I called to see if they had a fitting room before going to the store and I'm glad I did. The employee who answered was friendly, and she confirmed that they DO NOT HAVE FITTING ROOMS, but they do have MIRRORS... She said I could buy it, leave and try it on somewhere else and return it if it doesn't fit, which is ridiculous. I said, obviously it's not you personally who decided not to have fitting rooms, but do you know why this location has no fitting rooms. She said having a fitting room means there's too much for employees to put back on the floor. Well, this is silly and unacceptable. It also sounds untrue. You can always limit the number of items someone can take into a dressing room at one time. There's no way I'm taking myself and my teen anywhere to shop for dresses we can't try on before buying. Get real, Suzy Shier/Le Chateau.

Worst customer service..I shop today on this store the cashier charge me twice of the regular price of the pants..when I got home I just notice they over charge me.i called them and inform them what happened..they told me just come to the store and we will refund you the money...of course you should give me back ,that's my money..but I told them I live west island and and it took me atleast an hour back and forth to drive,plus gas that cost me and my time and effort just to come back for theirs cashier's mistake and didn't try to give me atleast something in return..they say just gonna give me what they owe..what kind of customer service they have..if only I live across the street no problem..I worked on customer service before and this is not right specially Its not my mistake it's theirs.

Was there and noticed their discounts and some bargains , so I decided to do some shopping and profit the prices , I wasn’t alone I was shopping with my baby when I noticed I needed to change her diaper so I went to ask if I could use their washroom and they said no , and also got told to go to a tim hortons instead , I explained that it will take me less than 5 min but they said no and next time to don’t bother ask , I understand their washroom is for employees but I wasn’t asking for me , it literally to change a diaper , I left without buying because I wasn’t going to leave my baby with a dirty diaper and mentioned that I was going to do bad review and the manager said that it was completely fine, ladies that was not ok , we should be more empathic towards others . Never going back .

When it was 8 pm between no customers was the only person at that time I tried some ponchos and decided to buy one at the time I when to pay the cashier at that time she said to me if I know how to put a poncho I tell to the cashier why that question is very easy to tried a poncho she tell me that I have left one in bad place and I have not put it in the same place where I took it that I had to accommodate it. Service is so bad that there were not even people made them more expensive had the price of 5.00 and they charged me 15.00 I would never buy in that place and even if you can feel comfortable because they are following you everywhere never I will go to Suzy service is very bad.

I had a terrible experience in this store today! The store was supposed to be open till 6 pm but when I arrived at 5:45, the entrance was closed and lots of people was in there!!! I tried to explain them that I have something to change. As you can not try anything there, you need to go several times if you want to find your size. Anyways, the staffs were too rude and incapable to understand the rights of customers. I usually work till 5:30 and today came out of my office sooner to be there before 6 pm and sadly had a stupid conversation with irresponsible people. They think it's ok to behave such cheaply when selling cheap stuff...

Le service à la clientèle est pourri. La dame qui se prenait chef d'équipe me crie après en me disant que je n'avais pas le droit d'essayer des vêtements que j'avais justement l'intention d'acheter. Après que je lui avertie d'arrêter de crier car c'est agressant et que toutes les clientes me regardaient, celle-ci me répond que c'est sa "personnalité " qui est comme ça. Vraiment pathétique. Évidemment j'ai laissé tous les vêtements pour qu'elle remette à leur place et je suis allée au Ardene à côté la où j'ai pu essayer de beaux vêtements et les acheter.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I always used to buy at Suzy Shier whenever I travelled to Toronto for business. I was so thrilled when I realized Suzy Shier (Ave Des Jockeys) or Jean Talon opened. I have the most WONDERFUL shopping experience and EXCEPTIONAL service by the manageress, Henen, and by her enthusiastic assistant Hiba, each time I’m there. Well, I’ve just moved to Canada and I do hope that my experience in this shop will never repeat. Please, tell me that in other shops there are many fitting rooms and all of them are working?) I waste my time walking in this place but there was NO fitting rooms at all. In the nearest Arden there was only two fitting rooms, big big line so I didn’t try anything on. I went to buy a top from the 50% off rack. It was $22 so was expecting to pay $11 plus tax. I was surprised when the cashier rang up a total of over $25! She said the $22 was already reduced. I declined the sale. Will never go back.
