In order to provide speedy justice to the people living in remote areas of Balochistan the branch registry was established on 19th November, 1978 in a borrowed wing of the High Court of Balochistan. Efforts are, however, being made to acquire a permanent site for the Registry. A Rest House for lodging Judges during Court sessions has also been set up at Shahra-i-Zarghoon, Quetta. Petitions, appeals and miscellaneous applications are instituted in the Branch Registry arising out of judgments and decisions of: - 1. Balochistan High Court, Quetta/Sibi. 2. Federal Shariat Court at Quetta. 3. Federal Service Tribunal at Quetta and 4. Balochistan Service Tribunal Quetta. Subject to any special order of the Chief Justice or the Court, all civil, criminal and jail petitions instituted in the Branch Registry and appeals arising therefrom except the appeals in taxation, customs and revenue matters are heard at the Branch Registry.
Couple of villages , Sharan Jogezai , Zarbano and Tubli are n the area. It is huge uneven grazing plains , mostly inhabited except for some nomadic families or shepherds. The famous Thor Ghar with a good population of Ibex is located I the same region.
Shame on decision made to release majeed acheckzai. Whole country is evident of that accident and you say no evident is present. If cctv photage is not a evident than kindly remove all cameras in front of courts.
It's the highest court of law in Pakistan. The building of this court is at Constitution Avenue Islamabad the capital of the country. It has four registries in four provinces of the country.
Quetta have supreme court registry (branch of SC) but unfortunly bench of supreme court judges came not regularly and poor litigants have to wait years ..... ..
Very little is known that Supreme Court Registry exists in Quetta. People generally think it exist in Islamabad
Requires further improvement in video call communication.Nice facility, both for Advocates as well as clients.
Facility for litigants to file cases of supreme court in Quetta instead of Islamabad
The building is more like 5 star hotel. Highly cooperative staff and environment
Opposite Serena Hotel and Balochistan Provincial Assembly, inside High court.
V good initiative for people who are not able to approach capital.
