SuperDry has dropped the quality of their products. Bought a pair of jeans for over £80 and after one wash the colour faded put so much that it looks like a buy from Tesco's. I bet Tesco has way better quality than SuperDry. I decided to return the jeans and head to SuperDry, Whiterose Shopping Centre. Beth, apparently a Customer Service Manager, spoke so rude and defended SuperDry like it's owned by her. Absolutely terrible customer service and manager was very rude and made me feel very embarrassed. She refused to accept the return. Shame for SuperDry to appoint an individual who doesn't care about customers. No More SuperDry Shopping!!!!

Store itself is a bit of a low light labyrinth (showing my age here) but I went to collect an online order of a backpack. I got there and the lady behind the till was having trouble tracking it down from the confirmation email. She rang up her central office and found out there was a system error, and got them to push the order through. A little bit of waiting around but not her fault. She dealt with the whole thing professionally. Once the order arrived the next day I was dealt with promptly and left happy. I shopped with Superdry because the big man at the top announced his support for a People's Vote.

Visited the Leeds Trinity Superdry store today and found staff to be unhelpful when looking for a coat I’d recently seen online but had sold out. I had to ask three members of staff, with one going off to check stock and then when he came back forgot I was waiting and said he’d been caught up with something else!! The only helpful person was the lady on the checkout. I ended up buying a coat, but feel I should have spent my money elsewhere. Very disappointed in this store. Won’t rush back!

Good luck trying to return anything here.. the manager of the store doesn’t seem to know anything about consumer rights and fobs you off saying they can’t do anything about it & gives you advice on how you can fix a faulty zip yourself by buying a new one on Amazon. Took the same bag back to the store at the White Rose and had no issues exchanging. Steer clear of this store if you want to try returning anything. We won’t ever go back there.

A surprisingly large store with plenty of products on display including a large sale section towards the rear. Went in looking for a hoody but hadn't found one I liked anywhere else so wasn't too hopeful, ended up coming out with two as there was a special offer on at the time and there was plenty of choice. Only criticism is there was no signage for the promotion so only found out when I got to the till with one hoody - not a biggy.

Was at sports direct before I came in and I bought a tracksuit from there I came in and really liked what they got I tried a tracksuit that looked really nice on me but unfortunately the size wasn’t good then another one was perfect so returned the tracksuit I bought and bought one from them and even my dad bought one and then we came in again the next day and bought more stuff!! Really good shop!!!

Visited store to exchange some jeans which had a manufacturing defect, the manager was very rude & blunt, said that simple ‘wear and tear’ was to be expected (the jeans had completely ripped down the crotch, and were unwearable). 5 minute chat with Superdry support and I was given a refund as the jeans were faulty, so I can definitely say the staff in store were rude & unhelpful. - Jack

My new favourite clothing store! Very mint and cool. I do agree that the clothes are more expensive from let’s say H&M but the quality is superb and you can feel it. I don’t buy clothes often but when I do I want it to be of higher quality fabrics as they tend to last longer. Very large store and the choice of colours and design is also great. Would be visiting again! :)

Went with my friend to look for a new hoody. The thing is you can get the same items on Amazon if your a prime member about ten or fifteen quid cheaper! Bare this in mind. Apart from this, a really fit girl works here with a dreamy Irish accent. Worth going in just to see her she's HOT.

Pretty massive store all on one level, with all the Superdry gear you could ever need. Staff are friendly and I was amazed when they refunded me for a jumper I had bought three weeks previously, which had developed a hole in it. I didn't even have the receipt any more. Great service!

Located in the McArthur Glen Designer Outket, this shop has many of the same items as a "normal" store but cheaper. I bought a t-shirt here for £15.99 that would have been £25 normally. A little cramped so you might have to spebd time searching but there are bargains to be had.

Great quality clothes. I really like Japanese inspired graphic clothes and the style. It is simple but has that “something” to it which does not look boring. Staff in the shop are always polite, friendly and helpful. My experience in the shop been super all the time. Thank you

I always pop in here whenever I'm in Leeds. Love the atmosphere in there, with the music and subdued lighting... never been in a clothes shop quite like it. The staff are always very helpful. Yes, the clothes are on the expensive side but they do have sales from time to time.

Gorgeous shop. Extensive range, best I’ve seen in their bricks and mortar stores. Picked up a few sweats to add to the ones I bought back when they were up on the headrow that’s how long my previous haul lasted. Great to see the retro Ts and the Hawaiian shirts - next time!

Great store, staff helpful my only gripe is the checkout is ridiculous for trying to get to. It's crowded, awkward to traverse, especially if you're in a wheelchair or have a pushchair. You can't get past people if they're paying so it holds up the checkout process.

Great clothes but very confusing lay out of items, looking for a coat but they are spread all over the shop and there are so many rails it's hard to move. Went to the superdry in the white rose centre which was much more logical, got the cost from there instead.

Great store which covers all that brands goods in store for me it's an answer to troublesome gifts just go in there and buy the kids something they will love and use and will last for time.

My son just loves these stores, atmospheric, but not cheap, however the range is quality and nicely put together. Good outlet a Cheshire oaks where you can bag a bargain

Large store on a single level with a good range of clothing. In regards to men's, a decent selection of sizes with extra small available. Staff friendly and helpful too

This suprdry store was the best I've ever been in and the staff were very helpful as being a 44 chest they found me a shirt to fit didn't know they did xxl great

Too busy, too tight, no space and music too loud. But good place for men shopping. Women - not too much sizes, if you size 16 and more, nothing for you.

I didn't visit this shop, despite Google claiming I did. If you want to spend your hard earned cash to look like a walking billboard, by all means do so

OK if you're young and want to walk around showing the Superdry logo to everyone, it seems young people do, it's a popular choice but not for me.

Loud music and clothes the size even school kids don't fit. Tried xxl jacket and arms were 2 inches short. Only good if you are short and skinny

The darkest shop in leeds.i thought they were trying to grow mushrooms. Should hand you a torch on entry so you can see the things they sell.

I like super dry clothes however if you are not the shape of a stick insect you'll need to go for XXXL as their sizes are ultra pessimistic!

Superdry is situated at the main city centre and is a shopping place for clothing one can find a variety of stuff in fabrics for each age

The member of staff really helpful she even went out of her way to try and get me what I wanted which I thought was really good of her.

All sizing is based on Japanese market so their XXL is a UK small-medium! Nothing in the entire shop fits average sized westerners!

The wife loves this place, would empty my bank balance in minutes if she could, amazing stock of products in this very large store

I’m leaving this review just for a lovely young lady called Zainab that was super friendly and helped me find the shirt I needed.

The store is clean and the staff are nice but the music is soooo loud in certain areas of the store. It was a little unsettling.

I found a really chunky warm jumper for under £30 today. Really needed something that was not a Hoodie. Nailed it.

It's middle brand and, nice style, I think they need to reduce them prices to be more popular and easy to buy.

This place is against the larger fellow, it's all slim fit....never ever going back to this establishment

If you want the overpriced items for the logo then this is as good as a Superdry shop as you will find.
