I have been using superstar for about 6 months but always went to a different location. I’ve had a recent incident with this one where my tail light got two cracks,several scratches, and dents after having my car run through the machines at this location. Also keep in mind my car is a 2022 model so it’s new. Immediately after i started wiping down my car and I noticed the cracks in the tail light. I reported it to the manager and he stated that there was no way his machines could have done that. So he obviously wasn’t trying to take the blame. So after that a woman came up, she was two cars down from me, and stated that she noticed the machines where hitting the sides of her car pretty hard and thought that machines seems to be abnormal than usual. She has been to the 16th ave an bell rd location many times before but this time was different .She asked the manager how the machines where configured and he stated “I do them myself” and the lady replied “well you guys need to check them because they seem to be hitting my car harder and pushing my car through faster”. He just said okay and left. If they are configured manually by an employee then they need to be done correctly. I had to make a claim with my insurance which is a $1000 deductible to get my car fixed. I will never return to this location and I suggest no one else does unless you want your car to get damaged. Also that’s a pretty penny that I now have to pay out of pocket to get fixed. I feel that you should be taken care of as a loyal customer that has a subscription, but in this case I was not, very upsetting! I will not be returning as a customer to any superstar car washes again.

Place is always clean and everything is always working. Staff is always friendly and never rushes you out at closing time. This is one of the best car washes of its type in town, and I've been to many of them. I am taking back my 4 star review I previously posted and I am now changing it to 1 star. This place has gone down quick. More than half of the air hoses do not work any more and same with most of the vacuums. My monthly charge went up and when asked why they were taking more out I received a reply back saying they cancelled my contract. I told them I didn't ask to cancel it so it was put back and was given an offer for 2 months discounted I never received. The last 4 times I have taken my parents car for a wash and paid cash I was not given any change back or given less than what I was owed. The last time a manager said he would bring my changed to me after going through the was he was never to be found. After waiting around at office for UT no one even acknowledged I was there. My car that is registered under my monthly plan the license plate is never read correctly and I have to wait around for some to come punch in my plate correctly and that is never done very quickly. There is always something broken and thankfully I use my own towels otherwise I would have to go without cause there are never any there. Very disappointed with this place and don't plan on going back anytime soon. Hopefully there is another that is better close to me or I will be canceling my plan. If you have a choice to go somewhere else I suggest you do. It can't be worse than what this one has become. Avoid at all cost.

I probably will not go back.... the staff was really friendly and seemed to be on top of their jobs but the equipment is lacking and the wash isn't great. I was greeted by an employee who sold me the trial membership at $10 the first month and $30 each month afterward. He explained I could cancel anytime, as the first month is short of a trial, and I intend to do so. After the wash, the entire front end of my car was still covered with bug carcasses and bug juice and dirt from driving through these desert lands. There is no one scrubbing it off, no staff participating in the wash at all after the person who directs you to the wheel guide and hands you a cheap artificial air freshener and dash wipe. The vacuum on one side of me has poor suction and the end came off of the other one while I was using it. An employee was able to fix it, but it still seemed loose. The damp cloths are mostly dry and I'm not sure how they can prevent that in this weather but maybe providing water to dampen them would help. I used a water bottle from my car. I asked customers on either side of me about the problem with the lack of front end washing and they agreed it was a issue. I believe I can get a better wash for less, and I know I can get a monthly membership at competing washes at a lower monthly rate.

Do not sign up for monthly plan with company. They start you at a discounted price and next 2 months at the price you were told regular price is. Then they start increasing price by $10 on month 3 and will call to ask told they have changed the plan from the one you signed up for and would be charging an additional $3 per month if you continue plan. Sent online request inquiring when charged additional $10 no response. Called and sat on hold for 23 minutes to be told system crashed and would get call right back from another agent. No return call. When call back and sit on hold another 23 minutes. Told about plan I was on was higher plan and no explanation on why plan was changed and why had not received the more expensive wash when I had used it. Would not use this company unless you don’t mind them over charging you each month and having a hard time getting any communication from them.

Signed up for monthly car washes, got billed for 2 months up front but for the 1st month I could never use the automatic reader and then they tried to make me sign up again and be charged again. I had to write a written request (per their terms and agreements) to cancel my service. I also had to contact my bank and have them stop payment. Never sign up for their services and always read the fine print as this business makes it very hard to cancel after they have your info. I'm still getting mail and calls after sending a certified letter asking besides stopping my service to not be contacted again. I have a case going forward with the state AG against them for constantly contacting me after I've sent them certified mail to stop. I'm hoping the AG will penalize them the full 10k per instances. Good riddance and it's cheaper and easier to just go somewhere else or do it myself.

The only reason I'm not giving a 5-Star Rating is because I've had previous less-than-par experiences here. Not enough to make me not come back, just enough for me to cancel the membership because they couldn't read my license plate (because it is a Florida Plate). I still come here because the service is actually very good. Angel was super nice and helped at the Selection Screen (I am short). It's nice to know that there are still people willing to do their job, and have kindness in doing so. While there were a lot of people here cleaning their cars there were still plenty of towels, the vacuums worked okay enough, and there was no trash lying around. While I still believe their Car Reader System could still use some work, the actual location and people here are amazing.

I paid for the most expensive wash they had and it couldn’t rinse off simple spots from sprinklers. I asked for a refund, but they offered to let me run it through again. One of the brainiacs tried to explain the science of reverse-osmosis to me, insisting the wash didn’t put the spots on my car (which was really awkward for him because we already knew that I was disappointed to spend $22 effing dollars and see the spots I arrived with remained). When I asked if they would refund me if the second wash didn’t work, the manager said it was all he was willing to offer. If you have Phoenix-hard water on your car, this place’s best detergents can’t manage to take it up. Plainly speaking, I can’t recommend this car wash and will never be back.

Last week I went to get my car washed. GM Tyler was directing me to pull my car forward and prompted me to put my car in neutral, which I did. My car begins to move on it’s on. He begins to yell at me to stop my car. In which I put my foot on the brake. He tells “now I’m going to miss half of my wash, because I don’t know how to listen”. I tried to explain to him I was only listening to what he told me smh instead of yelling at me, he could have just explained to me what I could have done for next time or maybe tell me to go back around. But no, he wanted to yell at me for absolutely no reason. Tyler most definitely has some anger issues. I hope corporate rectifies the situation, because GM Tyler is bad for business.

So I got a coupon for 50% off on the car wash and today I used it I have to say I was very pleased they have three or four pay stations leading to the wash station the wash was fast and thorough highly recommend I was very satisfied with super Star car Wash on 16th avenue and Bell road*****UPDATE**** I'VE CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP SUPERSTAR CAR , THE LICENSE PLATE READER NEVER WORKS, ALWAYS HAVE TO HAVE AN ATTENDANT COME OVER AND OPEN THE GATE. THE WASH JUST DOESN'T SEEM TO BE GETTING MY CAR CLEAN, THE BLOW DRYER AT THE END, IS ALWAYS BUT CLEAN MY ROOF SHEET METAL UP AND DOWN AND MAKING A LOUD NOISE, LAST TIME I WAS THERE THEY WERE NO CLEAN RAGS, ALL OF THE AIR HOSES WERE BROKEN AND THE VACUUMS WERE BARELY WORKING.

Terrible car wash. The guy at the entrance of the car wash was on his phone texting or something and i sat there for a few minutes until he finally noticed i was sitting there. Then he had me pull up and i put the car in neutral and he literally took the sprayer and sprayed my windshield for not even a half of a second, and then threw the hose back down and went right back to being on his phone. He didnt spray the front of the car where all the bugs are or anything. I paid for the more expensive carwash too, not just the cheap light wash. Won't be returning to this car wash again. Management should be looking at their employees too. Shouldnt be on the phone while you're working at a car wash.

This particular "Super Star" does not shine so bright as it's a hit and miss if vacuums work or compressed air and there might be towels available to dry your car if you're lucky. I went today and there were no microfiber towels in any bins people walking around trying to find towels ask the young man directing cars in through the tunnel if they had any towels and he told me no. ****It was not busy maybe 6 vehicles**** I wash one of my cars at least once a day I try to stay away from this one although it is close to my house for the particular reasons above. Thunderbird and Scottsdale road are hands down the best locations their microfibers smell clean like they've been washed with soap.

I just want to say Javier is the best! I left another car wash chain and stopped here to Super Star on W Bell. The staff was very nice and friendly and took time to explain the various memberships. Not only did Javier help by scraping off the old membership sticker, i actually locked myself out of my car and he helped me get it unlocked and did not allow me tip him for his assistance! Young people often get a bad rep in customer service, but he went above and beyond and I’m very grateful! I’d like to thank Javier publicly and recognize his professionalism and friendly attitude! This is the best car wash I have been to. It did a really great job on my car. I got the super protect wash with the ceramic and it really made my paint shine and the water just falls off the paint. Everyone working was very friendly and getting things done. They even have glass cleaner by their vacuums and towels after your wash. They have tire gauges and air guns too it's a great setup to finish cleaning your car after your wash. I personally would recommend trying this wash. I have their unlimited washes and can clean my car as often as I want which is nice any time it rains I just run through and the ceramic sealant gets put right back on my car and waxed.

I’ve been useing super start for a while and today I took my charger into get a a nice wash and when I pulled around to dry my car off low and behold a nice big scratch down my hood from my front bumper to the end of the hood and you can even see on the wiper blade where whatever was in the brush flew off before my hood and when I brought it up to the guy working he didn’t seem to care to much he took a pic of the scratch then handed me a clipboard with a incident form on it and said to wait for someone to contact me but of course it will take three days to hear back from them.. I’m not happy with the response or how it was handled

This was super nice car wash, I had my unlimited premium membership since tow years, now is so far and low quality when you can coming very is worse, the vacuum machine never has power to clean so good my car, you need swishy once or two time to the other spot and check is that vacuum ready to use, what that means the staff not check and clean to thinks are stuck. Three time in row and count today 12/29/21 when I are inside the car wash, my car not received the tricolor foam, just water on some Other fluid. The business are successfully when you keep your customers happy and the service you provide are better every day more.

I had received a text coupon for a wash upgrade yesterday so I went in today to the Bell Road location near me (1600 ). The very friendly & courteous young lady was not able to get the coupon to go through so she ran right over to her manager to check. She was back in no time with an offer of a free car wash and not just any wash - but the car wash with the wax - which is the one I had planned to get upgraded. I then moved on to the manager who explained the circumstances, very apologetic and kind. This is the fourth time I’ve been here and I will be back! Excellent service and very happy with their attitude.

AMAZING! The first time we drove through the wash, it didn't scrub anything or even put soap on our car. So they let us go through again, free of charge. And their employees are always so nice and friendly! They hand you a car air freshener and a window wipe before you go through the wash as well. That way you can clean your interior while getting the outside clean, and then head onto the free vacuums. Usually I was my car on my own since I have time but today I didn't have time and decided to stop by here for a quick wash and vacuum. After coming out and starting to dry my car some more and do a little additional detailing myself, I noticed that all 4 of my wheels had been covered in a sort of sludge that took a fair bit of time to get off, I still have no idea what it was however, I know that it could not have come from my car as I checked everywhere to make sure there was nothing "leaking". Kind of disappointed as I try to care for my car as well as I can.

A month ago I went to get a car wash and I told the person working I wanted a lite wash he then said “if you get this 9.99 one its a better wash and it’s unlimited all month”. I said no thank you I don’t want a membership he then proceeded to tell me that if he didn’t enter the zip code it wouldn’t authorize a monthly membership so I said ok. Well today to my surprise I have a charge of $30. I took my car once during this month and because of that I can’t get a full refund. Just be careful with their employees, they lie.

I been having my membership for probably 6 months I been coming here but yesterday I had a nasty experience at this location with the man in charge apparently the direct manager had absolutely no customer service qualifications he was rude, argumentative raising his voice at me intentionally trying to intimidate me. I absolutely love coming here and just getting my car wash and he also suggested me to cancel my membership in such a get out here way I’m very sad to leave but I hope someone could have a talk with him.

I went through for a one time car wash. One of the attendees said he could get me a better deal for $10. He never mentioned a subscription. never mentioned a monthly price. I was under the impression that I was paying $10. Today I noticed Super Star Car Wash had taken $24.95 out of my account. When I call no one answers, definitely having problems canceling this. At the very least they should be required to tell you it's a monthly subscription! They have lost my business!

I usually love super star car wash but have always gone to the one on 83rd and thunderbird. This location has zero customer service, the gentleman working at the pay station didn’t even look up from his phone or say a word to me when I drove up and the one at the entrance did the same thing, although he managed a smile. None of the vacuum bays had towels stocked which was interesting because seemingly no one working had anything to do besides be on their phones..

So living in Arizona anyone knows a car wash is definitely one thing you learn to fit in your weekly schedule/ routine….the reason I say that is because we got a lot of sun and we need your cars to look great and that’s exactly what they do! Favorite car wash around by far! Good prices, never too busy, and awesome employees. If you haven’t checked it out I recommend you do sometime because it’s definitely worth it! 5/5 stars!!!

This was my first time using this location , I was impressed by they ease of use and the quality of service. The attendant guides you into the drive through Car wash and gives you a Car deodorizer and a packet with a wet cloth . Outside at the Free Vacuum stations there are blue towels to dry your car of with. There are several Car washes to choose from starting at $ 5.00 and up. It's a good value for the price.

I take my cars here all the time for a quick wash up and free vacuum. This place always has plenty spaces and clean towels to use. The staff is efficient and super helpful. Carissa assisted me with my FastPass and a speedy wash, while Javier helped me get set up with a new sticker that works and adjusted my preferred payment method. Friendly, hard working people and all your car washing needs in one place!

This car wash is very conveniently located on Bell Road. The staff is friendly and attentive, alerted me to check my rear windows (accidentally one was open) and moon roof. The vacuum machines and compressed air nozzles are powerful and cleanse the interior very nicely. The place also offers free carpet cleaner machine (not for rubber). All in all a good place to clean up car weekly.

Got there 20 minutes before they closed and had ample time to get everything done. The car wash is fine but they had already picked up all the towels so I have no towels to use. Your car wash is $10 and I should get the same service as someone who gets there in the morning. Very unhappy. The vacuums were less than par. Had to move my car to another area to get it vacuum correctly

The new manager Heather is doing a great job! Before when I would go there was never towels, the place was dirty and all the staff were rude. The last 2 times I’ve gone, Heather has been there to let us into the wash and she always has a bright smile and super attentive and helpful! Towels are always out and the place is really looking nice! Wonderful experience!

Signed up, kept wondering why the plate reader wasn't reading my license plate. Until I finally realized, when I signed up at a location on baseline Rd. The employee who did it, obviously doesn't know his alphabet!! How do you mistake a 'V' for a 'U'? Total employee fault why my plate wasn't being read, thankfully I figured it out!!!

Great wash specials that can't be beat. At least not that I've found. I wash my car alot, so the unlimited wash plan works awesome for me. Good people at the one I mostly frequent on 16th and Bell Rd, but used to live off Buckeye and the people were just as accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. #1 car wash in my book.

Wish I could give this location a higher rating. Various Super Star locations have been my go to but every time I’ve gone to this one in the last couple months there’s been problems. Vacuums not working well, no clean drying towels, etc. I’ve never had this happen at any of the other locations which have all been great.

Poor experience. Hard to find “clean” towels as all the bins around my stall were empty. When I found some, they were wet and stunk like mold. Neither the vacuum nor the air house in my stall worked, and the employees seemed to have better things to do than work. I’m a monthly subscriber but i won’t be back to this one.

The wash did okay. I knew a quick wash like that wasn't going to get everything clean from my truck. The big issue I had was that the vacuum was running but had no suction to pick up anything from the floor. It was a waste of time. So, unlike other quick wash places, my interior failed to get clean.

The rags smelled like old laundry. After washing my hands 4xs! They still smell like their old wet rags! I can't not believe I pay monthly for this! On top of this literally every in for rags was gone. I should of taken pictures but I'm not that planned. Just have to give an honest review

I love going to this car wash! Everytime I am here the attendants are always helpful and there for you. The rags are always stocked and the service is A++. Fred noticed I was having issues with the vacuum and came over to help me right away I recommend this place every day of the week!

This is one of the best car wash businesses in the valley. I had a membership at quick quack and their water pressure was not as strong as it is here. I don’t have to make multiple runs through the wash to remove leftover debris. I have a monthly membership here and totally worth it.

My car looked great after a wash here! Vaccumes have great suction power. Best part is they have 6 dyer's at the end of the wash, so you hardly have to dry yourself. The staff wash very nice and not pushy.✔ They have tons of cameras. (If this is helpful please give thumbs up.)

10/1 no towels, no employees, no vacuums and every stall is filthy This place still sucks and is not fixing equipment. The car wash now is not being cared for. Vacuums, air hoses are constantly clogged or broken. I have complained twice to management but it has not changed.

I don't use touch car washes ever but I tried this one because of all the snow we had driving down to phoenix (we're from Utah) and the attendant was a super kind gentlemen who was very helpful. I do recommend these car washes and this location was clean and well managed!

Got a free coupon to get a free car wash and was not disappointed! Left my car clean and smelling good. They even give you an air freshener that's really strong and a wipe to wipe down the interiors. Then at the vacuums they have damp rags to help clean your car with.

This car wash doesn’t care about there customers they ripped me off for $125 for something I would never sign up for and won’t respond to me or reimburse my money when confronted about the situation. The customer service is shady and unprofessional do not reccomend

Great prices, was very surprised on how environmental friendly these car washes are compared to doing it yourself. The car wash tunnel really cuts through the dirt and oil from the road. Well maintained and great customer service. I would definitely recommend it.

Stay away when there are a lot of cars, they run the wash faster and your car doesn’t wash properly. Blue towel bins are empty half of the time. Corner vacuums don’t work as well and the air nozzles that they put up don’t blow well.

Went through the wash today causing scratches to my truck. Shift manager Samual admitted to an issue with metal stuck in spinner then proceeded to call store manager Tyler and after that call denied any known problems, clearly

After I went through the car wash, I pulled into a vacuum spot. The air hose didn't work and the vacuums had very little suction. So I moved to a different spot to find that it was the same. I won't be using this carwash.

I’m been an Uber driver for 6 months and Aaron at the super car wash has been very helpful as I still got my temporary plates, so I’ve been having problems at other ones but the one on Bell 5star

Their unlimited plan more than pays for itself and the staff is friendly enough. Sometimes I think they need to reset their equipment but overall cleans the car well and doesn't scratch.

Tyler the GM was super charismatic and easy to talk to. I'd never used one of these stops before to vacuum my car and he gave me the whole run down and was a huge help. 100% recommend.

Love this franchise but this location was just okay. The rags smell horrible and the wash cycle seemed shorter than the others. Still good carwash overall

The wash brushes didn't do a very good job. The whole back was missed, and they were out of towels today. Luckily, I had some towels in my vehicle.

Dania was very helpful when the machine at drive thru got all wonky and messed up. She was there out of nowhere and made it work. No wasted time.

This place is a godsend. A reasonable mouthy fee for unlimited carwashes. They provide maximum speed, towels, everything to clean your vehicle!

They charged my account for a vehicle that wasn’t even mine and refuse to give a refund. The same thing happened to my friend not too long ago

Love this place. 20.00 a month for unlimited wash and vacuum. They offer clean towels and a interior wipes as well as a car freshener.
