Das Zimmer sieht überhaupt nicht so schön eingerichtet aus, wie auf den Bildern. Das Bett war nicht so gemütlich und hat stark gequietscht. Hinter dem Bett befand sich eine leere Pet-Flasche. Wir haben auch nur eine schmale Einzeldecke bekommen, die nicht für 2 Personen gedacht ist. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war so hoch, dass man das Fenster offen lassen musste, wenn man nicht verkochen wollte (obwohl es Februar war). Da das Gebäude direkt an einer verkehrsreichen Strasse liegt, hat ein geöffnetes Fenster viel Lärm rein gelassen. Das Zimmer wird anscheinend mit einer Bodenheizung geheizt, die sich wahrscheinlich im WC-Boden befindet. Diese ist nicht regulierbar. Ausserdem war die Toilette defekt: es lief die ganze Zeit Wasser. Geschirr ist im Zimmer vorhanden, jedoch kein Schwamm oder Spülmittel. Es war keine Raumbelichtung vorhanden, lediglich eine Standlampe, die sich am anderen Ende des Raumes befand. Das Gebäude hat ausserdem nicht wirklich gepflegt oder ansprechend ausgesehen.

Stay away from this disgrace of a holiday apartment. Cons: They loaded us with so many check in codes for the keys but 6 of 8 them were wrong. It took us 40 mins till we got the right codes. The corridors are so stiff. Poor ventilation of the corridors and the bathroom. Sound pollution is insane. The apartment is literally beside a train station and there was a construction going on there. We booked for rooms with 3 beds but instead they gave us rooms with double bed, so sleeping was even more difficult. For the price, this was a huge scam. Pros: The utilities in the room. One of them had water cooker, the other one didn't... There are also sufficient utensils and a induction stove to cook. Book only if you have the utmost emergency, otherwise better take an airbnb or a hotel somewhere else, trust me, this one isn't worth a stay for more than a night, for the price.

The property itself was in a very convenient location, close to local trams, trains and buses. However this unfortunately made the room very noisy with the doors open, if there was air con in the room we wouldn't need the doors open. But unfortunately it was far too hot to keep them closed. The check in was a nightmare, as we were told different things by different means ie our email confirmation said one thing, the automated voice message for the building said another, and when we finally got through to a human he said something else. So check in itself took a good 30 minutes. Room was pretty much what you'd expect for the price, but the electrics were pretty questionable and the pillows felt like a pillow case full of cotton balls. Pretty much definition of 'you get what you pay for'.

This property doesn't even deserve one star. Therefore I do not recommend this accommodation at all. The pictures you see were created 20 years ago, if at all. I had booked for 3 nights, after 2 nights I left the accommodation. 1. Self Checking worked the 3rd time 2. Box for Self Checking is made for 2m tall people 3. Kitchen was dirty / nothing was cleaned / everything was sticky 4. Toilet flush didn't work / bathroom wasn't cleaned 5. Sheets weren't even changed 6. The corridor smells like chicken oder whatever I don't know 7. No one came to change the sheets 8. When you called, nobody picked up 9. You couldn't sleep either, because you heard everything from outside (train, tram) and you even heard the neighbors After several e-mails and phone calls, no one has responded to me.

I got large, neat and clean room with comfortable bed and a clean kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, so no complaints with the amenities. Cleaning staff cleans the room once a week. There is laundry service available. Be sure to make your entry only after 2 PM. No one is there to help you if you come earlier. The noise may really disturb you, so if you are looking for a peaceful property, this place is not for you. There is railway track just beside the property. People are always flaunting there sports cars and bikes that makes sheer noise. Believe me car's and bike's sound is really ridiculous. And lastly the siren sound from police van. Good part is it is very close to the Zurich airport. The Orliken Railways station is few steps away. On top of everything, you will probably find this on cheapest price.

Schlechter und unhöflicher Kundenservice. Ich werde nie wieder bei Swiss-Star buchen. Ich habe 120 Fr. verloren. Leider habe ich die falsche E-Mail-Adresse eingegeben und die Bestätigungs-E-Mail nicht erhalten. Ich habe die Mitarbeiter angeschrieben, ob ich eine weitere E-Mail erhalten kann, aber sie haben nicht geantwortet. Dann habe ich sie angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, es gäbe keine Reservierung auf meinen Namen (was nicht stimmt). In der Zwischenzeit musste ich mir ein anderes Zimmer besorgen (sie haben also zweimal kassiert). Ich habe um eine Erstattung gebeten und sie wurde mir verweigert. Schlechte Kommunikation, ich wurde unhöflich behandelt.

Also mich hat die Lage am Bahnhof nicht gestört weil alles was ich erreichen wollte am nächsten Tag war ganz in der Nähe. Die Züge sind laut aber wenn das Fenster zu ist, ist der Lärm nicht so groß. Die Abgenutztheit des Zimmers war schlimmer. Es war alles sauber aber der Boden hatte Löcher.... Siehe Bild dazu. Für eine Nacht ist es optimal für mich aber länger nicht. Der Fernseher hatte 2 Fernbedienungen aber ich musste erstmal die Batterien wechseln. Es gibt auch Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett dazu aber der Bügeleisen hat beim ersten Einstecken die Sicherung abgeschlagen. Ab dem zweiten Versuch ging das Bügeln auch.

Wer einfach ein günstiges Zimmer für eine Nacht braucht, ist hier richtig. Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich. Es gab eine kleine Kochecke und einen Kühlschrank. Ein Balkon war ebenfalls vorhanden. WLan hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Selbst Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen waren vorhanden. Wer zu zweit kommt, sollte sich darauf einstellen sich eine Decke zu teilen - oder sich noch eine mitbringen :). Nachteil : keine Parkplatzmöglichkeit, massiver Schimmel in den Fugen der Duschwanne und der Fernbedienung für den TV könnte man mal Batterien spendieren (das war jetzt allerdings nicht sooooo tragisch)

Um zu schlafen ist es noch an der grenze. Ansonsten war es das schrecklichste hotel das ich je besucht habe, schon beim eingang hat es angefangen müll am boden überall dreck ekliger gestank. Zimmer sah der eklig aus wir ekelten und dort zu schlafen da alles dreckig war ich bedauere wirklich das da was von den zimmerservice geputzt oder gewechselt wurde…. Um 9uhr morgens kam dann der Zimmerservice 2 Frauen die nichtmal deutsch redeten weder putzmittel noch ausweiss dabei hatten Komischerweise war ja check out um 11uhr…. Fazit Never again! vorallem für den preis vieeeel zu teuer!

I wouldn't recommend at all. Someone was in our room while we were out and moved our stuff around (not cleaning service). That made us very uncomfortable. Room was quite ok, clean and spacious enough for price paid but bathroom had some mold. Bed was very unconfortable and small. Very noisy because many trains are passing nearby. Also there is a renovation of building undergoing at the moment which we were never told before/while/after booking. Every time when we wanted to open windows we were forced to close them because of strong smell of spices from who knows where.

Das System vom Hotel gefällt mir, man kann ohne Personal im Hotel einchecken. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr geräumig und relativ gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist gut. Das wars dann leider auch schon. Das Bad hat stark geschimmelt und sah allgemein nicht sehr appetitlich aus. Der Boden hat Geräusche gemacht und es haben teils Parkett Dielen im Boden gefehlt. Als Licht gab es nur eine kleine Tischlampe, das hat uns aber gereicht. Im Großen und ganzen merkt man, wie hier am Personal gespart wird, was ich nicht so gut finde. Allerdings ist es für den Preis hinnehmbar.

I lived here for two weeks. The apartment is nice, although not very clean. In the corridors and elevator there is a very very strong Knorr chicken soup odor. The odor was present 24 h during all the two weeks I was there, and it is too strong. I held my breathing until I reached the stairs. I was in the apartment 302. Also, my apartment was on the railroad side. Forget about sleeping with the windows open, too much noise with the train and the avenue. However, if you close the window it is really quiet, the windows are very good quality.

Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Parkplätze sind Fehlanzeige - man muß in ein teures Parkhaus fahren. Code um an den Zimmerschlüssel mußte ich telefonisch erfragen was mit Roaminggebühren extra Kosten verursacht. Das Zimmer war mir (Mitte Mai) zu warm, eine Heizung bzw einen Raumthermostat konnte ich allerdings nicht finden - das Fenster habe ich wegen das nahen Bahnhofs (Lärm) dann leider nicht daurhaft öffnen können. Die Matratze ist für meinen Geschmack viel zu weich.

Das Zimmer war dreckig! Das Bett war klein und schlecht geputzt. Der Lärm der Züge war nicht nur hörbar sondern auch spürbar. Das ganze Hotel inkl. Lift und Korridor waren sehr ungepflegt. Das Bett und Zimmer sind sehr klein und Eng. Badezimmer war ungeputzt. Im Gang standen Abfallsäcke herum die schon gestunken haben. Zum Glück mussten wir nur 6 Stunden bis zu unserem Flug dort verweilen

Disappointing stay. The worst pillows I have ever slept on (including rolled up jumped and towels while camping). Our room was extremely cramped. We were in a room with a queen sized bed which took up most of the floor space. There was a table, but only 1 chair. There was also only 1 bowl in the cupboard. The room was also poorly cleaned with hair on the walls of the bathroom. There were also no hooks for clothes in the bathroom. The only redeeming feature was that the room was pretty cheap.

Das Zimmer war ganz okey, aber für das Check-In musste ich anrufen und nachfragen, um den nötigen Code zu bekommen. Bei der Buchung stand zudem dabei, dass Parkplätze inklusive sind, als wir angekommen sind wurde aber gesagt man hätte das einen Tag vorher abklären müssen, also mussten wir in ein teures Parkhaus fahren. Noch ein Grund mehr nie wieder nach Zürich zu fahren.

The apartment was ok for the price, the location is amazing just a few min from the train station. The worst part has been the cleaning, especially of the balcony. That was in an unacceptable state, sigarette on the ground, a spoon, and the amount of dirt was insane. The roller shutters were not working at all and that was also quite annoying. Overall this place is okish though The bed was comfortable

Rooms needs to be refurbished and for the 2nd time within a 2 weeks there was no hot water. Located right next to the main station, there has been constant noise. Cleaning service once a week is not enough - too dusty and impossible keeping such appartment in a clean state for the entire week. Not worth for such money.

Am gleichen Tag gebucht, per paypal bezahlt und bekam sofort code für schlüssel. Ich war überrascht man bekommt den schlüssel aus dem automaten und beim auschecken einfach schlüssel einwerfen. Total unkompliziert und würde ich jederzeit normalen hostel und hotels vorziehen. Studio mieten ist top und besser als ein hozelzimmer meiner meinung nach. Gibt auch waschküche aber drei stück sind meist wohl belegt.

Decent hotel but its loud, close to the railroad and the room we stayed in was NOT cleaned properly. There were dirty patches on both the floor and the kitchen section and wiping the floor with a white tissue revealed a thicc layed of dirt that stuck the he entire floor of the studio... Well, bottom-line at least it was only 68 Chf for the stay thanks to their getaway deal

Very close to train station and tramlines. Trains are running too close to the building and was too noisy. It was vey hot on the 12 th floor. No AC. We were given one room in 4th floor and the other in 12th floor. Not very convenient. No toilet roll in the 12th floor room had to borrow from 4th floor room.

Check In funktioniert einwandfrei. Eingang und Fahrstuhl sehr dreckig und stinkt. Im Zimmer alles sehr abgenutzt. Fenster Rollladen am Gemeinschaftsbalkon defekt, wird aber repariert. Aber was soll man für den Preis erwarten, ich würde es trotzdem nicht mehr buchen. Das Hotel ist direkt am Bahnhof, Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr teuer.

Location and price of the apartment is good but the service is not good like all the washing machine is not working and its very difficult to find it empty. Also some of the support guy is not behaving in a good manner.

The hotel and pretty clean and convenient. It had one pan and 2 plates and glasses, a microwave and a fridge. The view is really nice and it's very close to the train station and supermarket. My only concern was the sometimes noisy neighbors and the fact that there was no one around to help you if you needed it.

Uncomfortable, very dirty the bed cover was used, my wife was disgusted and not good for health of my small kid, we just leave and go waist of money,...

Worst room service. They don't even clean on time and even they do you should by yourself. The bedsheets smell like rotten food. I could give a -ve rating for service. And for the customer support don't even think about it we might end up dying.

It's a good apartment style hotel. The room was clean, well equipped kitchen. Only problem is that it's located beside the train line, so there'll be noise all day long. I was on 11th floor and I had noise even there. If you can deal with that, it's a good place to stay.
