The best experience I’ve EVER had. As someone who is normally judged for “being in a store like that” since I’m a bigger girl, I was rather reluctant to go in; I couldn’t have been further from wrong. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted. When looking around the staff member came and asked if I needed any help and went above and beyond! Introduced themselves- their name was Hannah- and then made some amazing suggestions and I in fact ended up buying two of the tops they suggested! They even put my partner, son (in his pram) and I in the larger change room, without missing a beat and offered my partner a chair. Couldn’t be happier and makes me want to go back there. They were the nicest person I’ve come across in retail for a long time and it was the best experience!

I went there today to try on some dresses and I wasn't too confident in myself as I am a bit of a bigger girl but when the worker came to the dressing rooms to see if I needed any assistance she made me feel super confident and complimented me. Super friendly, definitely will go back again! :)

Amazing effort I bought a jumper they let my go back in the change room and wear it when I go out... the cutest clothes ever for all sized women and kids. really lovely staff and great customer service !

The clothes are good quality. The prices are pretty good and the workers are usually polite. Good for teenage girls.
