The good things in my experience with the Rydalmere group was they were very on time, very quick( just half an hour extra for moving out and another half an hour extra for moving in), and economic. I have never needed any access to my stuff so I don’t know how responsive they are to that. They had all the accommodations they needed and even extra padding for delicate things like the table glasses. I had very expensive furniture so I was so worried about them. They have been carried well; some minor damages to my sofa’s carvings as the team have dragged them on the floor of the units but still ok for a removal. The disappointment was the financial management which really let me down. At first Mario told me the cost would be paid by month but if you want to take them away in between the month you can pay by days the are staying in the storage. My due time was on 18th of each month and I had to take them back on 7th of the month. They charged me the complete month instead of 19 days and they claimed that if it is just some days they ask for the full payment( which I don’t think 11 days is SOME DAYS). At the beginning that my stuff was with them I had to chaise Mario for nearly a week to give me the account number to pay them the money but at the end of the contract, some days prior to the moving out they called and asked for the full removal payment even before the moving day which was a huge distrust to me. I felt after being so on time on my payments and even paying the full month instead of 19 days, they still can not trust and wait until the moving date to see how much extra time they need or even if there is any damage to my stuff!!!!! All these is a side, they were supposed to charge me over the phone and according to their receipt $699, but in my account they have charged me $705. It is not a lot of money but adding the rest of the financial matters told above, it really is disappointing.

Could not have had a worse experience. Taxibox have been jacking up their prices over the last 18 months so I decided it was time to move on. Set up a quote and was hounded by them to finalise the booking. I explained that I had tk manage the departure with Taxibox and would book when confirmed. We settled on Saturday 21st. I took the day off. Taxibox we’re on top of their end of the bargain. We arrived at their facility at 11-45 for a 12pm booking. Nothing. No one there. There is a mobile number, I called it three times. No one answered. Had a nonsensical text from the admin person - I thought I’d just wait until Monday and expect a phone call. Nothing, nada, crickets. Today, I asked them to refund my money, tried to transfer me to operations. I said just give me back my money. They claim to have refunded me. I don’t like doing 1 star reviews but if I could I’d give them a minus 5. Woeful. NB I am not married and I didn’t speak to anyone this weekend. I left one voicemail having made three calls. Presumably your fraternal franchisee is burning bridges all over Sydney. The Super easy storage I was dealing with are in Erskineville which is the Inner West. Yours is in Rydalmere which is not in the Inner West so you can see where confusion arises from. My one star is for the parent company, not this chaps facility in Rydalmere which I’m assuming is delightful.

If you are needing to store your valuables, don’t hesitate to use this company. They will go over and beyond! Started with their customer service- Neil who responded my queries asap (even on Sunday), explained thoroughly the steps and very pleasant to speak to. It was an excellent start. Julian brought the modules at home. He came on time, very polite and efficient. Driving his forklift like a pro! Moving is already hassle and because you are stressed out of cleaning, sorting and packing your stuff you will need reliable people to help you load your heavy furnitures into your modules. Mario and Paul came and did the job with care, wrapped our furnitures with blankets and stack them with precision (you can see that only with great experienced can do this work). The rain, cold and darkness did not bother Mario at all. What a legend! Their overall service is highly recommended! We did not regret a thing. Could give 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Carlos and Fernando did a fantastic job moving my things. I was most impressed that they actually tried hard to fit everything into one storage container. I've had removalists who were very sloppy so that they could charge for extra time or space - Carlos was very communicative. I ended up leaving a mattress and bike (both I didn't really want anyway) for council pick up, rather than paying for two containers. My stuff was in storage for 1 month and delivered from Sydney to Brisbane on the day I asked. The two guys from Ashton's Removals who delivered my stuff were cheerful and efficient. On both ends, really appreciated that the removalists were friendly - eases some of the stress! Not an item was lost or broken, so really appreciated the whole team! Highly recommend 10/10

The team from super easy storage were fast, friendly and amazing at playing Tetris with our items. They strive to put as much items in one module as much as they can and within a short period of time so that we don’t have to pay overtime. They also made sure that the items were protected with the padding sheets. I told them that our pathway can’t have anything bigger than 3 tonnes come up it so they brought the big truck with the 4 modules and left it out in the front and drove a fork lift thing with one module to the front of our house and did this four times. I highly recommend them to help you store or move your items as they would accommodate your requests. Thanks guys for helping us move. Appreciate it.

We moved from Wentworth Point to Parramatta, our moving went smoothly, thanks to Julio and Carlos we didn’t have to do anything. They were very careful with our furnitures, no damage and scratch at all… they didn’t take a break and kept going, we only did 1 trip and took 6hrs in total from the time they left Rydalmere until they unload all our stuff in Parramatta, they are very value for money. Will call them again if we move and will recommend to our friends… They are also very organised, when i called to make a booking and they were able to accommodate our preferred moving date and time. Their truck has crate, separates furnitures so they are well protected during transport… Highly recommended

I used Super Easy Storage Rydalmere to pack, move and store my things and then deliver them from NSW to QLD a year and a half later. Every part of the process has been smooth and very professional. Because of COVID state boarder closures, I was unable to be present when they packed and stored my property and only saw what a great job they had done a year and a half later when they delivered and unpacked the storage modules up in QLD. I was impressed with how careful Mario & Julian were moving me into my property and that everything was in great condition. Having called upon the fine services of Super Easy storage several times over the last 10 years or so, they have become my go-to storage provider in Sydney. The reason? Mario and his men who helped me and my family this week were incredibly respectful with some precious family antiques, very efficient and really great at communicating. They were particularly impressed with how well me and the declutterer Angelique +61 401 259 080 had packed and organised the removal items which another franchise had originally quoted me 8 containers but by the time the declutterer/packer and I had finished and in combo with the boys on the day with their brilliant and mindful Tetris packing we had managed to reduce the final amount to fill only 4 containers! I have used Rydalmere branch twice. The first time for storage only and hired another removalists to take my items to the warehouse. It took them 7hrs to finish the job and cost me close to $1000. The second time I decided to use super easy storage as removalists and storage. Julian and Fernando were sent to me and they packed everything up in 1hr and 15min. They were fast and prodessional with a great attitude! It cost me half the amount with storage included. Definitely my go-to people. Thank you for your service! I'd had enough of getting ripped off by removalists.

Super Easy Storage at Rydalmere was recommended by friends who had recently moved to Queenbeyan and from Baulkham Hills. They were super impressed. I followed the recommendation, and I must say that Mario and his team were beyond fantastic. I have a lot of valuable old pieces, large and small, and they took utmost care to look after all my goods. Mario came to my home in Mosman on three occasions offering guidance and I felt supported every inch of the way. I cannot rave about this company enough. Mario went above and beyond and took time out of his own weekend to help me pack up and then store my apartment full of furniture when I had no other options. He was in and out within an hour with everything wrapped and packed up onto the truck. Update: when the guys (I’m really sorry I forget their names) dropped off and unpacked my stuff they were so efficient and so friendly and professional. In and out within 40 minutes. Totally recommend this friendly and amazing team. I book them from my storage while my house was being rebuild. Mario was very accomodating as I didn't even have an exact date in the begining due to covid on the rise, lucky to be able to book them right before lockdown, end up storing them longer than expected (18 months) and finally got them re-deliver back to me 1st week when they got back from christmas break. Aside from dusts everything still the same as how they packed them, no damages to my furnitures. Thank you Mario and Fernando

As the name say its really 'Super Easy Storage' and very convenient and much cheaper compared to Kennards or other storage facilities. Open from 9-4 PM on weekdays and 9-12 PM on Saturday. They will provide the locks for purchase as well. Need to give 48 hours before you move out and they will place your materials in the box ready for loading. They could arrange the truck for pick up and delivery as well, but I arranged my own. Thank you John & Julian at Rydelmere for making it easy for us. Thanks Matt for the follow up calls.

Super Cheap are excellent!! We just had our storage unit delivered to a new unit after about 2 years of being stored with them and all of our stuff was in top condition. More importantly the guys who unloaded it were awesome, so fast, no complaints about all the stairs to get into our place and just powered through - this ensured our costs didn't blow out. The customer service team are really helpful too, respond really fast and make everything super easy. I would highly recommend this business.

We had the best experience with Super Easy Storage. Mario and Julian were very helpful and professional throughout. We would highly recommend using them not only for their exceptional customer service but for the price too. It was affordable and the cheapest quote we received. We would like to add that the staff would picked up our belongings from our home and transported them into storage were very professional too. Super Easy Storage were awesome! Right from first contact over the phone, they went out of the way to help us out. They did a special weekend delivery of packing boxes and took great care moving around our house as they carried some big/heavy objects about. They even helped us move a big piece of furniture in our house that wasn’t part of the stuff they stored. Importantly, all our stuff came back perfectly as it left us and it was good value. I had my furniture stored with Super Easy Storage at Rydalmere for 2 years 4 months. My furniture, picture frames and boxes were handled very carefully and wrapped so that they are not damaged. I got my furniture back and 2 young men carried everything to where I wanted it to be, again carefully with no damages. Furniture got assembled, was very happy with the service and I highly commend Mario & Julian on their professionalism and courtesy to their customers.

We have used Super Easy Storage for a number of our moves and have always had a great experience. The team are polite and efficient and always take care with our furniture and belongings. Special thanks to Julian and Wisdom for our recent move over the weekend. A true pleasure to have them take care of our move!
