Ridiculously overpriced and the Asian lady on the counter was very rude. She make it very evident to the customers that she absolutely doesn’t have any time for them, and she is doing a favour on the customers by serving them, even though the shop is empty almost every time I past by. Maybe she always having a bad day or idk but never seen her in a good mood. I hope God bless her with some happiness in her life. Or else if she continues to annoy her customers like this she would ultimately have to close the shop forever.

They have a great range of merchandise and the store is well stocked and generally tidy. However the lady at the cash register makes it very clear that customers are an annoyance, either that or she is in a permanent bad mood. I would suggest if this company wants return business they speak with her about customer service. I've been in a number of times and she is always rude and short with customers.

Great variety of kitchen and pantry products as well as art supplies and toys. Regarding comments below about perceived rudeness, it’s clear the commenter doesn’t understand that people from many other cultures don’t put on an act of fake-politeness for the sake of appearing nice during a transaction, like we do in Australia. The service is perfectly fine.

Wanting charge $50 for 2 balloons and to be blown up?! Absolutely ridiculous! Gotten the same 2 balloons blown up for WAY cheaper. Spoke to who I’m guessing the manger saying the price went up just for the day. So annoyed how the price suddenly changes and my partner and I tried calling 3 times over 3 different days prior but no answer. Not happy at all.

There's a decent range of stuff so it's a shame that the workers were so rude and judgemental last time I was there. I definitely won't be going back.
