Small, Clean Gym. Ample safe parking. Dont feel intimidated! Owner and instructors are friendly and welcoming. Do v. Intensive workouts. However, my instructor taken into account my spinal, neck, and knee injuries after my car crash and devised a work out accordingly. V. Happy.

Ray's boxing classes are great, really helped with my fitness levels and confidence. I unfortunately had to stop as I have osteoarthritis now so taking it easy but will definitely recommend for those wanting to learn boxing and get fit
