fully agree with PM below the staff here are rude, uninterested, from the people on the isle filling, who are more interested in gossiping amongst themselves than reluctantly helping. to the people serving who always look dis-interested. just rude, dis interested women working here. will be putting in a complaint with customer service - edit to add even the pharmacy counter in here are rude, keep you waiting for ages

On Wednesday a women at the end of the makeup isles whatever that area was, was staring me down, arms crossed over herself, staring at me down every isle trying to intimidate me because I had put my shopping in the bottom of the pram whilst I held my baby who was crying in the pram prior. Made to feel like some criminal for no reason. Apart from that it's such a good super drug!

Thank you very much for your hard work, cheerful, friendly and efficient. I came for my vaccination yesterday and thought I'd be kicking my heels in Leeds for 3 hours, but I was seen early thanks to Diane and Libby I was jabbed and home 2 hours earlier Well done superdrug. I had a flu jab appointment booked with confirmation email. Arrived early as directed but the shop was closed. Waited a while and eventually spoke to a member through the window who told me there no vaccinations today. I got a text 3 hours after the appointment to tell me that it had been cancelled. No apology

I would really recommend the travel clinic - both times I've been, the workers have been so helpful. I had Toni when I went last week and she was so friendly and worked out exactly which vaccine I needed, and was also very understanding when I told her I was nervous about the needle. Thank you Toni!

This place was cheap. The vitamin C tablets are the same batch from around a year ago as the expiring date is end of February. They not even bother putting anymore out. Making me having to go to many other shop's thank you! Might as well go to Home Bargains and or Body Care much better prices.

Just been for my 2nd Jab this morning 30/06/2021 just before 9am and when I'd walked away the 2 girls at the front of the shop, didn't realise my daughter was looking at make up and were slagging me off after I'd walked away. Have put in a complaint too and will be ringing their manager.

Unfortunately very unhelpful and not sufficient pharmacy who did not bother to update client with order and after waiting a week for medication and two visits to the store I still did not have them, and had to go to other pharmacy with prescription :(

Had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Beckie on the till today. Very rude and unhelpful. I was being polite and asking about Philips one blade. Was shocked at the way it was handled the conversation. Very uncomfortable.

Took a wartner wart freezer back that didn't work lost receipt but got bank statment wasn't interested i have worked in sales know they can help just exchange with their suppliers no problem staff unhelpful

Walked around Leeds after a hospital visit to pick up a prescription and Superdrug come to the rescue. After stopping at 3 Boots pharmacies with no luck, these guys pulled through. Thank you!

I bought from this store and paid by my forex card ,they said it was declined but my bank statement showing that it was deducted.Please let the staffs know about the cards the tourists use

I've bought some really good BB creams there and I'n buying hair color just there. Superdrug in Trinity is bit bigger, but this one is good as well.

Had a great time. Lauren was quite helpful spent close to an hour helping me and my friend pick up a foundation. Quite very helpful team.

I love superdrug as a company but this store in particular I've found the sales assistants to be very unfriendly.
