Note that the 5 star review (Toni) is an employee of this group and therefore the review is super dodgy and should not be trusted. This is the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. I was in Adelaide for a funeral and did not need the ridiculous drama of this on top of everything else. 2 good things are the beds were comfortable to sleep on and the location is super central and convenient. Other than that, it was rubbish. The place was not remotely clean and there were bits and pieces of leftovers in the cupboards. We booked and paid upfront through stayz and then discovered they wanted extra $$ for the second bed and also for parking. Not only that but they kept asking for more proof of payment including a copy of our bank statement (which is a huge identity theft risk) with the payment on it before providing us with the keys. In the end we agreed to meet them at the apartment at 2pm for the key hand over but nobody was there and the keys weren't available. My partner was then on the phone on and off for 2 hours where he was continuously told someone was 5 minutes away but it wasn't until 4pm that finally someone turned up. Apparently the cleaner was sick, but this wasn't told to us until after all the drama and surely an organisation that has so many properties has a backup plan if somebody is sick. Definitely do not recommend these people, they are flaky, unreliable and created a lot more stress in a trip that was already extremely difficult.

Absolutely disgusted in the service still no contact from a manager as requested , you have not provided what was listed when we booked this apartment . Check in was a disaster we had booked to arrive between 2-3pm to be informed at 1.30pm room wouldn’t be ready until between 5-6pm didn't enter the room until 6.45 , room was to sleep 5 but only set up for 4 people ( no sofa bed )instead we have been left with a huge air mattress permanently stuck in the living room a filthy couch ! we can't use the TV as there's no remote and it's stuck on SBS to which I was promised a replacement the following day to arrival but it never turned up in our full stay of 5 nights.The outdoor area is filthy it's a non smoking building area with cigarette butts on it . The bathroom skirting is dirty needs a good clean dust , hair and grime . The walls behind the couch are grotty dirty hand prints all over them . There is no customer satisfaction at all . No cloths to wipe the kitchen bench/table. There were 2 fans only 1 worked the other was sounding like it was going to break. Around the table were 4 chairs and 1 was broken . There were 4 bedside lamps in apartment only 2 worked . The foyer in the entrance had a horrible smell due to the rubbish chute obviously be located just near this . Photos were taken of these details.

We haven't got there yet. We've just had one and a half hours of totally stupid run around from the people supposedly running this place. Telling us they sent emails they did not send and refusing to send them again. Telling us we have no AirBnB history and then saying that we do and then denying it again. So we have to send them photos of us AND of identification documents. For our security. Who would believe that one when we are clearly dealing with a call centre outside Oz. Used AirBnB all over Europe and the States and never had a performance like this. Just stunned. The place better be good.

I could not be more pleased with the efficient and helpful manner when dealing with Phil, the property manager. I stayed in Apartment on Bent for over a month, the location was perfect for my commute to and from the RAH everyday. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. A few minor things that most were addressed in a timely manner. It could do with a little updating but overall it was excellent value for money.

This is a terrible experience. 6 people standing on the street with all our gear and the representative says there is no booking for an apartment. However its paid for and I have a reference number. The representative is not helpful and hung up on us at one point.
