tldnr: Drove for half an hour to find the product THEY advertised was not in store; never has been, won't be ordered. Staff couldn't care less. Full experience: Looking for Wii Motion Plus remotes - they advertised (with a photo) on Gumtree. So I drove far to get there only to find they don't have the correct remote (not that they knew, it took some phoning around on my part to discover they did not have what they advertised they had). Business is tough for many, but for them, it must be amazing, because they couldn't have given less concern about my issue or the fact THEY had advertised a product they don't carry! No apology, just a shrug of the shoulders. Me: "Do you ever have the right product in stock?" Them: "No". Me: "Can you order it from a supplier?" Them: "No". Me: "So you never have this item and won't be getting it?" Them: "No".... Me: "So maybe you should change your photo and description on Gumtree!" Them: "Ja, probably" .... Wow. Just. Wow Thanks for the drive, but not the service

I've been dealing with them for almost 5years its my go to shop for all my tattoo needs this guys are the best in Parow i will highly recommend them to all tattoo artist out there they the cheapers and will always give you what you need and will need and show you what they have new in the store always keep clients up to date on Facebook about their prices always friendly and helpful and they have everything you looking for from (Culinary tools, cctv, TV's, school stationery) just to name a few so make your way over there people you will never go to another store again.

I bought a play station by your shop in December 2014 every time we experienced the machine freezing we then took it back so it went on month in and month out until it ended up staying by you for months now after 2 years you say there is nothing you can do about it we must collect it? What bullshit is that the machine was in your shop most of the 2 years we spent R1800 on that machine and you give such crap service.i really expected much more from you. I will make sure that a lot of people knows this.

Good prices, good products. I did notice that the last time I visited, the guy at the counter tried to charge me more for my purchase before the lady at the counter corrected him. It's made me averse to shop there again. Start labeling your products with prices so I know you're not charging me unfairly, and I'll come back.

Poor/no service. Just pick up the phone and keep your customers informed. That will say a lot about your business. I didn't complain, I gave your sick staff the benefit of the doubt that s/he might not come back for an extended period of time. I lifted my control and found an alternative. Thank you.

I recently went to this store to repair two of my PS5 controllers. I am very pleased with both the prices and service. I probably phoned a lot of stores to get quotes and it was very expensive everywhere else. Really happy that these guys do a good job at reasonable prices!
