The person they sent totally took advantage of how frazzled and urgent our situation was and charged us hundreds more than he should have to get us into our apartment. We should have kept our wits about us, but that's not an honest business practice. Just putting this out as a warning to others.

Be careful. I had a lockout and the guy came, told me how much it would "cost" upfront. I agreed, he broke my lock, then told me it would be an additional fee to replace the lock he just broke. The whole service ended up costing $725. Not honest upfront and way overpriced.

They are professional and they treat you like the way they want to be treated. Even though they could not do the work they tell you up front and would recommend that you call the manufacture or the company that sold you the part. Would try again when need a locksmith.
