Had no power to the sockets one night, however I ended up not having to use their services because they were kind enough to help me over the phone by asking me to unplug all my appliances and talked me through re-setting RCD safety switch at the box. Cant remember the electricians name but he took my call at 10:30pm, Sunday night and was very patient. I've kept their number and will definitely use them next time I need an electrician Thank you
Was really surprised how easy and helpful the electrician, James, was. He sent me a message before arriving with an expected time do arrival, arrived as expected, spent the time with me explaining the issue and sorted the problem for me - a melting circuit breaker. Great service. I don’t think you could improve in any way what I just experienced.

Called to check why and was told we canceled but we hadn’t. Second appointment set and they were a no show and no call to say why they couldn’t make it.
