We have bought simple cakes like pineapple and Black Forest from Suprbaker in the past. We were impressed by the freshness and taste they offered in the cake. Hence, for our daughter’s first birthday we decided to order a two layered 3 kgs cake and that was our mistake. We showed them a picture and they agreed to prepare a matching cake by the required time. We had requested some changes like adding lollipops, including fruits in the bread and adding the word “princess” to our daughters name on the cake. We had also ordered a smash cake along with the birthday cake. On the date of delivery, while collecting the cake we noticed the finishing wasn’t as good. When we raised a concern, the guy over there simply said, they are nothing just finger prints. You don’t expect finger prints on a cake worth 3000/-. There were no lollipops as requested. Since the function was due to start in just under two hours we couldn’t have waited for them to prepare lollipops, hence we accepted it. The word princess was not added to our daughters name. The Cake carton was make shift and not proper. We later discovered, were no fruits in the bread as ordered. When asked about it, the owner informed they forgot to add lollipops and simply refused to accept they missed out on other requests. She bluntly told us that they would refund Rs.100/- for missing out lollipops and her words were “the deal is done from our side”. Now that was a healthy compensation offered against a payment of 3000/-. Our advice, they are just capable of making basic cakes. We would stay away from ordering a cake from them. In fact, we won’t even buy a basic cake after the treatment we got. Not worth at all! The lady has added a review for her own business. Buyers beware!

Excellent service ! Yummicious cakes ! We had ordered 2 kg fruit cake and it turned out to be very fresh and tasty . Everyone loved it . Good thing about this cake was that they used fresh fruits and look of the cake was so exquisite. Definitely will recommend everyone to order from here . Update : I recently had recommended SuprBaker to my brother who ordered 3 kg two layered theme cake . The cake was supposed to be 2 layered cake , but the upper layer had collapsed / slided although We were very careful handling the cake . It couldn’t hold its layers and no proper support was provided which is important in layered cakes . we were very disappointed by the experience .

Firstly, the order placed was super quick. I really liked the idea of the order form fill up. Nothing missed at all, all preferences were taken care at one go. I was promised the cake by 8 Pm. It reached earlier than the promised time. The packaging, which most of the bakers miss to introduce is hard carton box for tall cakes, was so well taken care of. The cake reached intact at my place. Design of the cake was just the same as asked. Not only this, the choco chip flavour inside the cake was a delight and my parents relished it on their anniversary. Thanks for introducing the specific preferences, I mentioned.

She never said "if, but, maybe" she instantly said yes to whatever requests I made and kept me informed if it wasn't practical to do. truly satisfied with the service. i m new in nagpur and just followed the online reviews. advantages : affordable prices as compared to other bakeries. extremly beautiful cake details were very sharp and clear we were bit in a doubt tht either they cn match upto our instructions for the cake or not but they done a fantastic job. timely delivery we just gave them a photograph of the cake we want and they made us 95% exactly same cake. we are impressed and going to recommend to everybody.

I have ordered live theme train running cake for my niece and also paid in advance, But got Very Poor Service from the staff also no co-ordination at the time of delivery, failure in delivering there promises will never order from super baker again also suggest everyone not to order from there.

If you're looking for customised Cake, this should be your first choice in town. They got the customisation right on point. The taste is delicious too. In addition to that, the sponge of the cake was moist, with made the taste even better, making the bite melt in mouth. The staff is polite, and the place is hygienic too. The location is on the main road, so it's accessible. But parking (2 and 4 wheeler) is a problem.

I prefer cakes from ABC in terms of flavour and quality. Staff did not have the required training to add napkins or disposable knives, which every other bakery provides. Hence, 3 star. Chocolate truffles was average. Pro: quick delivery
