the Military tournament is going on until 8/24 at Southpoint so we decided to look for another place. This new spot will be the place for us to return to bowl from now on! We will be going back tomorrow and the day after to bowl.
The pro shop is the only thing that's great about this bowling center. I get there before 5pm and notice there are only a few bowlers who were actually finishing up, perfect. I drop over 100 dollars on a new ball and when I go to ask for a lane they tell me that lanes won't be available until 9:15pm. Not everyone is a league bowler, consider other customers especially ones who come in and spend money in your pro-shop and can't even test it out on your lanes.
This is a very large and really nice bowling alley that my husband and I just discovered on the second level in the back of the Suncoast Casino! It's a really nice older crown of pro bowlers with many lanes and a changing room in the back. They even have a small Arcade open Sunday through Thursday 12pm-9pm and Friday through Saturday from 12pm to 10pm! They have a sweet bar with plenty of flat screens and of course a restaurant eatery area. Love it!
Mike the bartender at the bowler’s lounge is awful!!! He is mean and very rude. He has zero concept of customer service. The bowling experience was fine but he really ruined the rest. While I was standing waiting for a drink him and the waitress were complaining and talking badly about another customer to patrons sitting at gaming. As a fellow bartender, it’s just something you don’t do…but his service left an awful taste for me. Do better Mike.
The pro shop doesn't open until 11 and the bowling alley is in open at night and that was the wonderful thing about bullying is going out at like 11 at night and blowing a few games when all the league's are over and it doesn't open until 9 and that's really strange bowling alleys always open will usually they're 24/7 but at least by 6 the restaurant was open and this is crazy it's not what I'm used to but I guess that's the era we live in
The lanes are solid enough… but, they take your street shoes as collateral for the bowling shoe rental… meaning, those bowling shoes have tracked through the bathrooms, being saturated in liquid and urine, thousands of times. The shoes are very sticky because of that - and because the shoes are sticky - so is the hardwood. Most alllys do everything they can to avoid bowling shoes in bathrooms, not this place!!! They encourage it!!!
Had a great time with the love of my life and her little girl my stepdaughter lariah awesome Bowling Center Gray hotel and casino fun gambling one there multiple times great atmosphere in a wonderful area very clean and new part of town couldn't speak enough good things about that area sides that I grew up there with my parents would recommend anybody used to go there at 10 when I was younger with a bunch of buddies had a fun time
It's a good bowling center. I prefer to come here since the lanes are open most the time. We usually don't have to wait to long to bowl. The food court prices did go up over the 2016 summer. The food court service there is slower then a snail tho. Has a bar in it with friendly staff, who make up for the slow wait on food. There is also a pro shop in there for all your bowling needs and accessories.
I liked how the spacing was for tables. They weren't so close to the lanes or other people like at santa fe. I have gone to a few places here for bowling and this was the first place that made me give 1 of my shoes for them to hold for a bowling shoe rental. The doors i came in from, didn't give me much direction to where bowling was. I had to ask someone. Overall, it was a good. Staff was nice.
I go to this place because there are always lanes available and its good pricing. Went last night with family, five of us payed to play two games each, on our 8th frame of the second game they shut off the game and gave our lane to someone else. They didnt do anything. A friend had a bug in his beer and the bartender said he was just trying to get free beer. What f.u.c.k.e.d up service.
Lane 28 is messed up. Has a weird peak to it about 2/3 of the way down. The cafe was a mess. Counter person advised incorrectly how to run debit card, was charged twice. Waiting for cbredit back. Food was cold, cooked poorly, and order was wrong. Only sauce for chicken is ranch. No blue cheese, bbq, or even hot sauce. Did have an issue on lane but was resolved right away.
Customer Service was terrible and they won’t let you have bumpers up unless you’re 10 or under. Sister has a disability and i shouldn’t have to make it known just for her to be able to bowl. Bumpers are needed, also i recently had surgery on my collar bone and was unable to play very well. Definitely don’t recommend going here, plenty of better places around here.
This place is well kept and convenient but the people who gave my shoes were not so nice. (That's why I gave it 4 stars) Besides the customer service (which might just be because the workers had a long day), this place is great. Note: All 3 people who were there giving me my shoes came off as somewhat agitated at everyone for no reason
Service is horrible. Our two lanes kept breaking down during our three games. A ball was actually lost. Manager refused to attend to the lost ball until our party got upset and had to verbally coerce him to attend to the matter. Video scoring is outdated compared to other Boyd facilities. We're never returning.
The Vietnamese American Lions club of Las Vegas had a fundraiser this morning a Bowl a Thon at the Suncoast hotel. I have to say the treatment we got was nothing less than first class. If anyone is looking to do a fundraiser or just go and have fun I suggest Suncoast bowling alley thank you to all the staff.
Had a great time here at cosmic bowling. 25 an hour and the lady at check in was very informative. I liked how she didn't start the 1 hour clock until we were ready and had our shoes on. There is plenty of lanes and no issues with ball return and the lanes seemed well oiled. We will definitely be back.
Meh. Shoe rental was a rip off. You pay for bowling and then another $4.50 per pair for shoes, and then they want to keep one of your shoes to make sure. Also, smelled like smoke. Needs better ventilation. Other than that. Still fun for just to go bowling. Nothing else wrong with it.
A little less premium a facility compared to some in Vegas. The lanes are split left and right, which is fun! But the space is a little dilapidated, although the lanes bowl well. Food and drink options leave a little to be desired but the cost is certainly competitive for the area.
Nice bowling alley with about 40 lanes total. Friendly staff and clean areas with snack bar on site. Also has a classic style bar with a juke box, a pinball machine and an arcade game. Handicap accessible. Not bad for the prices but Red Rock Casino has a better bowling alley.
Awful and rude front desk service by Michael. He was inconsiderate and abrasive. He forced my family of 7 to be on one lane. When I asked him about the other open ones, he said he had what he had. I saw him provide other lanes on the opposite side that were fully open.
I go bowling here at least twice a week. The staff that I always interact with is extremely helpful and nice and sociable. The lanes are still high quality and the balls available for use are a good enough quality for me! It's a bowling alley that's great to bowl at.
It's the best bowling center in Vegas. It feels like home! The demographic of people are versatile and respectful, upgraded food court, bar and bartenders and classic and well priced... I only leave because I ha e to work. Lol try it! You'll love it...
Someone BETTER BE PAYING THIS CASHIER FOOD SERVICE LADY..MRS. JANETTE.. BECAUSE SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING ALONE LIKE THIS, ON A SATURDAY AND BEGINNING OF SPRING BREAK.. THIS ISN'T FAIR TO HER THAT SHE HAS TO WORK UNDER THESE CONDITIONS. FIX IT!!
Shame on BOYD CASINOS for allowing such outragoues bowling prices to go on. We are out of pandemic $$ losses. Now it is just clear its just plain greed and robbery to bowlers who have supported these lanes for years. $5.00 per game. Keep it.
@ K&K, Brian and Bud, you can count on very professional and friendly service. Brian definitely is my go to guy for any drilling! It's right every time!!! Prices are very reasonable! Thanks for always doing a fantastic job!
I love bowling here they have some great Lanes. Me and my brother-in-law Bowl every Wednesday. The only bummer is they don't have enough workers for the bar and the snack bar they don't open till about 5 or 6:00 p.m..
Call ahead to see what the wait time is because of Covid. We waited about 30 min for 2 lanes which really wasn't bad. We enjoyed our time there. The bowling alley was clean and the wings and fries were good.
I am actually currently at the bowling center and the lady at the snack bar is literally the rudest person in customer service ever. For a hospitality place she literally does not understand what that means
Great place to have fun and and enjoy time with friends or family. I think I can speak for the whole team! Vogue Recovery Center, not only save lives. But we know how to have fun. Give Suncoast 5 stars.
Nice to see someone speak their mind regarding bowling prices. Casino greed from Boyd & Station has kicked the locals out, making bowling unaffordble. Been going here for 15+ years. In the past now.
So much fun for everyone! And the bartender was the best, he definitely is a hardworking man! He worked on Saturday January 9, 2021 around 7-11pm. Great guy! Sorry I didn't remember his name. …
This is a decent place to take the family for some fun bowling. Prices are cheaper than Red Rock and it's not quite as new and fresh but the staff are friendly and we always have a good time.
It was a lot of fun for Cosmic bowling. $5 per person and $4.50 shoe rental for a lane for one hour.5 of us went so it was $25 for the Lane. husband had never bowled, bit caught on quick
The person at the counter was confused for some reason I was with a party and she couldn't figure out that I was trying to get shoes for my wife but other than that it was really fun
Do not go Bowling here. I have been in the NFL Partytime for several years. I was kicked out of the league yesterday for not wearing my face shield in a Suncoast acceptable manner.
Recently joined the kids club and it’s at steal. $4 for two games and shoe rental for my two kids. Great place to hang out when you just can’t take the heat anymore.
I bowl in a league here and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing, the staff is great and very friendly. It's very welcoming. Makes you want to keep coming back! :)
Great bowling spot, come here all the time, one of the best, love the 1$ bowl games. Go there around 2-3am on the weekdays and it's pretty deserted but it's great.
Loved it, was in town for a few nights got to sub in a league, and it was an amazing experience for bowling at this venue for the first time. Awesome awesome..
well I didn't like the slots machines I didn't even got any bonus in the slots machines I lost $200 in less than an hour I was just playing the penny slots..
Great place to have fun with friends. Be sure to call and make sure there are open lanes. Or think about joining a bowling league and make some new friends.
It was a great experience playing bowling in this place. Spacious parking lots, cinemas are within the same area. Variety of foods to order and drinks too.
Another league night! Lane conditions pretty good however multiple pinsetter machine problems reduce the experience to fair. Cocktail service remains slow!
We all had a fun time bowling a few games and having a a few adult beverages. The staff was great and helped us with the automatic scoring system.
Suncoast Bowling Center is by far the best in town. The staff is amazing no matter the time of the day and the whole facility is always clean.
Solid spot! Lots of lanes and lots of space! Cheap games especially before 4pm. Great staff - everyone is very friendly. And it’s never full.
Great price. The older guy behind the counter was super nice and so helpful. Place was really clean. If you could go at night is so much fun.
Our hockey team had so much fun bowling here! The prices are amazing, we paid only $13.50 for 2 games and shoe rental. We will be back …
Lots of issues with our 2nd game. Was it times vs paying for a whole game. Really frustrating when you have children because they got upset.
Go to red rock... If you want to go cosmic, because even if you have someone 18 or older you have to have a parent.... So stupid …
Spent 2 days bowling in vegas here at the suncoast hotel n casino. Then we did the power bingo where every pot is worth $10,000 per game!
Waited 15 minutes at bowling alley with 2 employees standing behind desk, never acknowledged, never greeted. Ill take business elsewhere.
Good hourly rate for league bowlers. Beware of increased pricing for bar drinks. Expect to pay 3xs more with no football game specials.
Love dollar bowling! Go almost every night. But they need to update their lanes and balls. The bowling balls have chips all over them
Great place to roll a few frames for just a little $$$. It's usually not too crowded, with a friendly staff and it's own pro shop.
Great place for family fun and entertainment. You can grab a snack o eat at the restaurant have a drink on the bar. Great staff
Was there for a Women's Southern Nevada Bowling Tournament. Lanes not to bad. Easy access to Bowling Lanes Parking from outside
Great center! Safe, fun, clean. Desk people very kind. Becky manager is a pro! They are even upgrading their lanes! Good work
Good place to go bowling but definitely not the great. A bit outdated. The food is definitely THE WORST! Would not eat there.
Cheap bowling on Sunday nights. Good lanes. Bar a few feet from the lanes. Only downside is snackbar closes at 10, I believe.
I really like the people that work there. The lady at the register is kind and accommodating - I like the lanes on the end.
The customer service is great. The staff is courtious and professional. A great time to be had by all. Family friendly.
Too high priced compared to other locations. Variety of bowling balls was poor. Would rather wait at Santa Fe next time
Nice little place upstairs from the casino and restaurants and entertainment. Have bowling leagues, even senior leagues
Expensive snack bar. But it's a casino. Very nice, attentive staff. Clean bathrooms. Fun time. Cold beer, nice people.
Staff is very friendly, lanes are properly taken care of. They take care of their league bowlers and guests that bowl.
Good prices, newer shoes, clean lanes!! Great for summer fun with the kids or a great laces for the adults to hang.
Its too expensive and the girl that helped me had an attitude I would ask her questions and she wouldn't answer me
Suncoast bowling was great tonight even with it being Valentine's not so busy drinks where great, food was good to.
One of my favorite spots to go bowling with the family. No frills or thrills just some good ole fashioned bowling.
We go here almost every weekend! Friendliest staff! It gets packed during leagues, but its still worth the time.
Good to see leagues starting up again. Gives my gf something constructive to do as a hobby in this current time.
Fun time practicing, however really warm in bowling center. Need drop temp. Down to where it's more comfortable.
I don't go for the bowling, but for the bar. Excellent staff, cheap drinks, plenty to do, and never overly busy.
Great bowling alley but the food took too long we barley even played because the horrible service at the cafe
Service was quick! The Lanes were clean not to crowded. Seems like a great place to bowl on a Sunday night.
Awesome place to go bowling! Employees were very helpful and polite. Lanes are old but still work like new!
We just had our family reunion here and the bowling staff was awesome at accommodating our needs!
Great local bowling movies and family fun. We have been coming here since they opened, big fans.
Probably my favorite bowling alley in Vegas. Lanes are great and customer service is fantastic!
GREAT TIMES AND GREAT PRICES AND WONDERFUL SERVICE AND THE DRINKS ARE STIFF WITH FAIR PRICES!!!
Attended a class at this location. Nice size facilities. The Casino is clean and well staffed.
Modern bowling lanes. Friendly helpful staff. I had a great time and will definitely be back.
Prices good. Leagues now forming Good for the kids to learn how to bowl on Saturday morning.
It costs about 7 dollars for shoe rentals and 2 game. A fun activity for friends and family.
Supporting NPHY 9th annual bowlathon. Great cause, great time! Nice facility for this event.
It's okay. Not the greatest, leftover food & drinks after a lane is used wasn't cleaned up.
The staff are friendly. The counter man, Tracy, is professional and has a sense of humor.
Great...went to bowling center to get bowling balls for this year and everyone was great
Wonderful staff is excellent. You guys really good to our military (bowling discounts)
It was a fun time. Bowling was cheap and it was not crowded. Employees were pleasant.
Great little spot, decent drink prices and a ton to do on site. Kind of a no brainer.
