Very bad customer service. We were in the shop at 3.30 and my mum tried out a set of PJ which doesn't fit and she grabbed 3 more tops and wanna try them as well. The girls told us they are going to close it 10 mins and gave us the feeling that they did not wanna serve us as well. They officially close at 4pm. Very disappointed with their service. We purchased a few things but will never return to Bankstown one.

Attended this shop today 23/12/21 looking for PJs and there was one of your staff older lady grey hair being rude making all sort of rude comments to two other women who were shopping, your staff member seem to think she was funny one of the ladies had enough of her behaviour & walked out. I then decided to leave the shop as well This behaviour isn't what I'd call a pleasant shopping experience at Susan's

Great customer service made for a pleasant shopping experience for both me and my wife. Good selection of clothes although, expect to pay a bit more when compared with the likes of Kmart etc.

Very good customer service, there's lady called Mariana she is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this branch.
