When I first started vaping many years ago now and lived on the Southside of Brisbane, the options for available vape stores was so limited that the Northside Banyo outlet was practically my local store, but since it was so refreshing to finally have just a vape store that only sold things relating to vaping, and not just a tobacconist that sold some vape supplies, I never minded the trek! :D Cut to a few years later and SVS has many wonderful stores across Brisbane and I’ve been to most I’d think and never had a bad experience, every store has been so friendly and well stocked and always had what I needed. Even though I’m back on the right side of town again now (he north haha) and there are a few stores a bit closer to me, I still have a soft spot for the Banyo outlet and always tend to drop in to shop on my way home from work or whatever. I love that their location is so accessible too, plenty of parking. :) So while I’m happy to shop at and recommend any of the SVS outlets as a whole, I’d have to say that Banyo and the staff there have a place in my heart. :D On another note, for my friends at SVS who have been awesome over the years, I have everything crossed that the latest round of eye rolling government intervention and interfering doesn’t hurt business … honestly, without stores like yours I’d be back to smoking and broke in no time. They are just being myopic and reactionary and making it hard for the people like myself who truely benefit from vaping to access supplies and equipment. It’s frustrating and stressful. But yea, my fingers are crossed that the SVS brand stays strong ;D

Both Matt & Jayy have given me a great customer service going up & beyond my expectations, in-store, online & personal quick replies to emails. I go out of my way to be a customer of the Banyo store. I got my 1St squonk mod from Banyo SVS & got an Armour pro the same day. Had issues with both mods inside of 6 wks, rang then took both mods back for a complete replacement of both the OhmBoy Rage & Vaporesso Armour pro kit. Then within a week or so bits of paint started chipping & tearing off the Rage mod. I didn't think it would be covered by warranty, then 1 of the back door magnets came loose @ 2mths old again I thought it wouldn't be covered by the store & would have to deal with the manufacturing company but on elr(a great vaping site) told me it would be totally covered, by then it was 2 days past the 90 day store warranty but I wrote an email with some uploaded pics of how hideous my mod was. To my great surprise Matt emailed me a personal invitation to come to the store & exchange my mod for the 2nd time nearly a week past warranty. I went in today & was given a more sutible TVC topside dual in a really pretty champange gold colour which won't have the same paint peeling issues, not only that but there was a $25 dollar difference between mods so they let me spend it on a new set of batteries (as back ups) & just to treat myself (without spending a cent) I also grabbed 2 new 510 driptips as I'm forever dropping & loosing them. So my in-store loyalty rewards paid for the difference & it's not hard to build up points with SVS either. So I'm 1 happy customer.

An alright place. The guy was nice enough and friendly. But they were out of most of the flavour concentrates I was after. From 15 they only had 4. They forgot a few from my list. I was told they will get more in a month. The staff had no idea about flavours and felt they were poorly trained when it came to the products they were selling. Not somewhere you can feel like they look after you. They are nice and professional but their customer service extends to that. This is based on one trip to the store and there was almost no people there so the wait was relatively short. I feel that vaping being a new and exciting thing for most of us. It's a hobby and there's not many people that are into it, you expect the people that sell you this stuff to be more excited to share or teach. At least this are my expectations. This was not the case, but maybe I expect too much. The stock was limited from what I could gather in terms of mods and atomisers. But you might have to check with them since, some of this stuff was available online on their website. I will continue to go there for quick necessities, like coils, when they have them in stock. Maybe my opinion will change.

Over 2 years I've unfortunately had a couple of hit an misses here and there... fortunately one seemed to be my own "user error" that the team easily rectified for me! Secondly, a full store credit refund was given to me in that instance, in fact I was probably given back slightly more than in value than my initial purchase - cheers! The team are very knowlegable and do not try and rush you out the door with the most expensive unit as quickly as possible. They cater for all levels of vaping and will not upsell you what you don't need! The only time this is a problem is when your in a mad rush on you lunch break or something :) 5/5 rating Big thanks to Matt, for helping me grab / select a few juices that I otherwise would not have known about, or tried, they're all great!!

THIS STORE IS AWSOME. I've only been shopping at SuperVapeStore for a little while but I've made a few orders. The team here are absolutely fantastic, when they did have a problem with one of my orders, l recieved a phone in less than 24hours of placing the order and because they didn't have a mod l ordered so they recomended one that was probably more my speed. I can't fault the servuce here, they get baxk to you soooooo quick, i couldn't believe it and their consistantly good postage is just great, l cant remember the last time l recieved a package on time but SuperVapeStore do it everytime. Awesome shop, had all the gear I needed at a good price. Normally get most of my stuff on the internet/from OS - but will be supporting these legends more from now on.. the prices except for maybe devices seems about the same as from overseas but no need to pay for postage or wait for delivery and you can get some great support if needed. Was served by Matt, have to give him 10/10. He knows what his talking about, full of enthusiasm and wants to help his customers as much as possible. The ry4 double flavour juice is amazing, just what I needed to have with my morning coffee - highly recommend to anyone just quitting smoking, its goes better with a coffee in the morning then a cigarette. :D Thanks Matt & SVS

Just popped in to pick up my first vape, total vape noob haha! I was served by Matt at the Banyo store. Super cool guy and very knowledgeable and personable. He made the whole process incredibly easy for me, gave me all the care instructions and even set the vape up for me in store (tutorial style) so that I was vaping from the moment I left the store. I have been a customer of super vape store now for a quite a while. Any products i have ordered has been delivered quickly and has been always the right product. I have switched to these guys from buying online. They have great customer service and stock everything I need for my mods and juice ( Vaporesso and Smok). Stock has never been an issue and they have a massive range of flavours. I tend to stick to one flavour but am willing to try others on their recommendations as I haven't been recommended a bad one yet. Keep up the good work guys and see you next week.

Staff is friendly and helpful but don't know what they are doing. I asked for a customer receipt and they asked for my email address to send it to me. Unfortunately I got a newsletter with advertisement instead of my receipt. I answered and told them I don't want the newsletter but my receipt instead. I got an email back which said I am removed from the newsletter but still I don't have my receipt.

The place is much better and the customer service is much better and I enjoyed my trip into the shop but it's the only shop that I have found to stock my favorite flavor tutti fruity but would love it in a much bigger bottle this store has improved so much more after I spoke to zac about my first time and he has made changers that all will certainly agree with so go and get what your after

I have been buying all my vape supply from the super vape store for nearly 2 years now. And now they have a store at banyo it's even better nice and close. You always get friendly service with great advice. And online orders are shipped extremely fast. I have no problems giving the super vape team 5 stars all round.

The store is in a great location, with great opening hours and a great range. Unsure why you would bother with any other vape store in Brisbane. Very good customer service for an Aussie company.. While they didn't have my original order, the took the initiative and called me to offer a replacement. Delivery took longer than expected but then Australia day is to blame for some of that. Suggest ensuring stock values are accurate online.

Always good with these guys. Big range, they're knowledgeable and helpful. Store is clean, parking is easy, place is easy to find with big signs. Pricing is dearer than online, but the convenience of popping down when I run out of juice or coils can't be beaten and I'll pay the extra.

Awesome store! Had what I needed and if they didn't, they knew of a fantastic alternative which meant I left happily. Not a lot on display but they have a warehouse attached so don't be put off by the 5-odd display cabinets. Staff were super knowledgeable and welcoming. Vape on!
