Today I went to this store with my brother as we needed to buy GEARWRENCH 80948pce 1/4" & 3/8" Drive SAE/Metric 12 Point Standard & Deep Mechanics Tool Set. The online price for the tool advertised on their website was $99 and the price tag attached to the tool in the shop also was $99. We liked the tool and decided to buy it but when we went to the cashier to pay for it, we were told that the price was instead $199, one hundred more than the online and their own price tag. We told them it was both very unfair and inconvenient for customers and that they had to update their price, and change both their online and price tag so that it was not misleading for customers but unfortunately even the manager could not provide us with reasonable answers for their dodgy price and he said that the shop was too big and that they cannot update all the prices. Our experience today at the shop was bitter, unpleasant and unexpected and we will not visit again this store. They should be honest with their customer.

Im a 24 year old man and been in the building industry for about 6 years now but I've never experienced what i experienced today!!!! Horrible costumer service, they asked to keep my bag while I looked around the shop for what I needed and kept insisting its part of the store rules. Of course I had to comply cause I just wanted to go get a drill bit and leave.. I just can't beilive this flops thought I wanted to steal their 10 dollar drill bit

Went to shop for some items and the staff was not helping at all, I asked for help to locate some items and all the staff said they are busy. Some chatting with GFs and some having private phone calls , I thought i went to a pub. And one guy tried to help me his name was Peter and he had no idea what he was doing. Totally disgusting service. DISGUSTING . Zero customer service. All the men working there are like women. Never going there again.

This is the first time I have shopped at Sydney Tools and so very impressed with the customer service I recieved. I purchased two Bayer extension leads and Matthew took the time to do a bit of research and identify the best deal for me. I was offered an extremely competitive deal but with no pressure to accept. I will happily return to Sydney Tools (Dandenong). Five stars for a competitive price and for customer service - thank you Matthew!

I have been to the store a few times but recently met a gentleman by the name of Harley this guy is absolutely awesome when it comes to product knowledge he is courteous kind and very helpful The point of difference with Holly is he will take you to the product explain the variations and options available with the product. We had an excellent experience at Sydney Tools Dandenong. After looking at two other stores for a lawnmower and chainsaw, my dad and I came to Sydney Tools Dandenong. We were greeted by John who patiently walked us through the different options for a lawnmower and chainsaw and assisted us in buying both. John was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Poor Customer Service Purchased a power tool that was faulty and as it was just past the 7 days from purchased I had to wait for a warranty repair. Went back to the Dandenong Store 3 weeks after dropping it off for repair only to be told it hasn't been sent away yet and I have to keep on waiting. In store Manager has total disregard for customer service, will not be shopping here anymore!!!

John and the boys are fantastic to deal with. Came here looking for a specific tool we thought was what we needed, walked out with a different tool that was far better suited to our needs and works a charm. Looked after well with both pricing and service. I'll be coming back here for all my tool needs moving forward.

Can’t say no to my tools , and honestly Sydney tools in dandy are one of the best I seen . The staff are super friendly and ready to help . Also the stuff El was big help to me . Gave helpful advice about the plasma cutters . Didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need . Just straight honest truth. Thanks guys :))

I went to this store Looking for new Auger bits and stalk socket adaptors. Was quickly helped by a young man who directed me and assisted in choosing the right quality product to suit the job. On top, gave me a great price on my purchases. Thanks Bodey! Will return again.

Went to total tools to buy a makita power tool kit. Weren’t helpful at all and wouldnt change anything from the kit. Come here instead, took the time with me and got everything I needed in one kit by chopping and changing for my needs. Matt and John to best going around
