I moved from JHB where I had the best service(Bramley Suzuki) to Somerset West(Helderberg Suzuki) where I had the worst service I have ever had. When I brought my car in for the first time last year, I had bad service from them and I thought maybe it was a one-time thing, but this time around I had to bring my car in 4 times for a service because the woman in charge "Liz" seems to be so confused about everything. Looks like she is running around like a headless chicken not knowing what is happening and it's not because it was just a busy day. It seems to be every time I get there. If it's not the parts that she forgot to order, it's the days she forgot to book my car so I arrived and she forgot she booked me to come in. And if it's not the above she forgets to invoice me for the parts she forgot to order in the first place. And so now I have to go back to pay for something she should have sorted out when I was there. I am honestly considering moving to another brand because I am stuck with the worst service center in Somerset and there is no other service center close enough.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Literally the worst service I have ever experienced! Every time I go for a service the place never has any of my details on their record - I went to Suzuki Stellenbosch because I was fed up with this place only to find out that the Helderberg branch had never changed the ownership details when they had sold the car to me - hence never knowing who I was. I was also informed that the Helderberg branch had picked up problems during services but never told me about any of them - despite noting them on their service database. Suzuki Helderberg also tried to charge me almost R2000 for new wiper blades, which the Stellenbosch Suzuki staff were shocked about as they informed me that they only charge R300 for wiper blades!!! When I tried to contact Suzuki Helderberg they said they would contact me back in around 20 minutes. 4 hours later I had to phone them back, and the service manager's response was "I am busy now & don't have time for you and my assistant is not here". Bad customer service all round & dishonest dealing. Avoid at all costs!

Suzuki makes great cars. Buy and service them somewhere else. We had to back go 4 times after the cars first service because of them messing up. Drive ot all the way and leave the cwr for a day to find out they don't have the part. Wait weeks. Went back, they dropped us off at the mall and forgot us. We had to call them at 5 to remind them about us. Then we were put on a list for a courtesy car for months. Finally got time to do the whole 2 car logistics ourselves finally. But don't expect them to call you when your car is done, or let you know. Ever. And trust me, they will make excuses and jusy straight out lie about why you are waiting an hour for the car they said is ready already while they do a rush job I guess. I don't normally post long negative reviews but I have time. Since I am waiting for my car agsin. Along with three other disgruntled customers. Suzuki SA please sort this out. We are not coming back.

If you need to buy a car, ask for Anthony Luyt. One of the most straightforward and honest salesman I have come across! He will tell you like it is with no hidden costs that most of them hide to make a sale. You can ask him a thousand things and he will have an answer or get one for you. Their service department however, is not the best and lack courtesy cars. I've been waiting months for a warranty claim to be processed. They now need to keep my car TWO WEEKS for monitoring. Monitor what? Either Suzuki SA is playing games or Helderberg. Nonetheless, i've become a regular visitor here. Front desk staff always welcoming and smiling, ready to point you in the right direction.

I just want to say how impressed I am with the service that I received at Suzuki Helderberg! There was an unintentional mistake that happened during the service that caused a big issue. I emailed the dealership and within 15mins Andre Swart, the dealer principal, called me to apologise for the mishap and went to extraordinary lengths to resolve the matter completely to my satisfaction. Problems can happen at any dealership, but is how those problems are handled that really tells you more about the dealership. I just want to thank Andre and his staff for your extraordinary service! I highly recommend this dealership!

Have been battling for more than a month to get my Suzuki booked in for a required repair. For the past two weeks I have also had an issue with my Suzuki's alarm that triggers intermittently when the vehicle is locked, so my vehicle is stuck in the garage at home. I've had my Suzuki serviced a couple of times before at Suzuki Helderberg and the service has always been helpful and professional, so not sure what is causing the lack of workshop space at the moment, but it is causing some frustration. It would be appreciated if this could be addressed.

When it used to be an Alfa branch we bought a car there. The sales agent we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Their after sale service however is terrible. Received our brand new car with a faulty door handle and after months of battle with little to no communication being received from them and multiple trips in to try and get answers the new part finally arrived. We drove the 100km to get there only to find out it is the wrong color for our vehicle. We subsequently just traded the car in for a Mazda and have never been happier

Pathetic customer service. My wife took our Jimney in for a service and they were extremely rude to her over the phone. Promised a phone call when it was ready which never came. So we drove there and there was not a soul in sight at reception or in the workshop who could actually tell us if our vehicle had been serviced. This was at 4:30pm after they were certain it would be ready by 3. The attitude towards paying customers is disgraceful. We will not be back, and will happily take it to Stellenbosch despite it being further away.

Of all the car dealerships I've dealt with, and there's been a few, Suzuki Helderburg has got to be the absolute worst by far. I bought a Suzuki Brezza from them a year ago. Kolene van der Vyfer. Malicious. Incompetent. Conceited. It took her a week to attend to a simple error concerning my license number. And as for that little stunt you pulled, making me drive my brand new car through an extremely small space in the hopes that I scratch it. There's something wrong with you, lady. Carey Smorenburg.

I purchased my suzuki swift cash from suzuki ermelo. What service. Fantastic. After sale care. BRILLIANT. CARE. COMPASSION. UNDERSTANDING. GREAT SERVICE. Unfortunately I can't say the same for helderberg. It was unfortunate that for some or other reason my key became unpaired with my car while on vacation in the western Cape. I ask you WHO CARRIES THEIR SPARE CAR KEY WITH THEM? What I was told would take only an hour TOOK OVER 24. NO COURTESY CAR. I won't

First Impressions… 90000 km service 2 hours to wash and vacuum off site ??? Quoted on the following : R10 k for brake & disc replacement on a 7 Yr old Jimny ??? R2200 for shims & balancing No Parts on site Needs to be ordered BUT first pay for the parts then it get ordered Any other issues on the vehicle … needs to be booked for 2nd /3rd time to look at … and the above process starts Make your own assumptions Most probably won’t do this again …

I recently bought a vehicle from them which was in superb condition and reasonable priced. The sales lady, Dominigue Gerlach, that helped me was very professional and friendly. When I went to fetch my vehicle everything, registration and licencing were done. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. The place itself is neat and their vehicles clean and neat. I am giving them a five star service and highly recommend them as a car dealer.

Reviewing the Alfa Romeo part of the shop: Had my car for more than 3 weeks for a few basic parts. Service deparmemt called me and told me I could come and fetch the car, only to witness that my car was still in the air, unable to start. Once I started dealing with the lady with short red hair did the service improve immensely. She kept me up to Date and definitly sped the process up. 5 stars for her, 2 stars for the service department.

Very Poor service...tried to book my wife's Suzuki SX4 for 100000 service. No response from anybody. Phoned repeatedly... Companies that moan about everything ...poor , poor me..covert/economy..etc...Look at yourselves...before laying off staff. At the end...tracked down..Dealer Principal...at least he did try..but I cannot trust a company that is not customer orientated when it comes to the safety of my car.

My father bought a brand new Suzuki Baleno at this dealership. From day one we experienced a serious problem with the car. The experience at this dealership has been terrible. They lack communication, because we have been contacting them, to always get a response from them being busy or not available. Please get a move on, we do not have time to waste. We have been waiting for too long.

Very bad after service. Don't get back to a person. Always problems with there phones. Sales people don't answer there mobile phones. Don't sort out problems. Parts department don't get back to a person. Use back yard people to do the smash and grab behind a car wash. I don't recommend them rather go to Suzuki Stellenbosch they more helpful.

Was on a test drive with a Suzuki Grand Vitara from a different dealership (not Suzuki) and just popped in to get a professional opinion on the vehicle. The client service was fantastic. Went back again to inspect the vehicle (that was serviced at Helderberg Suzuki) and got exactly the same treatment. Well done!

Reception is a dragg. First they loose a customers vehicle key, leaving another parked in, then they try to invoice a customer more than they quoted them. If youre looking for fast reliable service id suggest you dont use this place.

Very poor service. Have had problems with my Jimny since I took it here. One screw popped out of the top of my engine after it had been there. They didn't even tighten the screws... Shameful really.

Like Suzuki in Worcester presales service is pathetic. In my case this relates to the Jimny, as it's such a popular model no real effort is made to make a sale. The attitude is take it or leave it!
