My review was reported and deleted even after being a real situation and I am contacting google to see why the review was removed. Just because you are corporate company doesn’t mean you can runaway with what I was put through. I will keep posting my review again if it’s deleted I want people to know what I faced. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE AN ASIAN! I had to go through a really bad racism from one of their executive. The day we booked in for a test drive the guy calls me in the morning and tells me that he is running late for the day and he wanted to move my appointment to 12:30 afternoon I said ok to it as I thought he is a real gentleman. Then once we reached there he was still with the client which am totally ok with but he was supposed to be with us at 12:30pm. Once we started talking about the car in between he said he had another elderly 90 year couple coming and we need to wait. Out of respect to the elderly people me and my wife waited again. And lastly we finalised the car and I said I will call back on Monday to make my purchase. When I called on Monday to place the order he didn’t even respond back to my calls after the first time he picked up and kept ignoring me. Anyway I placed order with another Kia showroom we really need you but the fact that you treat customers this way is not good for your business and hence am writing this review. The other Kia showroom took the order straight away in my first call I made and even ordered it and send me email of the same. Was I treated bad because we were Asians? Did he assume we didn’t have money to buy a new Kia? We Need an explanation on what happened!

I have come here 3 times. Once was 2 years ago, and I received no service. No one came out to say hi and we walked around for 10 minutes. 2 years later, we came again to have a look and hopefully get some information. Possibly walk away with a new car. As before, we walked around and received not a word from anyone. One lady walked straight past me and never acknowledged me or gave any service. Many sales people saw me but never once spoke to me to even say “have a look around, let us know if you need anything” We went to a different Kia after that and the moment i walked in, a sales person spoke to me and we made an appointment to come in the following week for a test drive. The third time we thought we would come before our test drive to see what other information we could get. Once again, same thing happened. Walked past the man sat at the desk by the Sorento, and completely ignored. Made eye contact with the man holding a tea and speaking to the sales woman, and still not a word or effort. We are now going to the Kia in West Brom to purchase our car.

I thought I should put this review regarding my experience. I had been to other dealerships and I know they can be pushy and lots of bargaining. I was advised about visiting this Kia branch however, and got to say, the service was excellent. I was dealing with Ethan, who helped explain all the options for Niro and the differences. Some other dealerships you have to haggle a lot just to get a proper price, but this was not the case here. In the end, I almost ended up buying the car for an excellent price. It was black barely used Kia Niro, and I know whoever ended up buying that car will love it, sometimes you sit in a car and you know that it's well maintained from the inside as well as the engine. Ended up getting a CHR hybrid, but I know in a few years when I change to electric, this branch will be the first I will visit.

After enquiring about swapping vehicles I was stuck on what to go for. After a lot of back and forth and eventually changing my mind completely I narrowed it down to two cars. I was looked after the whole time and they where very patient and polite with me whilst I made up my mind. Overall I had a pleasant experience the showroom is spotless the sales team are friendly and genuinely helpful. Overall Sutton park motors (Sutton Coldfield) offers a stress free experience and there approach to helping you isn’t pushy or sales oriented the team are genuinely interested in the customer and you can tell that with there advice and support. Extra credit to Ethan who was a big help the whole time I was there and put up with me changing my mind multiple times and is a credit to the team.

I went into the dealership having found a Kia Picanto online, however after looking at 2 vehicles on the forecourt I noticed a cheaper model which was more in line with the current car I had (less technical things to get me confused by!). There was no pressure from Ben at the dealership to purchase one of the higher value cars as he understood my reasons for not doing so. Everything went smoothly on the day when I went to pick up my new(er) model, all the paperwork regarding the handover and registering of vehicles is now done online and no forms for me to send off to DVLA. And a bonus that I managed to trade in my old Picanto which I received more than I thought I would get. I couldn't fault the service I received. Plus ... the hot chocolate at the dealership is great!!

Buying our car from the guys at Sutton was a great experience. I was initially introduced to them through CarWow, and from that point on the whole process was a breeze. Our Sales Exec, Ben Reid was a pleasure to deal with. All our questions and queries from start to finish were answered and dealt with in quick and professional manner. At no point were we pushed or railroaded into making a decision. Everything was explained to us throughout. We were given various options to choose from in terms of paying for the vehicle, and from the very first conversation with Ben we kept up to date with how our order was progressing. Yesterday the car was delivered directly to our front door. Overall great dealership, great people, great experience.

My car buying experience with Sutton Park Kia was entirely positive. My wife and I first visited in January and were able to take a test drive in the exact model specification of Sportage in which we were interested. Leona Hawksworth was the sales executive who looked after us then and through to the date in late June, when we took delivery of our car. Leona was able to answer all our questions on the first visit and then kept in regular touch with us as we awaited delivery. On the day we collected the car, she again spent time ensuring that everything met our expectations. She also invited us to contact her should we have any queries subsequent to delivery. We have been most impressed.

Amazing service throughout. I previously had VW's and didn't want to go back as I hated the service, so good service is really important to me. I'm happy to say that Kia and in particular Aaron Patel did not disappoint. From start to finish I was kept informed via emails, but not so many emails that they annoy you. If I ever emailed a query back, Aaron always replied promptly. The car arrived earlier than anticipated and picking it up was such a smooth process. I never felt rushed, I never felt pressurised and I always felt supported. I will be recommending to others, especially everyone loves the car and keeps asking where I got it. Very smooth process from ordering to purchase. Shaun the branch manager and Ben Reid our sales rep were very helpful. Even accommodateed my wife's last minute request for a personalised number plate for me to go on the car just a 2 days before the delivery. I would definitely recommend Kia Sutton Coldfield branch if you are looking to purchase your Kia. I only Wish the workshop manager had installed the June Navigation updates (one of our 2 available personal OTA allowance had to be used to update the navigation software) after having made this request well in advance and also followed up on the email.

I can't thank Aaron Patel enough for the test drives last November, keeping me up to date on the Picanto's arrival date & on pick up day, he spent as much time as I needed talking me through how things work on the car, I probably drove him batty, but he was so patient with me. All in all, my experience with Kia from the first time I went for a chat about the possibility of getting my next motability car from them, to actually picking up my lovely Picanto has been fantastic. Accompanied my wife who was looking at a variety of options to replace her Ford Fiesta (she’s had several over many years). Pre-booked a test drive (Ceed 1.5) and was very well looked after by Ethan. KIA was the third dealer I visited and, to be honest, I did not hold out much hope. However, I was wrong. I was left to look around the available used cars on my own and, when I was approached, I was asked what EXACTLY I was looking for. I was invited inside to look at cars at their other showrooms and actually found two suitable cars. The salesman, Andrew, persevered with the best deal and I am now the proud owner of a new car. Handover was extremely simple and did not take too long! All in all, I would say I had an enjoyable experience.

We had driven a long way to see a car and when we arrived Ben was there to greet us and had managed to get the car serviced, valeted and had all the paperwork ready so we could take it away that day.
