The vet Dr. Ali at Surgivet really know his stuff. We had two incidents of getting 2 puppies treated (on male, one female). The female had some stomach infection and was so sick and dehydrated that could not even stand. She was given medicine and IV fluids for 4 days, 2 times a day and now she is jumping like anything. I dare say if she was not treated that day, she might have died. In second incident, male puppy stopped eating anything for a few days and was getting thinner and thinner. Doctor identified it had worms in stomach and gave injection and treatment. He became well after 2 days. So five stars from my side. They are expensive yes, but definitely worth the cost. They would even visit your house, through will charge Rs 1000-2000 visit fee; again it depends sometime you are not in position to take pet to clinic, so you can use this option in emergency.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE they killed my cat gave them wrong medicines and treated him for 3 days and on my cats last day The doctor didn’t know what to do I think His name is Dr Ali and he gave him an antibiotic injection everyday even though he didn’t have fever . They give wrong medicines I loved my cat and now because of them he’s gone He didn’t even give him a drip and He showered my cat earlier and didn’t notice that he had fleas and said he didn’t have fleas they kill animals don’t go !!!!!!!!!

Give 2 cats (male and female) for neuter and spray. Female was healthy and okay but the boy got wet when we went to pick him up and get into shock and died. It was horrible experience. However, the staff was courteous and when they saw the cat in hypothermia, they did their best. If you want to use this place make sure to keep regular check on your pet. Their carelessness/negligence caused such a shocking tragedy for me and my wife.

I wonder how ppl have given 5 stars n positive comments here. I am continously calling their landline/mob number,nobody bothers to pick..then I personally went there n met Dr.Ali..iam myself a senior gynaecologist and booked the Dr for vaccination/deworming of my 4 dogs at home..to my utmost disappointment, nobody turned up even after 5 days..I wish col sb who personally knows me read this comment..

I always take my husky to surgivet...doctors there are well trained...my husky is always comfortable in their hands..worth spending the money when you know you are getting the best treatment for your pet ...highly recommended...and the only reason I go from modeltown to phase 6 defence

Really great vets! Super happy I found an amazing vet clinic that actually cares for the pets with their full hearts. Their staff is always there in a pinch, no matter the time or situation and have always helped in every situation! Super brilliant.

Perfect treatment ever i have ever seen MA dr ali made it possible my husky got open payometra a few months ago i took it to multiple clinics but end up coming to dr ali what a great honour such a good humble person to deal with and no one

my puppy was diagnosed with parvo and I took my puppy to this clinic the doctor was very caring and they gave me very reasonable rates now my pup has fully recovered mashallah I would highly recommend this clinic ♥️

This is the worst clinic in the entire world it smells very bad ur cat can get infection and they killed my cat after giving wrong injections and medicines and dr ali didnt know what to do 0/1000

Worst experience ever with my dog. They couldn’t handle my pet well. Proud and ill mannered vets on weekends. Cleaned my pets left ear and added 500 to the Bill.

horrible place. Extremely unprofessional vet, didn't know what he was doing. Killed my cat, gave wrong medicine twice. Do not go here if you love your pet

I took my cat there and she was diagnosed with calci virus the doctors did her treatment and now she has fully recovered would recommend this place

These guys have major behavior and attitude issue. Better off buying stuff from Alfatah. These guys think they are bigger than Sheikh Irfan now.

I didn't quite actually visited the place. I just looked at it from outside. Not sure about the services although I've heard it's an OK clinic.

Smelled like catpiss and very unclean. Wouldn’t recommend taking your pets there.
