This is a review that is intended to help anyone traveling to Spain from the US. I got an acrylic manicure and pedicure yesterday. It was $75 and I had to schedule ahead of time and pay when I scheduled. Because my Spanish isn’t great I walked to their storefront instead of calling ahead. I was there for two hours. In comparison to the services I receive in the US, it was below average. Two ladies started w my acrylics. One of the ladies was great. She was fast and clearly knew what she was doing, took feedback well, and made good suggestions. The other lady gave me small cuts on all my fingers because she filed my skin continuously. It wasn’t relaxing. I checked to see the progress of my nails and was so shocked. My other hand had thick, lumpy, misshapen nails. I was trying to compose myself but it was hard. Thank god for the 3 other ladies who stepped in to help correct it. I felt bad cus she was clearly new, but she had such a bad attitude that it was frustrating. She kept trying to tell me it was fine when it really wasn’t. I was stressed out the entire time. They ended up having to redo them and I even took the file at one point to show her how to make the nails on my two hands match. It was so uncomfortable. Check out how thick the acrylic was on my pinky in the included pic! My pedicure on the other hand was was great!! One of the women who helped fix my hand was running the show and she was fast, skillful, and super nice. TLDR: super hit or miss, better to just avoid

RESPUESTA AL PROPIETARIO: Efectivamente le indiqué a la chica que el dibujo no se veía y le pedí que me repasara el contorno o algo para resaltarlo, pero me dijo que eso no quedaría bien y no me dio ninguna otra opción. Terminó con prisas, y ya lo tenía todo recogido antes de que yo hubiera pagado siquiera. Insisto, mal servicio. --- Fui la última clienta del miércoles pasado, y la chica que me atendió parecía tener bastante más interés por despacharme rápido y terminar la jornada, que por hacer un buen trabajo. No dudo que estos días de pre-feria deben ser agotadores, pero que no cojan más clientas si no pueden dar un buen servicio. Me hizo daño al cortarme las cutículas y el acabado fue bastante diferente de lo que le pedí, muy basto, y además, simplificó el dibujo a criterio propio. He de decir que la chica que trabajaba al lado sí le realizó un trabajo impecable a su clienta, con un diseño bastante más complejo que el mío (mi dibujo solo eran 3 flores en una uña; solo me dibujó 2 flores y una ni se ve). Así que debe de ser cosa de las ganas que tenga la chica que te toque. No sé cómo subir fotos aquí para mostrar lo que le pedí con respecto al resultado final. Muy descontenta.

Devasto… he ido hace un tiempo y le he dicho a mi hermana que vaya. Ahora mismo está en el salón y me está relatando todo que está pasando y es de pena. Mi hermana no es de aquí y se nota perfectamente, le han puesto una chica que está aprendiendo para que le haga la pedicura, la chica le ha hecho daño en el pie con el torno, las otras dos que están con uniforme no han dado ninguna indicación a la chica nueva, le han pues a sentar en una silla súper incómoda, no se ve de dónde salen los materiales, no se sabe si están esterilizados o no, el local se llama nail bar y no te ofrece un caso de agua, el esmalte no es permanente así que está mal pintado, del sillón a la manicura vas de pies en en suelo llena de aceite pidiendo escorregar y todavía la cita no ha terminado… no suelo quejarme, pero me da rabia porque parece que porque sino estrangeiros somos tontos, no saber hablar bien español y no viviré aquí no quiere decir que el trato debe ser distiendo, el servicio se paga y debería ser un buen servicio. Vuelvo para contar como termina esta cita preciosa

No tengo palabras para expresar mi DECEPCIÓN. . Me han reventado las uñas al retirarme el esmalte permanente!! Llevo mucho tiempo pintandomelas así y en bastantes sitios me han hecho las uñas y jamás me ha pasado esto. Mi peluquera de confianza me decía que tengo las uñas muy fuertes y sanas.. Después de pasar por este sitio, me dolían que me las dejaron como un papel flim de tanto limar y hacer de todo. Tuve que llegar a casa y cortarmelas como pude.. El DOLOR de ese fin de semana fue muy DESAGRADABLE. Llamé para reclamar y me dieron cita para aplicarme un supuesto tratamiento que a mi no me ha hecho nada, se me han vuelto a astillar y a engancharse porque se van partiendo.. Y si se disculpo la encargada pero, de qué sirve!?? Esto es denunciable, de verdad!!! El pelo y las uñas no es como un café en un bar, que te puede gustar más o menos.. Haceros un favor y leer las experiencias negativas de más clientas...

The worst nails I’ve ever had! I picked here due to the reviews but I’m so disappointed. I got gel nails and asked for a design. The gel wasn’t painted the neatly, the french tips are wonky and the lines aren’t straight. I also paid for one acrylic nail and it wasn’t acrylic it was this weird gel thing and the fake nail looks atrocious. They were also very expensive for what they were: €31!! A few hours later and my nails started to have bubbles on them. (See picture). It’s a shame because the staff are lovely and the manager insisted on changing my nails before I left but I didn’t have time as I had a flight to catch and I don’t believe they would have made it any better as I don’t think the technician is skilled enough. Defo don’t recommend going here..

El precio es una locura llevo dos años haciéndome las uñas en muchas ciudades de españa y jamas me habían clavado 51 euros… 5euros mas por reconstruir una uña, 10e mas por poner refuerzo, 5€ mas por ser manicura… en todos sitios dichos servicios menos la reconstrucción ya entra dentro del precio… y nada 6 por lo de siempre retirarme las uñas echas en otro sitio, y claro no puedes decir mira todo lo q no me has avisado q no entra en el precio no lo pago como debería ser… porq solicite cita al mirar el precio de 25 en web donde no avisan del costo de los demás servicio, no veo lógico cobrar mas del doble por cosas que son complementos, me parece una total estafa, y en todos sitios el Trato es el mismo para el precio ya me podían haber invitado a comer…

Booked here for a manicure and pedicure, based on the reviews. Several of the ladies seemed very nice, but the one that did my nails was terrible - super grumpy, broke one of my nails with the Dremel because she kept catching my skin on the sides (then charged me to fix it), aggressively hacked at all my cuticles with the scissors to the point where I had to say 'ow' several times and she didn't go any more carefully. It was a very unenjoyable experience. I think she was new because the others were telling her a few things, but honestly she shouldn't be working in a nail salon. My cuticle is bleeding a day later and I'm getting married tomorrow so it's not an ideal bridal look...

Nice salon and good acrylic refill but the design was done terribly. I chose a design from their Instagram to be sure they would be able to recreate it properly but they did not tell me that they don't have the necessary product to do it. They charged 1 euro a nail for some ugly dots that bled when they applied the top coat and i could have done the design better myself. I am so upset...will have to pay for a color change at another salon now. Also my appointment was at 230 but they seemed surprised to see me and i had to wait until 245 and then they were rushed for time at the end. This manicure was not worth 50 euros. Avoid.

I used to be a client of this place and they usually do a good service. Tried to make an appointment last week because I had a wedding to go but was all full so I took the chance and accepted to make the appointment on the same day of the event! I have found out this morning they text me 30 min before the appointment cancelling due to health reasons? They didn’t offer any alternative time knowing I had an event and I cannot possibly believe that all of the 3 girls that do the pedicure were off sick ? Lack of professionalism cancelling this way at short notice! Will never come back not reliable at all

Volví después de 2 años, y salí súper contenta . Gracias, habéis echo buen trabajo y amo mis uñas nuevas . Estuve poco antes en otro sitio, y me dejaron las uñas ( gel ) horribles . Lo que no sabía, pero tampoco causó problemas, pero sería importante que se sepa es, que si quieres un servicio extra como por ejemplo BabyBoom, que fue lo que me hice yo, hay que avisar cuando pidas las cita, ya que tienen que contar con más tiempo y también cuesta más . Ya tengo mi próximas cita antes de regresar a Alemania, pero tengo claro, cuando vuelva a Sevilla, del tiron a Surreal ! Gracias Chicas Isabel

Great nail salon in Seville! I called about an hour before to make an appointment. Upon arrival I was seated right away to get a gel manicure on my natural nail with Luna. Luna was super sweet and did a fantastic job. she also speaks English if your Spanish is just as bad as mine. The only reason for 4 stars is it seems this salon is a little pricier compared to other salons in Seville. They charge extra for French tips(4€) and nail design(1-2€). Total for my nails was (28€) just for reference.

Visited here after my nail broke while climbing the tower in the cathedral. They were able to get be right in around 10:40 when I came, and within 15 minutes my nail was repaired and colour was matched. Wonderful job. I have gel nails, and an acrylic nail was glued on as a repair, but it works for the rest of my trip. I do not speak Spanish, and I was able to get by with my English. Thank you to everyone here. Llevo haciéndome las uñas semipermanentes 10 años y me han destrozado las uñas, trabajo imperfecto con pellejitos no quitados y esmalte que no llega hasta los bordes. Las uñas las liman demasiado y ahora tengo unas uñas que me duelen y son papel de fumar… la base de refuerzo no refuerza ya que se me doblan igual igual… un trabajo mal hecho y poco profesional… y las uñas destrozadas… encima 30€ mucho más caro que en el resto de sitios….

A last-minute nail salon visit turned into a delightful surprise! No wait, and Malu worked her magic flawlessly. Her warm service and skills, coupled with her switch to English when she realized I wasn't local, was a thoughtful touch. Unlike my previous experiences with gel nail in Sevilla (mostly really bad and disappointing), this salon exceeded expectations in both quality and service. Highly satisfied! Thanks Malu!

We had a very good experience at this nail bar, my two daughters and I just walked in and asked for manicure for the three of us plus complete pedicure for me. Rosa , Malo and Noella took excellent care of us and even though our Spanish vocabulary is very limited, the staff was able to understand and accommodate for us. The service was very fast very clean and highly efficient. Great place to go and get a quick nail glam!

Si buscáis perfección, este es vuestro sitio. He estado en otros centros donde salía con la cutícula dañada, con las uñas poco naturales por lo gorditas que me las dejaban…estaba desencantada y pensaba que no encontraría el sitio perfecto. Hasta que descubrí Surreal. Desde hoy será mi sitio de confianza para cuidar mis uñas y dejarme mimar. Gracias chicas por vuestro trabajo y por vuestro trato tan agradable.

Bastante caro. 50 euros uñas de gel con diseño. Llamé por teléfono y me dijeron otro precio del final. Me las pinté todas del mismo color y otra de otro color y le puse puntos, sencillez máxima. No se tuvo que volver loca con el supuesto diseño para clavar diez euros más por eso. El sitio está en pleno centro de Sevilla pero lo veo bastante caro realmente. Deben avisar de los precios reales.

I have already created an appointment with them online but somehow canceled me last minute however, I was still there for my appointment, a person who going to do my lash for me was there so everything was alright. However, the lash extensions quality wasn’t very good as the extension done many part on my eyelids which obviously fell off after washes after 6 hours. Doesn’t worth €70

La atención buena, pero mi mamá y yo fuimos a este local y quemaron a mi mamá por toda la parte del muslo y no les importaba fue una experiencia terrible y hoy cuando se fue a poner un pantalón ajustado no pudo por qué le ardía se trata de humanos no de maniquíes es el colmo pero no nos párese justo y deberían cambiar eso por qué siempre dicen que van a cambiar y no lo hacen

Me cogieron el mismo dia sin cita previa, el chico de recepción puso empeño en ayudarme ya que era una emergencia lo cual se agradece. Me hicieron justo lo que pedí y con las sugerencias de Carmen quedaron aún mejor. Me hice la manicura semipermanente y quedaron geniales. El trato fue estupendo y me ofrecieron varias veces algo de beber. Sin duda un sitio muy recomendable.

Es la primera vez que evaluó, pero ha sido un fraude. Me dijeron que la pedicura eran 26 euros. Después me han cobrado 36 euros sin preaviso, por quitar el esmalte que llevaba puesto +5 y por usar la lima en los talones +5. Además del aumento de precio sin avisar, han atendido con sensación de prisa constante y el resultado no ha sido bueno. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

No lo recomiendo, reservé varios servicios esta Navidad, para los que pedí precio por teléfono en el momento de la reserva, y en el momento del pago el precio no era el que me dijo la dueña por teléfono, muchísimo más caro; muy poco profesional. Las chicas muy amables, eso sí. El masaje de pies carísimo para lo que es el servicio, no repito para nada.

I had SNS already on from back home so needed to take off and put a new set on, as Spain don’t use SNS, the lady was offering me services on what could work for my long nails. So she helped me and got a manicure with Shallac and a strengthening base to help my nails. Very well communicated with lots of knowledge. Would deffs recommend!!

Hace un mes que fui por primera vez para hacerme la manicura semipermanente y siguen intactas aunque han crecido, por eso he vuelto a pedir cita. Las chicas fueron super agradables, simpáticas y además se veía que son profesionales. Los materiales parecen de buena calidad y la experiencia es muy buena. Repetiré más veces sin duda.

Llevo 4 años haciendome manicura y pedicura en este establecimiento y sigo tan encantada como el primer dia. Son superamables y lo que es de destacar, muy puntuales! Todas las profesionales del centro trabajan estupendamente bajo la dirección siempre cariñosa y profesional de Carolina. Un placer visitarles cada dos semanas!!!

I don’t speak much Spanish but these ladies took excellent care of me and my nails! They know exactly what they’re doing and have done an even better job than what I get in my home country of the United States! If you’re traveling and need gorgeous, professional work done, go here for sure. You won’t be disappointed.

This place was fabulous! They speak good English and were so lovely and professional. Their attention to detail was great. I've been travelling for a while and gone to various nail salons all around Europe. This one has been the best by far!! Highly recommend. For my builder gel refill it was €45.

My nails have never looked and felt better! Malu did a wonderful job in advising me on technique to use to get me the look I like, and we went for builder gel for a thinner more natural look. She was also very patient with helping me pick a color that goes with my skin tone. Thank you, Malu!

Había reservado para las 20.10h el servicio de manicura semipermanente desde esta mañana. Me han llamado antes para confirmar (hace media hora). Y hace apenas 2 minutos cuando estaba llegando, me han llamado para cancelarme la cita. Muy poco serio y mucho menos profesional. No lo recomiendo.

Unas chicas muy agradables. Las uñas semipermantes me han durado mucho y sin ningún problema. Lo único que veo es que es excesivamente caro, en otros sitios te hacen exactamente lo mismo por un precio más normalito, supongo que el coste se debe a la ubicación del sitio

Las chicas muy simpáticas y amables, pero el resultado no tan bueno. Me pusieron uñas acrílicas de las que apenas me duró unos días el esmalte en buen estado, no me retiraron la cutícula y al poco tiempo se veían muy crecidas. Añadimos que los precios son muy elevados.

Great customer service and so attentive. I was able to get the exact nail design I was looking for and even with the language barrier the staff made me feel very welcome and relaxed. It’s now one week on and my nails are still perfect.

Visited Surreal today for removal of gels and re varnish. Luna, the therapist I saw was excellent. I am very pleased with the result and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this salon.

My partner came here twice during our month in Seville and loved her nails both times. I came along once and got an AWESOME head massage. Transported me several worlds away. Lovely vibe and kind people.

Spoke Spanish and a enough English, they were attentive to all parts of my foot and were the right level of firm while still being gentle. Took less than 40 minutes for a pedicure which was perfect.
