I purchased a hoodie from this store and as I wanted to gift them, I removed it's tag. Unfortunately the size did not fit for the person and thus I went back to return. The manager in the store said that she cannot take the item for return as company policy expects the tag to be there in the garment. I was not across this and I asked her for "Return Policy" information if they are being displayed anywhere in the store or in my receipt or any form of documentation and the answer was negative. When I checked them online, I found out that this was true in its policy. The reason why I would be giving them a 1 star is because 1. She was very rude in her responses. 2. She did not have any banners, brochures, or documentation in the store that mentions return policy information. Not every customer is expected to go through online to read through the process

Do not buy a bag from this store. Have had the bag for 5 months KNOW it has been used no more then 8 times (use it only for uni twice a week). Manager was trying to find any excuse not to swap it over because of a faulty size. Found a scratch no bigger then 2cm. Was arguing this can be resold ! This is not the point. The zip is faulty ! Wouldn’t have a bar of it. Was told to go to consumer affairs. Looks like it’s of to them I go then. Thank you Superdry you have just lost a very loyal customer !

I went here last weekend and had a very enjoyable experience. Shona (who I assume is a new manager of this store) was so helpful and professional, and went out of her way to make sure I was looked after and got what I was looking for. Excellent customer service with a smile. Will definitely shop here again :-)

Most rude sales people I have ever come across. Accusing me and my friends of stealing my jacket when it was purchased from Doncaster David Jones where there is an outlet and the sales assistant didn’t even have the wits to know that. My friends were also accused of stealing my own jacket too

Not a very pleasant experience was denied the additional discount when we changed our mind to add an additional item to a same bill which was purchased few minutes ago and also were informed that a new bill cant be issued if we exchange the same

Just shopped @SuperDry store. The staff was very patient with my enquiries. Spent 30 minutes with me and converted me from a browser to a buyer. Not sure on the name of sales person but think his name is Lyrene.

Went to superdry today to find some snow pants Thanks to Bahar who was there to help me she is super patient and super helpful she even went the extra mile in directing me to exactly what to buy

Sara and specially the fit gentleman were very helpful. Nice collection of outfit. Sara even offered to look for stock on the storage for availability of the size required.

Great shopping experience with my exchange of product. Staff were only too happy to help and also made suggestions that were valid and thoughtful.
