A big THANK YOU to Aruna at Sussan's at the North Sydney Greenwood Plaza. Aruna is amazing! I'll only shop if Aruna is working and is not busy with other customers, because I want her attention . Aruna is fabulous at making sure sizing is right (sometimes I need to go down 2 sizes, it turns out!) and will suggest other colours and styles that I might have overlooked on the rack. I've never really been interested in Sussan for clothes shopping before but Aruna has changed that. She deserves to be rewarded!!

I was totally ignored by the two girls.... they were very busy restocking or moving sick around the store to even acknowledge that I entered the store. Plenty of other providers so they missed out on a sale which must be a nice passion to be in. …

Very disappointing. I wish Sussan would update their public holiday trading hours. Website says 9am-5.30pm, but at 9.20am, they were closed. Obviously I went there early to try & avoid crowds when COVID is rampant. So inconsiderate of their customers!

Amazing staff well look after me wen I go there specially Reena. & all the lady’s are amazing Customer service aim soo happy to support them in my local Westfield Hornsby …
